Great people to work with and the price of the mid size truck and mileage were inexpensive. Of course, I skipped the boxes and tape supplies. I have easy access to boxes and their tape is more expensive than Wally World. But Im glad uhaul took care of what I needed.

Service was wonderful Im pretty happy and plus check out there the new trucks they got out for 19.99 my bad 19.95 and even better my mom cynthia was able to get her stuff that she want most important

In short, go elsewhere for your U-Haul rental needs.Reasons for poor review : #1 charged for fuel after in person return when owner confirmed verbally to me (face to face) that he agreed that gas tank gauge was at same spot as when rented and no extra charge would be added. The next week an extra charge appeared on my credit card and I had to call the National U-Haul number to have the charge reversed (which took 35 minutes of my time).#2 they dont answer the phone...#3 when you show up DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS to return a rental there is no one there to help you....I waited for 30 minutes for the owner to show up.#4 although I wasnt charged extra for the additional miles that were placed on the truck after I returned it.....the mileage on the truck reported to U-Haul national office was approx 40 miles more than when I dropped it off.....indicating that the owner was possibly adding miles to the truck for nefarious (certainly unreported) reasons.....

Spoke with Lori, she did a wonderful job helping me set up our reservation. Rob was there ready to assist getting hooked up to the trailer and getting us on the road. 5 stars, could not be happier!

I chose this location for drop off as it was near my destination. I needed to drop off my rental trailer early and attempted to contact this dealer using the phone number on my contact, calling three times over 2 days during business hours and left messages twice without any response at all. I contacted a larger location in Little Rock and returned the trailer.

DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I always wondered why they always had trucks available they’re is no one there that’s why. So my pick up time was 8:00 and I waited until 8:30. No one ever showed up to assist me. The direct to people were nice and helpful but I never seen anyone with uhaul. I went to a different location where they were very helpful. I was informed that they are a dealer so they can show up anytime they want really. I would not recommend. I called the number and no one answered.

Called, made appointment to rent a car dolly, called back ( 3 times) left a message, with phone number, no return calls, canceled appointment, went some where else, I do not recommend.

Great place for your moving needs

Horrible and truly unacceptable service. Made a reservation for 12 PM to pick up a U-Haul and no one was there. No one answered numerous phone calls. Waited around until 12:45 for someone to come around the back, looked like he had been sleeping honestly, who had to then call a supervisor to get into the building for our keys. Totally unprofessional and made me miss my further appointments that I needed the truck for! Ridiculous and do not recommended at all.

Rented a U-Haul truck last minute and there was no fuss or delay. Very laid back and friendly folks who Id be happy to to business with again.
