I have worked for TekSystems twice. The first time my recruiter was great she was communicative and helped me along the way. During my 2nd stent with them I had nothing but communication issues with a recruiter by the name of Lauren Johnson. One of the worst contracting experiences i have ever had. She placed me in a position with ADT and any time i needed something from teksystems it took her 3-4 days sometimes to respond to a simple email asking a question. During my time under her she went on a vacation which is great for her but left me no contact information or tools on who to speak to while she was gone as my payroll was not automated yet. After about 4 months both myself and the company i was placed with thought it was not a good fit for me. I was told by the head of their Accounts that he would have another recruiter reach out to me and help place me in another position. After over a week i sent lauren a linked in message asking for a call back for the at least 1 voice mail i had left her.When she finally called me she blamed being busy and playing phone tag when i never recieved a call back after leaving voicemails. I asked Lauren where I was to go from here with another position. She told me that she was not comfortable placing me in another position due to feedback she had received which i had not been informed of. I asked her to speak to her supervisor due to the lack of communication i had received and the abysmal attitude i got from her at most of the times i talked to her. She then hung up on me. I will not be working for this company again any time soon.

5 stars because these guys will help you set up for an interview depending on the job posting and everything but do know that, any job in the IT field is very, very competitive and tough to get in without any experience whatsoever. so, That college degree youre holding is just paperweight. i kinda wish i knew this before i finished my degree, just saying.so, better have 50 years of experience in the field or else you will instantly lose because in the end, it all falls on the client whether its a yes or a no and again, itll definitely be a no if you have no experience so....my thing is, how is someone like myself is supposed to get the work experience if I dont get the chance? thats the classic question many people ask themselves.

They are all about you getting a tech job this is definitely the spot to hit up if you are unhappy bout your current situation/job and you want to try something new. Although I did not use them due to the fact of receiving a full time position I gladly recommend them.
