Was told and an Haitian person that they do not put them in colloection but as an African amaerican they hold hold stuff against people I call trying to make a settlement with them because this company is stopping me from renting other places even in a different state the rep imacula said they dont discriminate but the person show me their credit report which they didnt have to but they did this place was one of the place that dont give you new stuff when you ask but the door on my apt was from another unit that did close well plus the like to play hard ball with people life I would not recommend even was told by another resident that they was over charged them for a unit which we had the same square feet and same bedroom but they was charge 1350, this is not a place you want to live they have roaches and other bug in Apts and they act like they are high and mighty with the propertys please theif is a major problem.on property but because in I left before eviction started I owe full amount even after a 2 years plus with me called to settle with them and Im amaerican they don t settle with amaerican so if your Haitian they will settle with you but no amaerican because they see amaerican privileged and dont recognize that so please post your reviews a place that this dont need positive reviews an if their are positive reviews please let know its the management company reviews they posting fake ones too I saw with my own eyes now they gonna try and say please make a review on your own but its fake trust this review is a fact and once you move there you will see if you disregard review. If you dont believe me just look at the degramghic around you and you will see Im not lying trust people in the office act nice when getting your money but change in 1 month of you staying there. Plus I should have took it as a sign when they gentlemen that work their was very rude and as well the other 2 ladys. Yall getting fooled.

From the moment you walk in the door the greetings and smiles make you feel comfortable. The modern look of the building is also very attracting. Imacula my leasing agent was very kind and bubbly. We found the right building for me closest to I 95 for work purposes. My unit is extremely spacious, extremely modern and the view of Griffing Park sold it all. My building is gated all around with a remote control clicker, Armed security guard and an elevator . I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a professional affordable and modern place to live. To come here to Prestige Estates. Imacula and Carlos are amazing. And I love living at Cornerstone.

Prestige estates has just completed their reconstruction of several buildings in the area of Aventura and North Miami . They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. All close to schools.They are very professional, the designs of every unit was detailed and newly renovated, with fully remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, flooring that not only meet the expectations but went above and beyond to exceed them.Prestige demonstrated their expertise, customer service and passion for their business. Its clear that their purpose, its to ensure clients complete satisfaction. And, put the time, energy and effort to ensure their accomplished goals.

I’ve been living here for about 1 year and I can honestly say I’ve had the best experience. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, the office send maintenance guys as soon as possible. Office staff is great. Quiet neighborhood.

I really like this building units. They have done a great job in remodeling them. The appliances and kitchen cabinets are new; as well as the floors which look very modern. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I give this company two stars because team in the front office are inexperienced and it shows. They hired contractors hanging out in the parking lot of Home Depot to handle repairs to the units in order to save money. Their work was shoddy and no one in management followed up to hold them accountable. Those contractors knew that the staff of Prestige Estates were green and took them for a ride. I cant blame them. They need to find EXPERIENCED leadership in the front office. I believe that will turn things around for them. Until then, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Nice modern apartment. Price is good. Immacula is great so is Carlos! It’s nice that I always get a response from the staff. It’s nice to be so close to everything too.

Maintenance staff is awesome. Very responsive. Early on as they are renovating the units there are some issues here and there but the owner and the staff has been working hard to fix the issues. Thanks Prestige!

Ive been living in the Prestige apartments since last year Feburary, and I really love it here. I have not heard anything wrong with the apartments so far and I would recommend anyone to live within those prestige apartments. The management itself are very wonderful people to cope with.

Prestige has been doing a great job with North Miami. Bringing a different vibe to the area and nice properties. Well kept landscape, nice office staff and has improved tremendously. Keep it up Prestige.

I been living here for about 3 years now and I personally can’t speak for the rest of the prestige properties but I love my property (Prestige Place) it’s always quiet and peaceful and the management team is always helpful so I really have no complaintsTrust me you won’t regret it!!!

We went to rent an apartment and first the send us to the wrong building 15 min away from the listing we saw. When we got there the lady thought it was there, For real? We went back and called the main number and they said that person is 15 min away since 4 we got there being 5pm. They don’t care about anything, 0 respect for peoples time. We end up leaving. Is that was the beginning imagine the rest.

Prestige estates is a wonderful place to live. Here we live all as long as your with God we love and welcomed all Mr Dumervil is blessing. He is an ex- nfl football player 12 years. Hes buying all the buildings on 6 th Ave North Miami. And the apts are class act all new everything inside. $1200 one bedroom well I am from the new York area same place In Manhattan goes for 6ooo month easy. And anywhere in Florida at least $2000. Our buildings in North Miami has a pool in the water. All licenced contractors. And they treat you like family here at the office the ladys are great the man from Colombia is great and all. His landscaping is beautiful. Look up Prestige Estates. Look for yourself. No drama here day and night no one outside making noise. Its a true blessing. Elvis Dumervil. Good godly man.

Do not rent from this place it is. Home I had to wait a month for them to come fix my sink, they don’t return phone calls nothing. The receptionist just gave me attitude bc I want to speak with the property manager and it was uncalled for. They think it’s a joke I repeat do not rent from this place

Wow... This management company bought my apartment complex about a month ago and what a huge change for the worse!!! Nobody responds to your emails and there is no management in the offices to complain to. No security on the property anymore - all the cameras were removed leaving everyone to do as they please. I literally have a drunk Haitian man trying to break into my apartment every other day but there is no cameras for them to review! There is trash all over the complex because nobody is here to keep it clean anymore since there is nobody here to take care of the property. People leave their garbage in the hallways where you have to climb over it just to get into the elevators. I have been requesting online access to pay July rent online and nobody responds to that either. I have lived in various apartments over the past 12 years and this management company is the most annoying and unethical people you will meet and is making peoples lives a nightmare!

Prestige Boardwalk. Awful. Ants, leaky ceiling, countertop only installed partly, wet ceiling caused ceiling to sag, couldnt open cabinet because ceiling was blocking it. Badly insulated, shoddy workmanship. Apartment wasnt ready on time. Wrong size appliances installed for space, had to be replaced. Ended up changing apartments and waiting another 3 weeks for it to be ready. Second apartment also not ready at move in time. Was able to get refund but the check was not available when the management company said it would be. Then we were told that the check was in the office but they couldnt find it because the manager wasnt in. Finally told after the weekend that theyd be mailing a check and wed get the money in 10-15 days. Check received and took another 10 business days to clear. Ended up spending the money to move all over again. Ended up moving to West Brickell which was further than originally planned but much nicer.

Amazing locations and beautiful buildings inside and out. Love that the prices are AFFORDABLE!!! Great management team too!
