Was having a great time until “whitney” changed the mood completely. she picked my gel color out for me but failed to check beforehand to make sure she had the matching (regular) polish for my toes. after completing my nails very pretty, she couldn’t find the matching polish and offered other options that didn’t match. expecting me to pay more for the gel color. no customer service or sense at all. came out of my way will not ever return or recommend anyone else again.

Extremely unwelcoming & unprofessional. I made an appointment & they canceled it without notification. Once I arrived I was denied service. Extremely disappointed, I was really looking forward to supporting this business.

That Whitney girl and her staff has the most nastiest attitude. You walk in there and it’s just a stare down. I should’ve left after that encounter. No greetings, no warm welcoming. Go with your sage and palo santo if you ever consider going to get serviced, they need it. Negative vibes all around. I’ll never go back.

I made an appointment with them called to say I would be 10 minutes late because of an unexpected road closure. This is Miami and I live very close to the salon. I left early to be on time but unfortunately we all know that doesn’t always work out. I would not bother to write this review but I called and explained I would be later than expected because I literally could not move on the road. All the lady said is “we are still charging you though” they answer the phone and you don’t even know if it is the salon or not they just say “hello” ???? Idk super unprofessional manners won’t try again

Ms.”Whitney Houston” is so rude my darling. She stated she does walkins on her Instagram and I went. Upon arrival, her clientele is a pretty decent crowd. However, her attitude sucks. No “Hello” she just kept staring at me until I asked “are you doing walk-ins”? She just nods her head. Welp! She won’t be seeing my coins or face anymore. First impression is a lasting impression.
