Unbelievably unhelpful, resist giving you any information, purposely omit requirements needed to retrieve your car (each time we went another requirements was added on), car was damaged and all contents stolen, and when we finally got the car out they tried to keep the license plate! The front counter employees bitc#ed and moaned when the customer service manager called them and told them to search for the plate. She actually had to call the front counter twice (while we were standing there) until they found it. Incredibly unprofessional bordering on illegal.

Car was towed last night from a handicap spot (with my valid placard hanging up in view). Went to get car and was told that they needed my registration. Told them it was in the car and the lady asked me where was it and wanted my keys. I told her that I was not comfortable having someone I dont know going through my car and I was told that if I didnt let her get my registration, I could not get my car back.I was charged late night/weekend towing charge and after hours fee because it was after 5pm (They towed the car after 5pm). Once I get my car, theres a huge sticker and writing on my windshield. I thought by law that the car must be returned in the same condition it was taken.If you can help it, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They destroyed my van and made me pay for the privilege. Funny thing the supreme Court ruled their actions unconstitutional today or yesterday. But theyre raking in them big bucks. Im not going to say that they were completely rude. But there was some foul language going on. And they dont mind charging you $230 for 15 minutes. And you dont have a choice cuz they got the thing locked in and they wont let you know that they destroyed it until you paid them. But its a city racket.

The girl that answers the phone is rude and unpleasant. She transfers you to a phone no one answers. Then you have to call back and yell at her to not transfer you because she doesnt even know what you need. Only dealing with them because I have to. I would never recommend this business to anyone

Possibly a scam. We got a notice for a car we haven’t had in 12 years (and know for a fact it wasn’t in our name anymore) we had proof they didn’t accept.. after paying a fee for a dmv report and 50+ calls we sent a dmv proof that it hasn’t been in our name in 12 years.. tried to call to verify they received it.. literally 25+ more calls- got busy signal, hung up on or a voicemail. Called from a different number and got through- was told she would send us verification they received it and “not to worry about it” to this day haven’t received verification. Also prior to all this we offered to just sign off the car to them, they said the option was to pick it up or wait out the 45 days in fees, do the auction and still be dinged with the remainder. (AGAIN not our car, hasn’t been in 12 years and have LEGAL proof there has been two separate owners since us in IDAHO! We’re in OREGON— and they are calling from VEGAS) giant pile of crock.

Unbelievable and unprofessional. Car was towed, paid to have it towed on Tuesday, doesn’t get there until Thursday afternoon with multiple excuses of being busy and shows up with extreme body damage that didn’t exist before it was towed. Have pictures thank goodness. Front fender annihilated plus more. My mechanic asked me if it has been in a bad accident. No. Was in perfect condition when towed. Calling and they will not help. Only people who are supposedly able to help are “on vacation”. Ask for the manager - he’s “on vacation” too. Not sure when they will be back is what I’m told and there is nothing they can do and nobody I can even speak to. Horrible service. Worse than horrible.

My sons 300zx was towed off Nellis AFB where hes stationed. It had some problems so the registration lapsed. It getting towed I blame on him. The huge fees I blame on them! The letter was sent to me in Texs dated July 9 and I didnt get the letter until July 19th. As of the 9th the bill was already at $562, but I checked online and found the fees to be over $1000!!! How is it they can take advantage of our military like this? He wants to get it towed and Ill ship it back to Texas, but now they tell him it needs a temporary license (permit to move) on a non-running vehicle. Sounds like theyre trying to get another few hundred from him. He hasnt even seen it yet to see if there was damage from towing...it requires a flatbedYou should be ashamed to scam our service members!!

I scheduled since midnight for 8 am pick up called 3 times in the morning there was no time attached the dispatcher was not at her best. The person who towed my car is the person who turned over the experience he was very friendly. Absolutely patient and he apologized for everything and the 2 hour wait.

When I got out of work, I saw I had a flat. I called my insurance & they assigned Quality Towing. The driver called to see where I was. Since I was in a parking garage, he had to change trucks. He called to update me several times. When he arrived, he quickly changed the tire. He was very friendly & professional. The response time was great! I was on my way in no time.

The tow driver (Nate) was extremely professional in picking up my Tesla and delivering it to the service center.

Worst place I have ever been to. So first of all I spoke to a woman on the phone she told me all I needed to do was bring the payment to pick up my car I get there my mom parked in front of the place. Not to mention they have absolutely no parking lot. So she parks for two minutes to drop me off at the front just so we can grab my car and leave. So a guy in one of the tow trucks is leaving because he just brought a car in. Then he turns around and grabs my mom’s car and starts towing it. We have been there for literally less than two minutes. So my mom is completely infuriated and the man tells her that she has to pay $290. She lets the man know she’s a correctional officer and finally he’s willing to let her car go. Because what they realized is they had done something completely unlawful. So finally I get to the front the man tells me I need to go to the DMV and get the copy of my registration from them. Even though my registration was in my vehicle and they could have just simply checked it. Then he tells me I need to call the place where I bought my vehicle and get the Purchasing agreement So I did sat on hold for an entire hour finally i got it And ended up paying for my car and they let it out but this was the Most Unprofessional PlaceI’ve ever been to they called me names and my mother. Soon as I got home I noticed there were scratches on my car from it being there. It had only been there for about two hours. Most disgusting people I have ever met. The only decent person was the man in the yellow jacket not sure what his name was but he was bald

Pulling 22 ft travel trailer with dodge ram up to Mt Charleston campground. Broke down half way up Lee Canyon road. Tow truck got there in reasonable time and quickly got truck loaded and trailer and hitched and got us back to Henderson and piece for service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Quality Towing!

