Hey Y’all.I just wanted to let you know that so far, I’ve been very pleased with the claims process at Foremost. Mendi with Oklahoma Insurance Group immediately submitted the claim with some photos I took to Foremost last Friday. I received a call from the Lead Adjuster, Aaron Monday, and he showed up early for his appointment Tuesday and he had my estimate together by 1pm. It was very easy to get online and enter my direct deposit information, and I immediately received another email from Foremost saying the initial payment had been submitted to my bank account.It’s easy to be happy when I’m getting money to fix my roof, but no matter what the result ended up being Oklahoma Insurance Group, and Foremost Insurance have been very prompt and helpful. Thank you Russ for encouraging me to pay a little more to get good coverage. Thank you Mendi for being on the ball as usual.
