My family and I reserved a car 3 days in advanced for 8 people. On our way to pick it up there were no cars on the lot. They let someone else take our car! Unbelievable. The manager was also no help and refused to give us the number of the corporation.

My insurance made a reservation for me since my car was totaled from an accident. The staff was friendly, they even gave me a full size for the price of the compact. I went to purchase groceries, when I popped the trunk there where chips everywhere. Whoever was responsible for cleaning it missed the trunk, that wasn’t a big deal I cleaned it up myself. When I returned the car I didn’t have a car vacuum so I had taken my lint brush and went over all of the seats to be sure it was clean, the only thing I couldn’t clean was the driver floorboard which had some debris from a tree in my neighborhood. I returned the car after hours, no one called me so I assumed that was it. I checked my account a few days later to see they not only didn’t refund the deposit they charged me. I called and they stated the fee was for detailing the car, when I called they couldn’t tell me what they actually needed to clean. After a representative did further research they saw I was charged by mistake. Be very careful with this location, I’ve never had an issue before I’m already stressed dealing with not having a car since someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me. I gave them 3 stars because at least the staff was friendly but if I wasn’t paying attention I would’ve had to deal with such a headache later on.Update: I had to update my review to 4 stars, to be honest a computer glitch shouldn’t have me rating them that low. They took care of me, I will just say to be careful and check your charges to be sure you were charged accurately. The staff was the only reason I updated my review, they were really nice during a tough time for me.

I rented a car, and when I wanted to drive the vehicle, it would not start. I used my AAA towing service, and the tow truck driver mentioned the car did not have any coolant, water and needed a new battery. I missed my appointment because I was dealing with the negligence of this location and it was an inconvenience. I requested a refund for the charges, and to this date, I am struggling to get a refund on the charges. This location would not answer the phone, and I keep calling customer service about this situation and redirecting me to the North Lauderdale location. Customer service keeps telling me that location on which I rented the car will call me, but they never do. I am being charged for a vehicle that did not work and am still trying to get a refund. I rented the car a few weeks ago, and I am still unable to get a refund. I am dissatisfied with this service and will not rent a car from Enterprise in the future.

Josh if there was 100 star 🌟 Josh would get all 100 and more and more .this located at 981 S State RD7 North Lauderdale FL let talk about what happens before my reservation was send over to North Lauderdale my original reservation was at 2699 N State RD 7 MARGATE I have a 2.30 pm pick up the manager name Bruce is going to call me at 12.15 to tell me that he doesnt have a SUV to give so I would have to take a full size car so say no I have a reservation for a SUV and that is what iwant then he start to Shout at like I was is child And slam the phone down on me Theres one thing I can say Management and customer service does not fit Bruce Bruce need to work in the back where he does not have to deal with people Management and customer service does not fit Bruce Bruce need to work in the back where he does not have to deal with customer I make sure make a note on board at work to make sure nobody goes to that enterprise from my job or my family I make sure tell everyone about Bruce and that location and if they do go to that location make sure they dont have to deal with Bruce the manager at that location he is very nasty Dont get me wrong they are nice people who work in that office but Bruce is the worst one There is so much more I can say about what he did to me on that day but I rather keep it to myself

I absolutely love using Enterprise for my rental car service. They are very close to my home and the staff is amazing. It is unfortunate that they changed their deposit requirements from $200.00 to $300.00. When I asked about they change in deposit rate. I was told it was due to high risk threats of theft in my area. I feel Enterprise should look at the history of a client before making such a change. I rent every week for business. I wasn’t happy about putting $200.00 down as a deposit because it would take up to 3-4 day to be returned to my credit card. I will have to take my business elsewhere. Going to miss the service and the staff at Enterprise.

This is the worst place to rent a car from I rented a van from this place and the van need a lot of work that need to be done to it I spend more time at the gas station then I did on the road and when called back in June about the car I rented in June they said that I will get my money back its been almost two months and no one has called me or gave me back my money.

Fiance booked a rental... We arrived on pickup date of rental and zero cars are available on the lot. We were asked to return early the next day for first dibs, still no cars are available. We were told the Regional VP would follow up with us, but it never happened. We are now beyond the date of the return date for the rental and still do not have a car, no follow up, and no refund!!!

They dont know the definition of reservation!!! I had a reservation and when I get there, the employee tells.me they have no cars and theres a wait list of 6 people who all had reservations too! I ask how they can mess this up and he tells me because its based on returns... What? Thats not an answer! They need to do a better job on their logistics or not take reservations that they cannot make good on! This is unacceptable!! Now on screwed without the car I thought I had reserved for me and the money I spent on a ride over to the place. Pointless waste of time. Do not rent a car from this business and if you do, make sure to call and confirm and confirm as much as possible before you head over. Ugh!

