I like getting my pedicures here which are really good. However, this last time I went to get my gel nails soaked off only as I can’t have them for a surgery. The lady that did it just drilled my nails down so thin. You can see the first picture of the literal indention on my thumb which is on all my nails. On the second picture you can see on the sides where they are thicker and then I’m the middle where it is thicker. My nails hurt to the touch right now which you can just see how irritated they are from the red color of them. My nails were finally getting healthier after going here but all that work just down the drain now. Also when I expect my nails to be soaked off and I’m paying for that service I expect it. Not just the short cut. I wish this was an easy fix like repainting nails but it’s not. I’ll be finding a new place to get my hands done.

It was okay. You pay before they finish which didn’t bother me. Very nice people there. I give two stars however because I got a pedicure and they got too far in on one of my toes now it’s looking rough and I’ve had to spend more money on medicine.The polish is nice I was the one that cracked it since it’s been in bandages and my black work socks for days.

I have been 3 times over 4 months with a friend. I have yet to get as good a message with my pedicure as he does. (We order the same exact pedicure). I complained this time and they asked if I wanted to go back … no I want it done right the first time. Also only a ten minute wait was 25 for him to get started while they started on me in 5-10 min so since we were obviously together it was still way to long. I had told them I have another appointment . Just poor service especially today. Won’t be back.

I am honestly just so disturbed that I was charged $50 on a terrible set. Completely uneven, was cut many times, and just honestly a terrible time. Here’s what I wanted vs what I got.I’m never coming back after this nonsense. Wish I could get my $50 back.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but i am today. Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The tech was not only rude, but she was rough and hurt me multiple times. She did not do anything to my heels and it looks like a 2 year old painter my toes. No hot towel and no massage, even though the description says that is included. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Love this salon! Always clean and friendly! I went in today and got the milk and honey pedicure done by Jimmy. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Not only was my polish perfect, but he took his time with the massage. It was extremely relaxing! I’m 8 months pregnant, and it was exactly what I needed! Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. Not only was it clean but they were fast and nice. I got dip powder and they were perfect. I saw Tammy and she is the best. She is fast and super good. I have never had someone deliver results exactly like the picture I showed them. Definitely going back.

Since moving to the OKC/Moore/Norman area I have tried 4 other nail salons in the last 3 months La Fleur Nails & Spa has been the best. From my first interaction with calling to see if they had time to do not only mine but my daughters nails the staff was courteous and friendly. I was pleased with the service I received even though I just had simple dip but on my natural nail with no tips. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely love going to get a gel manicure. Every time I go I get detailed manicures, meaning they pay attention to details. That’s huge for me. Especially as a professional myself. Customer service is always amazing.

I was a walk in and I was surprised at the short amount of waiting time even with all their appointments on a Friday! The man who did my pedicure was friendly and worked quickly and did an amazing job! It’s very worth going to this business! I got the deluxe pedicure service and it was absolutely worth it, definitely will be coming again!

I’m gonna go ahead and give 5 stars because I love this place, but today I came in the get my nails soaked off and I believe her name was Cory, I was sitting in chair 3, she was very rough, aggressive with handling my hands and the tool used to take my nails off. Then some customers came in for a pedicure and she started rushing on my nails. I was also offered a drink by the cashier and she told her not to give me one because it was just a soak..didn’t let me get a chance to answer for myself. She was just all around very rude during my visit. I’ve never had issues with any of the other nail techs, they are all fantastic and I will keep coming back, just the lady today was very rude.

Vi is the best nail tech hands down! I have gone to several different nail shops in Norman and the OKC metro area over the years and Vi has exclusively taken care of my nails now for 4 months and counting. Amazing! I’ve tried other nail salons but this one is my favorite now. My first time trying them since my friend recommended and they are fantastic. Friendly, engage in conversation, peaceful atmosphere and always ask you during the process of it’s to your liking!

She seemed like she was in a hurry. My nails look awful. Im not happy with them. I just got basic dip polish and its so thunk. Theres about 5 layers on my nails. I have the clear polish and dip stain on my skin. Right after she was done she got up and left someone else in charge to massage my hands.. and they started before my nails were even dry.. i went to wash my hands in the rest room and noticed all the stuff on my hands When I asked if she could take it off she tried to use the cuticle cutters to remove the polish and proceeded to cut my skin. I just left. I was so annoyed. I just wanted my nails to look better and I left with layers and large bumpy nails. Lol

My sister, my mom and I had a great experience. We all got our toes and nails done, I Had Tracy and my sister had Tammy.

I love this place!! Tracy always does an amazing job on my dip mani’s! Paul has also done my nails a couple times and he’s great, too. They always get me in when I request and everyone is so nice. I’ve been to several nail salons in Norman and this one is hands down the best!

