Dealt with them from 2016-2020 on and off, never found me anything, never called back for any positions, have you turn in all the paperwork the whole nine and you still get no help, no resources anything and my resume is impressive (not bragging). The only good thing I could say about them is that they’re professional

Not helpful at all. They put on a front as if they will help you, but they dont get back to you and theyre not very good with answering the phone, either. I had to go to the location a few times to find out if I could ever be placed at a job. No communication at all and a job was not found for me.

Overall terrible experience and communication. My recruiter wouldnt reach out to me unless I made it a point to keep contacting her. My application was never submitted to a guaranteed job until after I contacted her boss. I worked with Chipton-Ross for over a month and my recruiter still didnt submit my application until a week past the deadline. I would never reccomend this employment agency to anyone, they cost me a guaranteed job at a top company.

The experience was excellent I met with a knowledgeable and professional recruiter and I believe my career is on the way!

Kept trying to email TWO recruiters to submit me to a job that I would have gotten into- GUARANTEED. And nothing. I try to call, nothing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
