NEVER AGAIN. THE LADY WHO DID MY NAILS NOT ONLY CREATED A DISASTER,my diamonds fell off the very same day, and she was impatient. I Tried to point her in the right direction in terms of what I wanted but I guess she thought she knew better. All in all she needs wayyy more practice and needs to stop playing with peoples money and time. If you are reading this I do not recommend a visit to “NAIL EXPO”. Btw yes they use that same yellow sponge 🧽 on everyone’s feet I’ve seen it with my own eyes!

Decided to give this place a try on a whim since its not too far and my regular spot hasnt reopened yet due to covid 19 and I regret not waiting for my regular spot. The lady did a horrible job on my polish, its very sloppy, lumpy, and thick. I shouldve asked for someone to do it over but honestly I just wanted to leave asap. At least they were nice but lesson learned!

I love this place. I kid you not they are so professional and polite that l can’t help but give them a great review. The entire staff is amazing. I usually don’t listen to reviews because they can be biased at times but they are truly amazing and deserve six stars if I’m being honest.

Mimi always takes care us! This is my go to place. Based on my experience, you have to be specific on exactly what you want. Overall, its an excellent business. Not to mention, she has the best eye brow waxes. I would recommend this place! Morning times are the best time to come in, very quiet and your in and out.

I went there at 12PM to get my manicure done by 8:30 pm all the nail polish flew away. I dont know where i lost them. Crazy

My first time there and they remembered me🥰 asked permission before cutting my natural nails, picked up my and purse for me! Im dark skin felt comfortable there even was another woman that was maybe Caucasian or Spanish either way No racism here. All customers are treated and respected equally. Even though they spoke in their native language I felt very comfortable. Well taken care of. And witness other customers being well taken care of as well. I recommend everybody to come to this. Beautiful nail salon😍 also without gel For a manicure is 25. With gel is 35 I love my nails. Theyre absolutely gorgeous. And I normally dont get my nails done. And this was the first place. I wanted to go to get my nails done before my birthday. This will be my regular nail salon Spa.

Kevin and Mimi always take care of me and provide excellent service. Ive been coming here for several years. They are very throurough and neat. My feet always feel new when I leave. Most salons barely let you soak your feet much less scrub and clean your cuticles. You wont be disappointed.

Not what they used to be at all !!!! Went into the shop and was seated for only 30 minutes later for me to say something for someone to initate turning on warm waterto soak my feet. It would of felt like i was talking to an ididot when asking for warm water for my feet. They never used to be like this. If asking for customer service should be a problem then next time i will go else wear.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was very nice. She made sure not only to properly shape them but she trimmed the hair that was too long. I have never found a place that waxes for such a low price and that does acrylics for a low price as well

The customer service is phenomenal. They are very considerate of my time. My wait time is very minimal. Their work is guaranteed. My nail was caught in the car door. I returned expecting to pay for the repairs. They were very accommodating. I especially like Mimi and Kevin. They are very paitient with me. I am always satisfied.

If youre going to an event where your feet or nails are going to be on display then go somewhere else. BUT, if youre just getting a pedicure so your feet arent crusty in your nails are a pretty color then its a fine place

I wish I could post a picture of my nails I got done days ago. The surface is not smooth, the gel polish use is awful. I left in disgust!!! I do not waste your money with these people.the shop is ragedy and so is the customer service.....

A regular manicure was 15$ which is pretty expensive considering the place is pretty run down, their nail polishes are all old and the service was more a polish change- they didnt even put lotion on my hands. Very mediocre manicure. Would not go back!

I get my nails done by MiMi and shes pretty accommodating considering Im insanely particular. Theyre generally not too packed but there are instances where theres a long wait, like right now. MiMi is the main reason I frequent this establishment. Shes a pleasure. Its a clean enviorment as well, good price point. A regular manicure is 10.00 which I feel is pretty good. Gel nails are 28.00. All and all I like it and would recommend this particular nail salon.

HORRIBLE! I wanted coffin nails and the nail tech didnt mention the extra amount. Then, they didnt even file the nail down off the sides so it could look like what I asked and paid for. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was horrible. Im a girl who normally gets her nails done so I know the technique and this lady who did my nails at the Expo nail salon totally rushed me she only laid one coat of acrylic over my fill in. I am literally laying in my bed after just now leaving the salon and my nails are lifting this was horrible I paid $60 thats my bad though

Kevin used to me my manicurist, I left them for unspecified come back after I sow some clients as posted some positive reviews .After my experienceI think they are worst then ever I as I get they started speaking Vietnamese I think it’s unprofessional.
