Every visit to Complot Hair Studio is exceptional. Friendly people and super professional. Marcelo is a specialist and and really good. Very knowledgable and talented. This time I used Comp-Skin services for a facial and Microderm treatment and Yasmin was incredibly good. She knew what she was doing and was super skillful. Also very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Once again, my visit to Complot was an amazing experience!

I went to complot today and it was awesome, i was greeted by a very friendly lady who offered me coffee, Marcelo cut my hair and as always did an amazing job, and Yazmine, the skin professional on Comp-Skin, which is the spa adjacent to the hair salon, was amazing and super professional, highly recommend A+++

I didn’t get the haircut from Marcelo, therefore I can’t judge his work, however I got the haircut by a woman, which did a very poor job.

Haircut was good, however, they failed to mention that getting a cut from Marcelo (the owner) costs $50. I initially thought it was $35 as stated on the website for mens haircut. The work wasnt that tedious to charge someone $50. When I spoke on the phone before coming in and asked about Marcelo, they never mentioned it would cost $50.

I came to this hairdresser on recommendation, and I trusted her professionalism at all times. I gave him all the details of my hair, which is very fragile and sensitive. I showed him an image of the hair color I intended and the technique I expected. On the recommendation of the owner (Marcelo) I agreed to bleach my hair, and then to make me a keratin.From the beginning I asked him if he recommended me to do both at the same time. Which his answer was yes.The result after washing it was a burned, dehydrated and discolored hair.His excuses were multiple but the worst thing is that he charged me more than $ 700 (per cut, keratin, and color), which he had given me other slightly lower prices (almost $ 200 less)He did not want to take responsibility for what he did but want to put more things in my hair which all that results is to mistreat him more and stay almost bald.Now Im trying to save him since he didnt want to give me back half of the money.I make it public because the money you invest is worth a lot even if these people dont value it.Finally, one as a woman feels low self-esteem by not seeing the results one expects.
