I had work done here two times and the mechanics are experienced and the office crew are amazing. My trailer no longer leaks when it rains and the break system is functioning like it should and my side skirt isn’t flying in the wind. Thanks so much for taking care of all my trailer needs.

Nice place,knowledgeable people, but very high on the price....675 $ for brake chamber, tail light and abs light, plus DOT annual I think is too much...Dakota did great on the repairs !!!

I have yet to be there when they are open. But if looks count, the parking lot is very clean. They have very nice grass for the puppers to run around on. I have to believe if the take care of the outside that well they pay attention to details.

Fixed the ABS malfunction on my trailer within a few hours when others couldnt even figure out what was wrong.

I am dealing with Mr. JOHN in sales for buying a new reefer unit 2021. He is absolutely great personality, very responsive and understanding his responsibilities. Just waiting for updates from him when new unit becomes available by last week of this month or first week of next month. Thank you John.

They were good to me, just wish we found the real problem before changing out parts. But once we had it figured out they fixed the issue and gave me a little break, so I cant grip to much.

I had an air leak coming from under my cab. Turned out to be the flexi hose. I got rhere at 9pm & they got me in and out in less than an hour and a half.

I bought two Reefer trailers in Little Rock paying about $90,000.00 salesman JP called me until I made a deal nowadays can’t get him to answer my call typical used car salesmen attitude doesn’t remember telling me what he would have repaired salesman in parts are helpful and James in Reefer repairs great will go out of his way service ask for Chad .Mark Meeks inTulsa shop will help you but don’t go to Alma shop they are hateful to deal with unless you have deep pockets

Surgically clean operation, everyone there was extra cool and friendly. Beautiful retail area, I thought it was like a Nordstrom store, except for truck and trailer goodies. Gorgeous facility. Keep up the great work!

I limped my truck in before they were even open for business and they had me up and running in 2 hours. Then three days later my truck broke down again with a different problem. At first they told me it would be tomorrow before they could get it in but a determined mechanic there had me up and running in 2 hours and they only charged me $92 after my truck ran out of fuel and went haywire. Most dealerships suck ass and their staff are generally very rude but they are very courteous and helpful here which is refreshing. This is a brand new facility and I think if you can get it there definitely take it to them.

It was non utility trailer repair. They took us in when arrived. It was quick and easy for us. Recommend.

Got me right in and back on the road.

The repair men are incompetent. We had our trailer repaired there and We were told it was ready for pickup. When my driver arrived to pick it up it wouldnt move. We ended up having to pay for more repairs that NO ONE found prior to the drivers arrival. They also put refrigerant in it which we paid for. Two months later, it all leaked out because these lumb nuts didnt replace the seal. Cost us another $700. Terrible job. Stay away.

DO NOT DO IT!!! DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT!!! ID RATHER PAY THE GREASE MONKEYS AT PETRO THAN EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!! It took them 5 hours to change 2 tires and put in 8 new wheel studs! Terrible terrible terrible service!!! In 1 hour they had to of the work done and the rest of the time all they did was change tires and put the tires back on! They still charged me $300 labor even after complaining to the service manager! All they could say is we knocked the labor rate down for you. I could have changed the tires faster than that in the parking lot with 2 screwdrivers!!!! Will not be back!!!! Very unhappy customer!! Oh and the little short shop foreman has no clue what hes doing! $800 shop bill and 5 hours later Ill at least get the gratification of posting a review for this company in every place I can find along with an email to utility trailer manufacturer. I even had to fix their tv in the lobby.... Morons...

Real good place to go if you want someone to upsell your parts list only took them three and a half hours to change two tires and rims .I bought two new rims and then got charged twelve dollars for new valvestems that come with new rims. I went in the shop four times no-one working onmy trailer. Went in two more times and they were sitting on my trailer. The first half hour went pretty good,had it all apart and four and a half hours later we finally got the **** out. I wish I wouldve had loves or pilot fix it. Ill be sure to give bad reviews from now on word of mouth can make or break you. I sincerely hope corporate sends a trailer down to be fixed they wont be happy
