I walk in at 5:00pm gentleman yells at me we are closed no hi how are you no greeting what’s so ever . I’m stuck confused because it’s 5pm and they closed at 6 . He then pointed to the people waitIng . It was the unprofessionalism for me my first and last time.

Because there was a lot of people in there she rushed and my nails came out ok but real cheesy I’m disappointed, she was really ruff on my hand I did not care!

I have been going here for years. I am always greeted by the entire staff. The color and design selection is extensive and the work is well done. I always get compliments on my hands and feet.

I went there and got my nails done and there was one nails that was loose. I got a refill and two days later the same nail that was loose is still loose and hanging on by a thread. I didnt bump it on anything. It doesnt seem like the person who did my nails took the time to make sure they were good. He didnt even ask if I wanted them cut. He just did his own thing. This was my first and last time going there!

This place is very unorganized and if you decide to get your lashes done don’t go here!! They literally glued the lash under the natural lashes. Damn near in my eye. My natural lashes were all glued down and i could wait to go back to next day to get them removed. I didn’t even have them on for 24 hours. My eyes were really irritated and the glue even pulled out some of my natural lashes. $30 dollars down the drain!!! Spend 70 dollars in there that day just for nails and lashes. And they didn’t do anything about it and they didn’t even seem to care. I will never be going back!!

I loved Lillys in the past, but lately I feel they dont care for there work as before. Its close to home so its convenient, but wifey is always on her phone or talks over the customers to co workers or Peter. Im going to go today but if its the same thing I have to find somewhere else.

Peter and his wife are not pleasant nor friendly people. They dont greet you when you walk in. They talk aggressive and dont listen to their customers. I dont know why ppl still go there. Their nail polish is too lumpy. Their color selection is all dark and neutral, small section for bright colors. The only good thing is that there is off street parking. They do not deserve a star at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The first time I came here they did not even welcome me coming in. There was nobody there and I waited 2 hours just to sit down to get my nails done. If you want good service I don’t recommend coming here! I got lashes and they almost glued my eye shut and it was so uncomfortable I asked them to take them off and they denied doing it unless $15 was being added to my cost. My nail polish was chipped not even 24 hours after I got them done. And one popped off just by me folding my clothes! Never again. Diva nails on Johnson highway is well recommended, they have great service with very nice people that like they’re job and won’t waste your money, and plus... they’re nails last🤦🏻‍♀️

I went to this place as I do ever 2 to 3 weeks. The owner tells me her daughter is not there today and to come back. I told her that I needed my nails and feet done today. This B**** is going to tell me that she will do my nails but not my feet because I am too picky!!! The thing is she and her husband do sub par work and poor customer service where their daughter does excellent work! I spend $ 67 everyone with a double digit tip! Told her Azz that I will never come back! Taking my money else where. With that being said I went to Lush Lacquer Nail Bar! Can I say excellent service! Bye Lillys Nails you are garbage compared to Lush!!!!! You were soooooo unprofessional today!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worst pedi I ever had and Im 40 yrs old. Just left without even getting my toes painted because I had to argue that the older lady did not put base coat on my toes before she tried to polish. Ive been he many times before. Will never go back!!!!!!