Had a family emergency and I had a reservation made for an intermediate size car but was not called beforehand to be informed that the car size I reserved was not available. Long story short, I Was given a different type to drive, and due to the family emergency and the need to get on rd immediately for a 4 hour drive I took it. Due to family emergency I had to get an extension for an additional week, but they charged me the current price of the car size they gave me vs. What was orginally reserved. It was not my fault that the car reserved was not available. So I ended up paying additional money. When I inquired and explained I rented from other enterprises and this had not been my experience i was told that their branch follows the corporate rules. Fair enough (please also note I tried to reach out to enterprises customer service, spoke to a lady that was nice who stated I would get an email response..... I am still waiting on that... 8 days later..) and Today I returned the car at 530pm, they told me I would be unable to get a receipt until the next day at 730am, even though they do not close until 6pm. When I inquired why I could not get a receipt at the time of drop off since they were open for another 30 minutes, I was told that the system was already shut down because they didnt have a lot of cars. But they did take the keys and I did get a thumbs up that the car was returned in acceptable condition. But nothing in writing. Again, A very different experience from my previous rentals at enterprise. I ensured that I dropped it off before closing and not after hours so I could get the adequate documentation at the time of my return. That did not happen. This particular experience was very disappointing and does have me rethinking if I will rent with enterprise in the future.

My Mom made reservations on Monday to rent a car from 10/2 to 10/5 to travel to Orlando. They called her the day before it was time to pick up the car to say they wouldnt have any cars and to try around somewhere else.My mom has rented from this location several times. We were very disappointed with the last min call. But we were able to find a car at Budget rental and the experience was great. They really did us a favor.

As someone previously reviewed, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I was in an accident and went through my insurance to reserve a rental for within the next hour. After walking for 30 minutes in the rain I arrived to find out that there are ZERO vehicles...ZERO! Why wouldn’t they have told me on the phone? It was clear I had spoken to the same woman on the phone that “helped” (I say this loosely) me at the store so why couldn’t she have told me there were no cars available then? I literally requested, “any car under the sun as long as I can put a baby seat in the back”. I am writing this as I walk back home, carless and soaking wet. If geico wasn’t covering this rental I wouldn’t ever consider going to enterprise EVER AGAIN. Absolutely horrible customer service if you would even call it that.

Do not rent from this company. They took our reservation and when we showed up to pick up the car, they did not have a car. They apologized and said it was corporate’s fault. That’s what they told the other four couples waiting for cars as well.

I had an excellent experience renting at this location. Jessica was amazing throughout the whole process. We arrived on Saturday morning and it was very busy that day but Jessica managed everything efficiently and effectively. She provided us with a very nice car which was clean and she always demonstrated a positive attitude with all the customers waiting considering it was quite busy that day. We even got a call back from her the next day to see if we were happy with everything and/or had any concerns. Jessica is truly amazing and I am thankful for her service to Enterprise. Will definitely rent again from this location and highly recommend Jessica to anyone for her great customer service.

Twice we have had issues with this place. Every time we make a reservation we get there and they tell us they don’t have any cars. What’s the point of making a reservation for then! Don’t depend on this place if your making plans. I’ve never had this issue with Budget and I’ll make sure I never try this place again!

Talking down to me, derogatory, and using tones that obviously are disrespectful. I call her out on her disrespectful comments and she stayed quite then changed the subject. HORRIBLE! Worst experience ever! They cancelled 5 minutes before my pick up time, as I was already in route to pick up my Minivan for a Disney trip. No help getting a vehicle from other locations and left me running around with 5 kids 7:30am. The airport location had vehicles but was almost $200 more and uses a different system so my reservation didnt even exist there! Never Again!!!

Always above and beyond with their customer service, of all the car rental companies out there Enterprise has almost always provides us with exceptional service. (Except in Maryland when we were traveling to there, the agent was not helpful so we just contacted our original facility and they resolved it at a distance)

Booked 3 weeks in advance. Didnt get the size vehicle reserved. Put in smaller car. I am 6 ft and was on business trip with equipment and luggage. Obviously not enough room. Car had scratches all over. Cloth seats had stains. Not what I am use to from enterprise. Very disappointed.

I will never come to this store to rent a car again in the future. I rented four cars at this company in a month. When I returned the car, other stores helped me to send home. I said that they didnt send it because I lived 4 miles from his store. He said that 3 miles before sending four miles, they dont send, I know that you are looking down on me to be Asian. Fast in and out getting the car. Great staff behind the counter very helpful.I got a almost brand new car that is not in the best condition inside and clearly hasnt made an Attempt to clean it up. Exterior of the car was fully detailed when I picked it up but about 2 days after I had it I started noticing a odd color showing up on the rims where they never wiped off the tire shine after treating the tires and its not my responsibility to have the car detailed so its been that way a month.Other then that its been great and will rent from this location if I need another temporary car.

