First of all, my favorite thing was I only spoke with women when conversing about my car. It made me feel more comfortable. Im sure I dont have to explain why...The communication was fantastic. They kept me up to date on the status of my car. I had a leaky oil valve that caused the starter to go out and I could tell they were busy, but they had it back to me in the same day. A++ Highly recommend, will be back (not too soon hopefully)!

Very slow and unprofessional! I will never come here again. I went there for a oil change and new brakes but they only completed the oil change. I went there at 9:40am yesterday and my car wasn’t ready till almost 5pm “for a oil change”. I had to call the property several times to get updates about the status of my car because no one informed me of anything. When I arrived to pickup my car they finally told me they didn’t fix my brakes after I waited for hours. Again, very slow and unprofessional!

Took my car in cause it kept shutting off while I drive and shut off at a stop sign. Remind you I took it to another shop and they said I had a bad motor when its a 2018 brand new car. So Kittles garage check it out and they said I had way to much oil in it. All I needed was an oil change. My car havent given me anymore problems and I had it about a week...... On a trip down I-40 West my Toyota Camrys alternator failed and left me stranded on the side of the road. A quick call to Triple A and recovery via tow truck later found me at Kittles Garage. I am always skeptical when dealing with repair places, especially out of town ones etc.Turns out there was no reason to be concerned. The folks at Kittles got my car in, gave me a ride to the Rental place and had me on my way in under two hours. I picked up my car on the way back from my trip. Quick service fair price, friendly folks. If I lived in the NLR area this would be my service/repair spot for sure!!

Always great personalized service at a reasonable price. When Jiffy Lube listed $800 of work they needed to do on my car after an oil change I took it to Kittles and learned that half of the problems werent true and the other issues were much cheaper at Kittles, I ended up spending about $250 instead. They gave me a rundown of the repairs Ill need to plan for in the coming years based on their check-up so Ill be prepared and they keep an eye on everything at each oil change. Plus Kittles is local so please go support them if you can!

I just picked my car up from Kittle’s and they were fantastic! They didn’t try to rip me off and have me replace parts I didn’t need. They kept me fully informed about my repairs and called me to make sure the cost was okay before they ordered the parts. I would highly recommend them and will take my car there if it has future issues!

The folks at Kittles Garage were amazing. I was in one of the worst situations--driving alone cross country (from Texas to NY) in the middle of a pandemic--when my car redlined just outside of Little Rock. I showed up without an appointment early in the morning and was back on the road before noon. They ran a full diagnostic on the car, determined what the issue was, and then test drove it themselves at high speed on the highway to make sure I wouldnt have any more issues. The cost of the service was so low as to be almost criminal.I cant thank the folks at the garge enough. They were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable (how many mechanics explain the coefficient of thermal expansion when describing an issue?) and my only regrets are that they wouldnt except more money (hope the pies made up for it!) and that they arent local to me back in NY.

Excellent communication for a automobile garage. I loved the text updates on where my car was in the repair process. Was given an estimate and the final bill came in under the estimate. That is never happened to me in my whole life when it comes to dealing with mechanics. Will definitely take my car there again for any repairs.

After the usual run around of crackpot alledged certified (on their wallpaper) auto repair locales (I was ripped off by four in Conway, Arkansas) I decided to ask a well known truck repair service in North Little Rock called American Shifty who had worked very satisfactorally on my transmission 6 years ago but the competent small truck mechanic had retired and they referred me to Kittles garage down the road from them ...they have been there about fifty years and they will do right by me...I lugged over there...Keith, one of the managers took my truck for a short drive and came back saying you have a real problem here ...we will diagnose it, get the proper parts, and really fix your truck, be patient...it did not need the $450+ paid out needlessly (of $725 originally asked for to buy needless change of nonpertinent parts) for a non-disclosed diagnosis, a common ruse of all the crackpot mechanics I went to in Conway, Arkansas...in short...after several weeks of interested researching, all the pertinent parts were secured and mounted...the truck was responsibly repaired...the Truth was set free... I say forget the rip off alledged repair con artist, you have my word - KITTLEs GARAGE in North Little Rock are competent and respect their work and you as well... Dr. Carlo

