I have had a great experience working with this agency. They find you good career jobs and do their best to keep you employed. Very Interested in making things work for you and getting you in the best fit possible. I have had my recruiter reach out to me just to make sure that I was enjoying the job and if I think it will work. By far the best experience with a staffing agency ever. They will help put money in your pocket and you will enjoy doing whatever you accept as far as jobs go.

Horrible company to work for you can’t get a straight answer from anyone, my boyfriend was working there and employer lied on him about taking time and instead of believing my boyfriend, they fired him without any explanation. Then tried to offer him a job months later to only say no because they wasn’t sure on why he was laid off the first time. My boyfriend is the most honest person I know so to fire someone without proof is Horrible. Aerotek didn’t have his back in the situation at ALL. Horrible company to work for.

Very beautiful scenery when you first walk through the door. The people that work there are very friendly and professional. I would also like to say a special thanks to Will at Aerotek for giving me a boost and being patient waiting well over 30 minutes to make sure I got up and running. That meant so much to me. 😀

This place was a absolute waste of my time working in the logistic industry for over 12 years I go to them give them with a resume and references . For a job that isnt guarantee to be a full-time position. And they want more and more. I gave your guys a 12 year reference . to the company I supervise the past three and a half years and before that nine and a half years of being a leader. I recommend you use Hammes Staffing they found me a job making the same money in 30 minutes . I will recommend Aerotek to no one.

Not a terrible company to work for. However telling 60 plus people they had a job through the end of the year, then calling them a week later (on Veterans Day) to tell them not to go back to work. Not cool.

My fiancé recently called in about a job and TYLER told him he was going to help him find something. He told him to wait for a confirmation email with the address and time to be there and it was never sent. They were communicating via Facebook Messenger. As time went by he was calling and calling and got no answer. He spoke with a different Recruiter yesterday and the recruiter told him to call back today so he could find him something. So he called back today and the recruiter told him it was “personal” and he didn’t want to go behind his buddy’s back and find him a job.. Are you serious?? Somebody that has a 5 month pregnant fiancé and a son at home with bills and obligations you’re going to not do your job because your “buddy” said he was going to help and isn’t.. Then he called the receptionist and the receptionist was told by Tyler that my fiancé didn’t come in yesterday for the interview knowing damn well he didn’t send the confirmation link with the important details inside and was receiving calls but wasn’t answering. This is the most unprofessional staffing company I have ever seen and I’ve seen a few. I recommend KELLY SERVICES before these people any day. If you’re in need of a job desperately don’t come here..

Company is a complete joke with staffing. I myself have 2 college degrees in welding and engineering and applied science. I called them and they said they would call back and nothing. I then received a call asking about the review I left and they wanted me to come in for a job. I went everyone was standing around eating and joking with people waiting to be seen. I sat there for a hour and a half and not even a word was asked to me about my interview I was there for. A complete joke and the people in there were all well slugs in my opinion

I came in and did a application the end of November of last year. I spoke with a former employee name Kyle stats. I emailed him my resume in person, he went over the application i filled out. He said he would have a job for me based on my skills. So he then e-mailed about a job, and the location and pay. So he said he would get back to me that same day and never did. A few days went by, and number stopped working. I just followed up last week, i called to see if Kyle was still there, i was informed he was fired. So a recruiter name Peter came on the line that i was transferred to from the front desk. He told me i was never in the system and I would have to come back in to do a application, after I just been there last year. I was informed the last recruiter was suppose to create a candidate profile for me and it never happened. So Peter informed me while i was on the phone with to send him my resume and he wouldnt be sure if I would get a hired for a position but still send my resume. Then I got confused. So finally I asked him who is over him, i spoke to Robert, he also informed me that Kyle was no longer with aerotex and that he apologized to what has happened. So he told me to send a resume to him and i did, he responded to me that he will see what job will be a good fit. So on yesterday i went in the office to see Robert but he was in a meeting. So Peter came out and spoke to me and went we spoke into a little office. He had my resume in front of him. He told me the job I was looking for, there are no positions available. So i asked him, are there any job openings and he told me no. I told him, when i spoke to Robert he seemed sure that he would be able to place me on a job, based on what happen to me before with the former employee. Then he defame my character, he said I got angry and was screaming at him? I told Peter i would never get angry at anyone, and that word is not in my vocabulary. Then he told another young lady that walked in the hallway that i screamed and got angry. I told her what he was falsely saying what I did. I was so confused on what motivated him to make false accusations against me? And to defame my character. It is better for a company to possess and honor integrity, honesty and character, rather than shame, and regret. I cant speak that everyone is awful at aerotex but those people i came across are so unprofessional. In my experience when going to look for for a job, with these staffing agencys, know your worth and who you are as a person, because there are truly genuine people out here trying to help or contribute for a brighter future for you. And not just saying things because they sound good. Finally, I would not recommend my family or friends.

Not down playing the rest of the recruiters but Derek Burkhard was the recruiter that help me out a awesome dude he is not only do he get you a job but he make sure its a perfect fit and give you a follow up call in case you get cold feet before the interview and I also heard every now&then hell bring by a appreciation meal for pushing thru havent got mines yet but Im looking for it 😂😂

Wow, great company.....my recruiter with this company is Maryclair. Awesome young lady and very energetic in getting people to work. She cares. As an equipment operator from Philadelphia who recently graduated from the Heavy Equipment College of Georgia, I was unable to get stared in the field for those in positions holdi g them until there is nothing of them left. MaryClair through the College got abold of my nu.ber, called me and said I heard youre not at worm in your field right now,, and if you want I could help you I believe. Then she asked if I would be willing to relocate to her area office. Just so happen my future wife was there, and my jaw just dropped, as, I could only reply saying yes!Well, through the help of Maryclair and her sticking with me throughout the process. I am working with Sanders Brothers Construction Compnay, one of the most leading companies of South Carolina on infra-structure.I urge anyone reading this post who may be Look I v for employment and want help find v it to, make, it, your business, to find Ms. Maryclair at Aerotak and ask her to help you, too.
