The absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved at a uhaul. They charged me way more than agreed on plus I filled it up before I took it back and they still charged me for fuel even though i filled it up. I even brought it back 2 hours early (it was a 4 hour rental) Do not do business with this company.

I rented a uhaul the other day and the gentlemen had it clean and ready for me at 7am. I recommend them. They are very friendly and professional. I also went to another location (mcaruthur)and had no help so I went back to this location on cypress and though they didn’t have the truck size I needed today they reserved me one at a different location and helped me with all my concerns and needs. Thank you for you help.

I went last week to schedule for today and the guy was very nice and today when I picked up and dropped off the guys were super nice. No complaints and store is clean and cool.

This location is AWESOME the staff is SUPER friendly. The BEST visit since ever....The Manager Jason (unsure of last name) is the greatest, never have I ever felt so much comfort after moving my things. He was polite, friendly and professional. Thanks again.

Did the lord drop one of his angels down from heaven? Was his name Kyle Haswell? Seriously this dude was so helpful and is very obviously knowledgeable at his job. He was so accommodating and assisted us in taking our car tow trailer off because I am scared sh**less of driving with it and couldnt get into our storage unit with it attached. Uhaul needs to get this man a gourmet gift basket for real.

I reserved both a 20 truck and an appliance dolly. However on check in, I was informed they did not have my appliance dolly or any dollies on hand

WORST Customer Service. Ive always used U-Haul for my moves so I called the North Little Rock location. I was hoping the representative could guide me to what vehicle would be the best and to see if I could rent for more than 2 days. She kept talking over me, just wanting my credit card number to reserve the trailer. I said that I didnt want a trailer, I wanted the 10 truck. After a moment of this continued, I asked her to take a moment to listen to what I was asking for so she could direct me to what I needed. I was not rude, I was trying to get a word in as kindly as I could. She became angry and sarcastic with her remarks, told me to have a great day and hung up.

Even though the sign clearly stated that masks are required upon entry and every single customer was courteous enough to comply, the single Uhaul employee would not wear a mask. Service was slow so everyone had extra time to breathe in his air.

Kyle went above and beyond to help me out.

01/18/20 Just walked in, got keys, thanks to online check in. The guy retrieved my dollies and loaded them and even gave me a lock at no charge. Clean location, convenient and safe. Thanks!

Nicole Sprout was extremely helpful and nice. I am moving from Washington DC to San Diego and she changed the chains on my trailer and spotted a faulty tire on the trailer. Without her help...I wouldnt be well on my way to San Diego.Give her a raise....she is the best!!

Excellent and fast service

Standard issue U-haul. You can rent everything they have here. Theres the usual boxes and tape and such inside. Staff is fine. Never had a problem.

Respectful, and organized u haul on Janis in little Rock I was speaking towards. However, Im sure the one mentioned in blue area are well respectful too. I was doing yard work behind there yesterday and there grounds were clean.

Horrible service! I got the extra large rental truck, had to use over night. Everything in the truck got wet from the rain! The bolts in their truck had come out, so holes were everywhere. This was two months ago, their on-going investigation has def ran its course. My lawyers will be in contact. You guys can stuff your claim #!

These guys are great. The manager and another employee were there. Both were fun and easy to chat with. They got me the trailer I reserved and fixed some wiring another Uhaul store had screwed up. Five stars to Gryffindor!

I called ahead to make sure they had a receiver hitch in stock, because I needed one the same day. When I got to the store I had to wait 30 minutes extra only to find out that they did not have one in stock. Poor customer service!
