Disappointed their hours are not longer considering this is a heavily tourist area. I must say they were very quick with helping me. I got more than what I paid for. I asked for a medium size SUV but ended up getting a large SUV. I loved it though! Smooth ride! I had a Ford Explorer. Drop off was short and sweet as well. I will use them again as I plan to come every year moving forward.

I have been using Enterprise as my go to company to rent cars for years. In the past few years I have not been renting due to less traveling, but I never rent from any other companies due to poor services. This was the worst experience I have ever had, from Enterprise. Let me first say Im not very knowledgeable about the different names of cars so when he gave me the name of two different cars to chose from I said it didnt matter, as long as they were smaller cars. He goes to the parking lot and brings up a small sports car, well one look at me and you would know Im not a sports car type! He was noticeably upset with me, like I wasted his time. No one else was in the place! He said okay you can take the other one. I sign all the necessary paperwork and he points to the car in the parking lot, 5 cars down the black one, and gives me the keys! Learning that this is the branch manager, Torren Byrd, Im very disappointed. I hope this is not true of the quality of service Enterprise is now excepting. When I returned the car the young man who helped me was very nice, but Im sorry to say I didnt get his name.

First time visiting this location. Due to COVID Enterprise no longer picks you up at your location. This location was cheaper than airport location but they close at 6pm. I reserved online and it automatically selected pick-up at 10am but flight didnt arrive till 4:30pm so my reservation was canceled and had to make a new reservation for the next day which charged $100 more. Mark was friendly and nice. Made the experience seamless.

The cars were clean and at a fairly reasonable price, however, make sure you read the fine print (you have to have a credit card, not debit unless youre in state). Youre better off getting the cars through a third party to save money ($13 for insurance through third party and $22 a day through them for supplemental insurance). They were not very informative about drop off for the cars and were told they closed at noon (we showed up at 11:59 am and the employees were already driving of the parking lot). The employee came back and told us to use the drop box and we didnt have to be back before noon to drop off the cars. Overall a frustrating experience.

Renting a car in North Myrtle Beach started on as a nightmare. Was told by Priceline I had a vehicle reserved at the airport only to find out none where available. Then the national office assured me there was one in NMB but when I got there I was turned away again with no car. Thankfully Mark didn’t give up. When someone canceled he called me and put us in a great car and gave us a credit for all the Uber rides we wasted. That’s how a company makes it right and keeps good customers.

This locations I always rent from and have had the best experience. Torren has great customer service skills and very friendly. They always get me in and out with no problems.

We have rented here several times. Mark at the front counter is very friendly and offers great customer service.Service at this location is normally very fast.Our last rental took a bit longer because the office was busy.Nothing to do with this location - but Enterprise needs to retool its pre-check-in process. Theoretically you can check in on-line prior to arrival (if you have booked a car in advance) and you receive a check-in code. Unfortunately the whole process needs to be repeated in the office at the time of pickup, so what gives with that???

I got bad gas in my car while on vacation & needed a car to get me and my fam home. Using enterprise was the easiest and stress free thing I could have done! Great service & super clean car! Thanks enterprise!

Torren gave great customer service. When I was not able to get an uber from this location to the airport he helped me with getting to the airport by providing a great one way rate for me to get to the airport. I rented the car during the gas shortage and I was very grateful to be able to rent a car during this time.

Our attendant did a great job of getting us into our vehicle. I have no complaints concerning his handling of our rental. It did seem that the time we waited to begin the process could have been cut down if one of the other employees could have jumped in and thinned out the number of waiting patrons. Maybe something that Enterprise can work on. We are very satisfied with our rental vehicle.

Rude, poor service, and will not pick you up as promised. Called them multiple times and got a run around then got hung up on. Gave up and rented from Budget. Really dissatisfied and angry as a long term loyal member. What is the point to earning rental awards when you cannot use them where or when you need to do so!!! Done and dusted.

