We just moved here about 3 months ago..and We really love it, it’s very calm and quiet. For the price I think it’s worth it. They have the good amenities pool, gym and dog park. We also love the property Manager Estela, she’s always been very helpful and nice :) #highlyrecommend

Estela made our move from California as easy as possible during this pandemic. She is very responsive by phone and email, which made communication a breeze. The apartment is lovely and in a nice neighborhood with stores and restaurants conveniently located. I’d highly recommend!

I cant recommend this place enough. Even though we were from outside of the area during a stressful time, management made everything really easy and streamlined for us. The apartment is lovely, it has everything I wanted from tile floors (really easy to clean!) to a really spacious balcony on the room, which allows for really good natural light and a perfect home for all my plants. Everybody in the building is super friendly, and the surroundings are quaint and quiet, which is really rare for this area. Im super happy to be living here.

I loved staying here. Estela was amazing from the beginning. She is so sweet and always on top of things.Maintenance is excellent, I want to thank Eddie and Feli.Never once saw a vermin. Not ONCE.Very clean apartments, super spacious.The neighbors are never loud or disruptive.I give this place 5/5.

I moved into Tropicana Apartments in May of 2019. Estela, the Property Manager, has an incredible way of making you feel at home. She walked me through the entire process with no problem (it was my first time leasing an apartment!). They keep the property very clean. Even the garbage area doesnt smell. The pool is beautiful and always clean. Estela is prompt to address any issues you may have in a timely manner, and goes above and beyond her duties for her tenants! Overall, I really LOVE living here and hope to live here for a long time!

This is my second year living here, coming from a 4 bedroom house at first it was hard but I was able to make the necessary adjustments to settle in. First I would like to acknowledge the guys that smile each and everyday while they pressure wash the hallways, cleaning the laundry room taking care of the property as if it was their own . The older gentlemen thats the security guard doing his job the right way but always makes you feel welcome when you come home. Off my balcony I have a great view and although this may not seem as much to everybody I see when the owners walk there dog and have the decency to clean up behind their pets thats a big plus for me . I have never seen a fight with my neighbors and its rather peaceful with a family vibe .I would definitely encourage anyone that is in search for a apartment to come here first. Everything you want in a place is here . Now for the front office they make it their priority to attend to their residency, very professional and organize. THEY LIVE BY A CODE YOUR PROBLEM BECOMES MINE..........I found it necessary to write about the place I now call home you dont believe me come and see for yourself.......

I moved in a few months ago and the property manager, Jennifer, and her assistant have been amazing. Are always on top of everything. It really does feel at home here.

Defenitly a Lot has changed (for the better) since new management took over.

Garbage smells always it doesnt matter what floor. Stairs, hall ways, laundry area, elevators are always dirty. One of the laundry machine damage most of my clothes. The management in this building dont care about anything only the paycheck. This place is not worthy what they charge you for each unit.

I put a star because there is no option to not put any. This building is dirty, there are cockroaches, the garbage is not picked up frequently which causes bad holor. The building has a shameful presence, unpainted. The new manager is more incompetent, inept, incapable and mediocre than the previous one, which seemed impossible. We have sewage outlets from one apartment to another. We live in unhealthiness.

The dirtiest place in Miami and with the most incompetent manager Ive ever met.
