I bought a new home that came with one year termite warranty through this company. After the year past we moved companies; however, I received a bill from them for almost $400. First and foremost if your looking for termite insurance this is a horrible rate per year. Second I never agreed or signed a new contract with them. The bill read pay by X or you will accrue 1.5% interest on this invoice. Nowhere did they say what it was for or even a letter or email about this renewal. I called and it was sorted but I feel almost scammed into thinking I had to pay them. Horrible business practice and very deceptive.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I am happy with the service.