I didn’t have an appointment and the place looked busy but they were so quick to get to me! They took care of my nails very well and I left with a gorgeous new color well before an hour had even gone by. Their prices for acrylics were even better then the other salon I go to. Definitely recommend to go here!

I’ve had 2 acrylic nails come off already and I got them done 6 days ago. I don’t do hard labor or anything strenuous with my hands, just normal everyday wear and tear they should have not come off that easily. I asked to get them fixed and they refused unless I wanted to pay for it. Why would I want to pay more money for such terrible quality

The owner Jenny is a doll, and Juli is hands-down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I showed her pictures of Halloween nails, and she hand-painted adorable little ghosts and a candy-corn pattern for me.For my birthday I showed her a Louis Vuitton pattern which she replicated effortlessly with the design stickers they have available. I’m uploading pictures.The price is great, too. This is by far my favorite salon.

I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon here and they’re pretty good. The mail tech I had messed up the shape of my nails though. Zenie came in and did her best to fix them. I eventually felt awkward and told her they were good. They are much better but still not exactly what I wanted. Zenie gave me names of techs better equipped to give me the nail shape I want next time, which I appreciate.

I got my nails done here yesterday, and it was the first time I had a good experience at a nail salon. I was nervous to find a new place, but I went here and they were so kind and attentive. The lady made sure after every nail that it was too my liking and that it was even with the finger on the other nail. When I would ask her to fix a little something she was kind and didn’t make me feel bad for having some critiques. My nails turned out perfect. And they were super kind, it was a very positive environment. Would 100% recommend!!

Ever since my boyfriend and I have gone to this Salon, we have had nothing but positive experiences. Jason was his nail tech this last time and he was so gentle when removing a problematic ingrown nail, and my nail techs have always been amazing and sweet with ensuring my experience is perfect. Their customer service makes us feel like we are apart of their family. For as long as we live in the area we will never go to another salon they have our loyalty entirely. Also, next time you go if youre looking for something new they have really cool glow in the dark dip powder!

Just had a pedicure and a gel manicure for the first time and I was SO PLEASED! The place itself is so clean, all the technicians are in matching uniforms, and the tools they use are visibly sterile as well! They offered us a beverage upon arrival which was such a nice touch. Amy was my technician and she did an amazing job! She was quick and thorough and definitely did not cut corners. I am from California and just here visiting family, but I will be back whenever I visit next! What a great start to my vacation here!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! I just moved to Norman and was looking for a new salon and this one tops all of them even where I’m from! The guy was so kind and took his time to perfect every detail about my nails. I’m very particular about how I like my nails and he did an amazing job!

Today was my first visit, and I was very impressed. It was very clean and the staff are lovely! Jenny did my manicure and she suggested doing a dip instead of the solar nails I was going to do, and I am very pleased with the outcome.I would highly recommend!

I went here for the first time trying to find my forever nail salon being that I just moved to Norman and I will never take my business anywhere else. Tony did my nails and before we started I explained to him that the salon that did them before made them look too thick and bulky and I prefer a more natural look and feel. Let me tell you, he DELIVERED. He gave me exactly what I wanted and shaped it to look like my natural nail. He spent so much time putting detail into the shape and I am so impressed. I will ask for him every time, thanks Tony!

Just rude. Showed them the design I wanted and they laughed. That should have been my first red flag. I told them I could still see the pink showing through and I was told “that’s just your nail”. Nope. That’s because you didn’t use 3 coats of polish. How in the world did they get more than 1 star? They must be reviewing themselves.

Went in for the first time today Tracy did my nails and did an amazing job. I used to get my nails done a particular way because I didnt know what else I would like and she talked to me about other options and I absolutely love my nails.I recently requested Tracy and she was unavailable. I got Jimmy and I asked for dipped nails with a manicure I ended up paying $50 and not getting my manicure and I had to get the gentleman at the counter to get him to fix the under parts of my nails because I was in pain. He was very rushed and didnt seem to want to listen to what I had to say.. I still like the place but I dont think Jimmy is the best person to do nails. Also Iris is very good at pedicures.

So my friends and I, total group of four wanted pedicures and a shop near our work turned us away saying they refused to work on the boys. We called La Fleur and not only did they take all four of us last minute but they did a phenomenal job! We were all immensely happy with our pedicures and we will most definitely be back! As we walk in they ask my daughters about what they want and my daughters happy show them some pictures and they were like easy easy, -and we spend almost 2 ahours there and my daughter told them she did it like it how it was the design and they feel so confortable calling her picky!😡😡 !!!! You Arenot gonna call my daughter picky for a service you say it was easy and you can do ! Never coming back! Really disrespectful!