Kittles is a great place! My story: Im sort-of a mechanic...old guy that went first time into Kittles thinking trany down-shift issue, no power to pull, maybe engine issue also....but Kittles wants to fix rear left brake which has no issue, also telling me I need a battery....truck starts fine, no starter drag-issue with battery!So right off, Im thinking Kittles is a rip-off garage place....there are many out there! Turns out I was wrong; they know their stuff, but as for anyone, all can be wrong sometime. Heres the confusion: I also had a service engine light showing on truck, and Kittles said that showed having a bad knock sensor...a $1200 repair but engine runs fine, it just wont pull well up a hill. Remember, Im told I have a bad battery, so I accidentally discover that a weak battery can affect knock sensor grounding through a computer mis-reading of resistance, hence knock sensor code showed on Kittles diagnoses. Confused? heres the result.Kittles correct- fixes brakes, truck pulls great nowKittles correct- battery bad, I replace itKittles incorrect- engine fine, yet knock sensor suspected but knock sensors are actually good and the battery was the issue which I got a new battery and all knock sensor codes cleared!Summary: Kittles is a good honest business, period. That said, they may have missed the knock sensor issue and cost me $1200, but maybe not. Since they wanted to replace the battery and that may have shown that the codes cleared, thus they likely would have stopped work. I want to stress this knock-sensor thing is a voo-doo electrical problem and is something the best mechanics would likely not figure out because one would almost have to be an electrical engineer to necessarily catch this problem. These cars are too complicated and poorly designed for most anyone to deal with, mechanics included....but Kittles will do as good or better than any other place I have found and Ive been looking for a while! They are honest and truthful and that is who we need to do business with!

From the time I contacted the store they were very kind & seemed truly concerned about my issues. It was late in the afternoon when I was able to take my car in so, left it overnight to be evaluated. I was called by 11:am next morning about what the problems were causing my car to run poorly. As soon as the shop could get the auto parts & do the repairs & reassess my car was ready in 2 days. My check engine light came on, and I called Kittles about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday. They told me to come on down so they could diagnose it. They gladly did that at no charge. It was not a safety issue. After we discussed what might be the next, best steps, they reset the light and told me to keep an eye out to see if the corrective measures I had already done took care the situation. If there are problems in the future, I will go back.

The service department is beyond compare. Ive gone in fearing I needed a very expensive procedure only to be told...everything is fine. They are honest and dont recommend unnecessary repairs. Regular checkups have never resulted in a shocking unexpected bill. The people at the desk are customer oriented, helpful and friendly. What can I say? Excellence is the Kittles brand.And here I am a year later with air conditioner problems. They were expected to be costly, but totally within reason. Liz kept me up to date on progress, snags, replacements needed, etc.. My previous excellent review still stands. Work completed in the time frame promised. Great folks that I feel comfortable taking my car to and know I will get an honest assessment from. There is a major brand garage directly across the street from my office that I could just as easily drop my car off for the day and walk to the office, but I got tired of felling ripped off for unnecessary repairs. Ive used Kittles for my Ford Escape for at least 6 years now and will continue to use them in the future.

I was told by another shop I needed new rear brake pads and rear rotors. I had a feeling I didnt so I decided to get another opinion based and chose Kittles Garage based on their reviews and the fact that they are AAA certified. They did a quick examination and even drove my car and said I didnt need either repair - my rear brake pads are getting low but they dont need urgently change like the other shop had led me to believe. I will be taking my car here for now on! Very friendly and professional service! I also appreciated the courtesy exam and how quickly they got me in (within an hour of me calling ask asking!).

My car had to be towed over the weekend and this garage was AAA recommended. They phoned me on Monday and told me it was my radiator which I knew. They were very nice and told me they would like to do a block test on it after it sat overnight. I agreed and the next day they told me I needed a new engine. I had another car place pick it up and look at it and they fixed the radiator and said there was nothing wrong with the engine. I have been driving it now for over a month with no engine issues.

My car was leaking oil, the engine light was on, and a part on the engine was damaged. They fixed the problem and gave me a great diagnostic of the issue. They did well in describing to me what was wrong exactly. They are very professional. They send me text messages, emails, and they have great documentation. I really like the diagnostic summary and invoice they send via email. The people are very kind, very skilled, and very knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service when getting our vehicles repaired. Weve had an alternator and a new radiator put in our Honda van - both have warranties but we havent had any problems with them. I can only assume Kittles customer service after the fact will be as good as the experiences getting the actual work done. We have another favorite repair shop, but it isnt as convenient. Now I have two shops that I trust. Well use Kittles again when we need to, and Id recommend to anyone who asks.