Ive rented several cars before and Mark Nelson has been the best salesperson Ive came across thus far. Originally I rented a compact car my mom ended up having to come on the trip with us and he helped find a vehicle able to fit her needs for a wheelchair he went over and beyond and I would recommend having him as your salesperson at Enterprise I will DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK !!

Great experience except that car was not ready and I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Also for my past few rental experiences with Enterprise, they never give you more than a half a tank of fat. I hate that. Give me a full tank. I wind up giving them gas for free when I return it.

Flew in to Grand Strand airport for the day. Enterprise dropped off the car there and it was waiting when we arrived. An easy transaction, and everyone we talked to over the phone was first rate.

On our way to Myrtle Beach from Ohio, our car broke down( engine) in Virginia. We were stuck for two days but thankfully a friend took us to the beach.when we got there, we called the closest Enterprise and spoke with a gentleman named Zack. We made our reservation, took a cab up and dealt with him directly. Ive worked in customer service for over 20 years and hes amazing. Great personality, very proficient and patient. Anytime we need a rental at the beach we will come to him and also will recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Zack for saving us on our vacation and eliminating our stress. COMPLEATLY MISREPERSENTED!! I was meeting a family member in the middle of the country to drive to a funeral in CA. The representative told me I could drop of at a location in Mississippi after hours, and I would be charged Till Saturday or Monday (depending on the branches discussion) When I arrived in Mississippi we found that there was no drop off Box. I immediately called Enterprise, Where an extremely rude representative told me to drive the car back to Atlanta to drop off. Explaining that this would cause me to miss the funeral had no effect on the representatives recommendation. He even doubled down saying that returning the car to Atlanta was my Only Option. I decided that the best option would be to put the keys in the mail for next day delivery.Since then they attempted to charge me a $138 daily for 4 days. In addition to charging me from Friday- Monday ( witch I am fine with.I called corporate to explain the situation, and they simply brushed me off and told me to call the branch. Who then told me I had to speak with Corporate. The 1st representatives Lack of knowledge, the 2nd representatives lack of understanding, and Corporates Lack of action led me to lose all trust in the company.

Zach, at North Myrtle Beach Enterprise went above and beyond his job to help my husband and I get a car here on a busy Friday afternoon. We were traveling in an RV trying to get to Briarciff Resort before 5pm. I kept calling Zach because it looked like we wouldn’t get there in time. The resort closed at 5. I also knew that the drivers at Enterprise went home at 5. Zach assured me that someone would be there to pick me up so we would have a car for the weekend. When we arrived at the resort a few minutes before 5, a very nice young lady in an Enterprise car pulled up and drove me through the the rush hour traffic to the Enterprise office. Zach and the driver both had smiles on their faces and helped me through the paperwork. My husband and I both had a great weekend checking out places to stay for our family vacation this summer and going out to eat in our Enterprise car. Very cheerful experience for a stressed out woman! We had a great weekend! Thanks.

I have been without a car for a long time now due to an unfortunate situation, and they have went above and beyond to make sure I have access to a vehicle every week. Staff is very accommodating and friendly in almost any situation. I would recommend this location over any place in and around north myrtle for your rental needs.

Very nice crew, great car. The selection seemed limited but I was here during the off season. I think the rates were high, but the service was perfect so no complaints. I needed the car for about 36 hours, but they only charged me a 24 hour rate. This is my second Enterprise rental in the last six weeks and I will absolutely rent from this company again.

Rented car was gone when I drivw 20 min to pick up

First time using a rental car for a extended period of time. Will be using for three months and a big hassle getting the car serviced. You have to go through Firestone and they only accept appointments and then you wait a couple of hours. Would be nice if you could just go to a Jiffy Lube etc. Need a couple of accounts so its not so inconvenient to the customer.

The experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was very enjoyable. I made the reservation on line and called for a pickup and spoke to Zach. He verified my information and had a driver pick me up from the camp ground. Everything was ready when I arrived and Zach even set me up for a return trip back after I returned the car. DO NOT TRUST THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!!! I’m a pilot and flew my family to Myrtle Beach and needed a rental car. The manager took care of my rental transaction and provided my with a 2019 Buick Cascada convertible. He did not perform a walk around inspection of the car. It was a very quick in and out transaction. Upon arriving at my condo’s parking garage I realized that he did not go over the car with me. The Buick had damage to one of the wheels and two significant dents in the side of the car. I immediately took pictures that are time and date stamped and can prove that I only made the trip from the rental company to the garage. I had called the location and spoke to two separate females that work there and both explained to me that they knew the damage was there and it was already documented.Upon returning the car to a different location they had to file a claim on the damage and the staff at North Myrtle beach completely denied any knowledge of damage or conversations with me.The corporate department said they were pursuing me for the damages regardless of my proof and regardless of the manager failing to do a walk around.RENT FROM ANOTHER BRAND. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE AS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE.Please look at the reviews and weigh in on how many have had a bad experience with this branch. If you do choose to rent from here you are taking a serious risk that some type of damage claim will be pursued against you. Remember, I have proof the damage was there before I rented and reassured by the staff on two separate occasion that it was old damage. Corporate did not care about my proof.I’m a pilot and am in many groups that rent from this company. I will be changing our procedures from now on and our staff will rent from Hertz. I will be making it my lifes mission to tell everyone I come into contact with about this experience. I hope your damage claim from old damages was worth the loss of thousands of dollars of business for the company.

Quite expensive slow service!

Im never disappointed when I rent from enterprise. The vehicles are always clean. The associates are friendly and efficient in what they do. Theyre never late with my rental. As a matter of fact the last time I rented a full sized vehicle I was upgraded to a premium suv for the same price. If thats not customer service I dont know what is. I will continue to rent from enterprise for all my business and personal needs. Enterprise you ROCK!!!!

If you positively need a car dont get it here. No guarantees. Bite the bullet and go to airport location. Staff couldnt produce the car! Staff was courteous and apologetic yet wanted to CHARGE me for an upgrade! I like Enterprise but had to switch to Dollar/Budget and got FREE upgrade!

This was the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced... I would give zero stars if I could. I was on vacation when in NMB and there was a sudden death I had to return for. I called this office and made a reservation. The woman I spoke with asked if this was for the aviation location and I said no, this if for the north myrtle beach location. She confirmed a car for me at 8 am the next day. When I showed up they had messed up and put me down at the aviation location. THIS WAS THEIR ERROR! Then they tell me they wont have anything available until 1 pm which meant I would be too late. I never once heard an apology or had anyone even check for alternative solutions. That is not customer service... OWN YOUR MISTAKE AND ATTEMPT TO FIX IT! Even if it is calling other rental places for me! Thank God for the wonderful employees at Hertz who apologized for Enterprises mistake and scrambled to find me a car and got me on the road only an hour later than initially anticipated. So please, save yourself a headache and go with Hertz every time... I wish I would have!

Friendly and helpful staff but us your gps to find this place as it is well off the road, surrounded by other stores and behind another building. If you are interested in a particular type of vehicle then call first to see what they have on hand since their supply is on the small side.

The customer service is atrocious. Every time I call, I get the runaround. I shouldve had my deposit refund by now and, almost three weeks later, they still cannot mail it to the correct address, nor give the same story each time I call. Im a single mother of three and to them, $200 may not be a lot, but to me, it is. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I rented a car for 4 days. I brought it back on Sunday night because I had a flight to catch that night taking me home to Salt Lake City. I locked the car, put the keys in the drop box and caught my flight home. When I checked my Visa, I had been charged for an extra day. When I called I was told they could see that the car was was parked in the lot but they could not find the keys. Then the keys magically appeared on Tuesday. Since I was on a plane Sunday night and arrived home to Salt Lake City its a mystery how the keys somehow showed up Tuesday morning in the drop box. After using my mean voice, which I dont enjoy using, I was refunded Tuesdays charge.

I was given a broken car, which didnt make it to the location and was not given my full deposit back. When I changed vehicles the manager said I owe him 200 dollars. No way!!!