Staff is very helpful. These employees deal with frustrated and frankly, rude people, but stay professional.

We broke down towing our RV (a 25 travel trailer). Although we have AAA with the additional coverage for the trailer, they would not tow the trailer to an rv park. Quality is contracted through GOOD SAM and gladly towed both vehicles bringing our truck to a garage for service, and us to a campground with our trailer and our parrot. The driver was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the equipment was top notch. I would highly recommend this company. My only complaint would be the amount of time we had to wait to be rescued (almost three hours). But given the situation, its understandable.

DOT, located our vehicle asked if assistance was needed informed them had tow truck that would arrive in 45 min. DOT asked if I wished to cancel tow they would assist. Called tow company and cancelled, DOT took great care of us

I requested a tow truck. They said it’s gonna come in 3-4 hours. I accept. After 4 hours I call them, they said, it’s on the way. After 2 more hours I call them back for update. They said, we don’t have any tow truck available for the moment. After 10 hours same one call me and ask me if I still need the truck. Sorry was to late.I never recommend this company.

My insurance company arranged for this service to pick me up on a Friday night. Everyone I talked to or interacted with was great. The tow was really delayed due to reasons that I don’t necessarily think was their fault and my only criticism is that I wish that had been communicate to me better.

After waiting 4 hours for other tow. I asked the State Farm operator off they could send Quality Towing. It took less than 30 minutes for Quality to arrive. The driver was extremely professional and obviously cared about our vehicle. If you get a choice, get Quality.

My Tesla lost power in the fashion show parking lot that by the way locks all its entrances and exits except for the one that is only a 6’3” height! This tow truck had to lower and change all kind of things on his truck to get thru. Not an easy feet!

Not the best company, well, they towed my suv for abandonment, thats is the reason they gave me. I didnt abandoned my vehicle, it was sitting ouside my apartment, they also told me that my suv was sitting not being moved for 72 hours, so i told them that in my lease it doesnt give that reason that it is my own business if i move my suv or not, long story short, my plates, registration and insurance are current, they told me to oick up my car, no charge like they are doing me a favor. They are scamming people, they wanted 287 dollares at first to get my car. They take your car abusively mine fir no reason, make their money and cut check to what ever apartments they have contracts with, that is plain illegal. Be careful with this towing company

Scam towing business....police protect them and they steal cars damage them and get the copy of title from customers and sell the cars at auction ...do not give them your title or copy of your title or sign anything...scam business...understand why their place is like a military fort?

The tow truck driver was there before time promised, and he was able to save me a couple of dollars, and he placed truck where I wanted it, very friendly, I will use them again, and refer them to others

I waited over two hours for them to show up, after being told that it would only be 45 minutes.... when the driver showed up he didnt move with ANY sense of urgency.... it took him 20 minutes to load my car on the flatbed and another 20 minutes to unload it at the repair shop... Good thing it was only 105° outside... oh yeah, when I called to get an ETA the dispatcher was very rude. Stay away from these clowns.

I understand one of your driver tow a friends car and he pleaded with the driver to pay the fee. The car wasnt hooked up to the driver truck yet. He live and work in that car and all his belongings are in that car. So, when the world is truly in a sad place we as humans are supposed to show some type of compassion to our fellow man together. So, the mighty dollar is win again.

These folks are just the best. Unfortunately had need to use them, on the heavy side, twice in one week. Each time they lived up to their name. Great people, and exceptional at their job. Simply good folks. I would recommend them without hesitation, and with no qualifiers.

Although it took forever to get anyone to me (welcome to Vegas), the driver was that was sent to me was amazing and professional and incredibly helpful even though I was freaking out.

There was five people ahead of me and it still took me a hour and a half to get to the window... Which only had one person working there at 4 p.m.... the lady apologize for the wait, but it was hot and they only had a small sitting space, and I mean small!! They have two benches, only one was halfway in the shade,.. and the benches was only big enough for one person... So the rest of us had to stand in the sun 😩 and coincidentally everybody that got towed work at the same job site towed.. Is that a coincidence, or what?

My 24 enclosed toy hauler trailer lost a wheel along the 15.They arrived on time with the right equipment to handle the tow. The driver was pleasant and knew what he was doing. There was no damage to my trailer and they took good care of it. They also repair trailers so they took it to their shop and fixed it. The prices were reasonable.They can tow large trailers, Semi-trucks and even large RVs.Breaking down along a road is bad enough. Dont make it worse. Call them.