Driving through Arkansas on the way to Memphis on a Sunday evening when my car broke down. This garage was recommended by AAA and the tow driver said it was an excellent choice. Left it at their shop overnight with a note on my keys, which I dropped in the mail slot. Called them the next morning and they had already begun the inspection to determine what repairs were needed. Once that was done I received a call from Rick to discuss the repairs and was told that the part was ordered from the Toyota dealer and would be available the next day. Instead of waiting for the part to be delivered to their shop by the dealer, they went and picked it up themselves and saved several hours. Once repairs were completed they called and even sent a driver to pick me up at my hotel to bring me to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Dealt with Rick, Liz and Keith and each was pleasant, personable and professional. They definitely made a bad situation bearable.

My son broke down and was towed to AAA recommended garage, he had his drive belt snapped (they changed the tension-er as well). The garage did not bother to call about the estimate and charged me $480 for a job that was supposed to be $140 - $200 max (according to two mechanics i work with). I was very surprised and upset, i told them that i know a lot about cars and can do it myself in twenty minutes... they called me back and drooped the price to $370.Total dishonest ...

Horrifying. The worst possible experience at an auto repair shop that one can imagine.I chose Kittles based on the positive reviews, but holy cow what a mistake. I have a Lexus RX300 that was idling variably and having trouble exhausting. I went into the shop and let them know that I have a problem with the exhaust system that is keeping the exhaust from freely flowing and the excessive heat is destroying my O2 and Air/Fuel sensors that are located on the exhaust system.The individual that I was forced to deal with was extremely unprofessional and could barely articulate (an absolute idiot). I asked politely if there was someone else I could speak to and they explained that this guy was the expert.. I think his name was Freddy, but this was a while ago.After adamantly explaining the issue I was having and explaining that I need the issue with the exhaust system diagnosed (after explaining what I was experiencing), the guy went on to tell me that the only option I had was for him to run a $300 diagnostic test to determine what was wrong with the sensors.. This was exasperating because I had spent an inordinate amount of time clearly explaining that I am fully aware of the sensors need to be replaced, and that I would like for them to test the exhaust system and determine why it was not breathing properly..Finally this poor excuse for a mechanic promised to test the exhaust system, and that it would be $300, for which he assured me I would leave with a sound mind knowing the issue. The guy had me leave my car with him for two days and when they called me to come in the guy comes up to me and hands me a copy of his diagnostic and says, WELL YOUR SENSORS ARE BAD, AND NEED REPLACED to which I said yes I am aware of this.., did you test the exhaust system and determine why it is not breathing properly to which this person blatantly lied and claimed to have tested it, and all checked out.This was so frustrating because there was very clearly a very obvious issue with the exhaust system. I then was not allowed to take my car until I paid the $300.00. As I left, extremely frustrated, another mechanic came to me.., apologized about the guys attitude toward me and disclosed that he had barely looked at the car and definitely did not test the exhaust.., he really did nothing more than hook up a reader and print off the trouble codes. This mechanic went on to give me $150.00 out of his own pocket and wished me luck somewhere else.I then took it directly to Arkansas Performance Exhaust which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Where they were extremely knowledgable and were able to look at my car within an hour. They thoroughly examined, ran and tested my car with 3 guys working on it together and all completely for free. They came to the conclusion that I likely needed to replace one or more of the catalytic converters but there prices and wait time on parts were beyond what I could do. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT though!!So I opted to have the sensors replaced so the car would run properly and drove the car cross country back home where I had all three cats replaced which was exactly what was needed, as one cat was completely deteriorated and clogged up. This immediately solved the issue I was having.Bottom line. Freddy at Kittles Garage provided me with the worst experience I have ever had, ripped me off for $150.00 and I could never recommend that place to anyone.

Normally I take my truck to Walmart to get my oil changed but I got tired of driving all the way to a super center. So I found Kittles Garage, which is near to where I work. Not only did they offered shuttle to and from my job but they also took great care of me and my truck! Highly recommend to someone looking for a new place to take their vehicle

I had to have the upper end of my engine rebuilt, i did not have time or a place to do the work myself. I worked for a Ford dealer and a Chevy dealer and was concerned about finding a good shop. I have had my truck for 19+ years and have done any maintenance myself. I decided on Kittles garage, i was very pleased with their work, i have not had one single problem, work performed was below price quoted, and my truck did not have any oil grease or dirt on it when i got it back, not even a greasy finger print, anywhere! In the future i will use only Kittles garage.