That location is awful! I walk in earlier because I had a simple question. The skinny blonde girl at the counter was on the phone taking a personal call. The call was on speaker. I stood there for a while. She completely ignored me until I said something to her.She rudely said were close. I told her I had just one question. Again she said no, shoo.. get out were close. How dare you say shoo and wave your hand out to push them out to a customer as if they are an animal trying to get in the store.Ive been a customer with enterprise for years now. I always get top notch customer service at other locations. Beware the employees at that location are nasty.

RENTERS BEWARE!! This is by far the worst rental location I have ever been too! I rented a car from this location for 2months while my car was being fixed.. First car they gave me broke down and left me stranded on I75 in the middle of the night.. Returned that car and was given another that was just returned and not cleaned.. Returned the rental and a week later I was charged $159 I called and spoke to a very rude staff and finally was put on with a manager who gave me 5 different reasons trying to justify the charge.. I was told the car was destroyed, the car had pet hair, car smelled like it was on fire.. ALL BS!!! this was a work vehicle.. the Manager in training then told me I would not get my money back and slammed the phone down on me. ENTERPRISE POLICY... so I was told by the manager.. anyone picking up a car who complains the previous renter is then charged no matter what. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I CALLED CORPORATE AND I WAS PUT ON A DO NOT RENT LIST FOR COMPLAINING BY THE LOCATION MANAGER WHO SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!!! WHAT A JOKE! I had a reservation and a pick up. The pick up arrived in less than 5 minutes. It was a busy day, and I was assisted after about 10 minutes. Two choices of cars, a Mercedes SUV, or a 328I BMW. I was assured I would not have to pay full price for the BMW as there were only those 2 cars available. I had a nice conversation with the female clerk while inspecting the car. Left after about 20 minutes.Dropping off the car went a lot slower as there was only one gentleman on duty. Got a ride back to repair shop.The only sad incident was the fact that the cherry red BMW was obviously not up to speed. Every time I stopped at a light, the car gave a great big shudder. Kind of embarrassing.

This is the first best experience I have ever had with Enterprise and that is largly in part to Martavious. He came to get me when other agents might not have. He was mindful of the condition of his cars. I was put in a clean proper car. He rememebered me when I came back 3 days later and even remembered where I needed to go back to without saying a word. The manager Nick at this location is the most disrespectful and unprofessional human being I have ever in my life had to deal with. He was very nasty with me, charged my credit card without an authorization from me or giving me a heads up, when I called to speak with him he proceeded to hang up the phone on me and talk over me. I called again this time with the insurance agent on the phone that was taking care of my case, and he started talking over her as well and being rude, and also proceeded to hang up. I dont like to write reviews on any place, it takes too much time out of my day, but today is the day because it has been a horrible experience in dealing with Nick. They should have another person in place of a Manager that would actually be a good face for the company. I myself work for Audi at the dealership & I dont understand how you can treat a customer in such a way.

I have been renting from this site for several years however, this time I was very disappointed.I as usual booked my car before and arrived to pick up my car about a half hour before my scheduled time. My greeting was your early obviously they did not have a car ready for me. I understand that this could happen however, after waiting I was told someone would drive me to another location to pick up a car. I believe its Enterprises responsibility to have a car at this site but they didnt even though it was ordered well in advance. I am rethinking my continuation with Enterprise.

I made my reservation the day before and scheduled a 10:00 am pickup the following day of my reservation. I called after 10am when my pickup hadnt showed. The representative told me I wasnt on his pickup list but would come and get me asap. He then said we pickup on the hour and hung up the phone on me. At 11:00 I called again as nobody had showed up to pick me up. This time I was advised his driver was in route in a black dodge minivan. 40 minutes later I called yet a third time and was rudely told HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR because I was way out of his way!!! Per Google I was only 2.9 miles away!!! He told me I needed to be patient or call the Airport location!!!Nobody ever showed up and they closed at 12:00 noon!I called another branch that was only 1.5 miles away but they didnt have any cars! I am here in Fort Lauderdale on business and now stuck over the weekend with no transportation, left to have to Uber anywhere I have to go! This person is not representing the brand and all the Enterprise claims to stand for!I will be on a Personal mission to get this chump fired and will not let it go until I get satisfaction!!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Called at 8 am made a reservation with the Manager Nick. I needed to be picked up. Told pick up would be between 9-10. Called back at 9:40 and spoke to Nick again for an ETA to be picked up. He told me 45 minutes. They never showed! WIsh I could post this with no stars!
