Im not gonna give a bad review over my review just want people to know dont apply for a quote online. I got a quote of $85 a month with Uninsured motorist and was ready to check out when it jumped to $160 something a month with a $303 down payment! if you want a quote I suggest go in person lol

I havent had my insurance policy with Liberty very long but so far they have been fabulous. I had to have my car towed bc it broke down on the side of the road and they followed up with and kept me posted when the tow truck was taking longer than what they originally estimated. My last insurance company just kind of left me to figure things like that out on my own. So far Im much happier.

Call someone else.. Liberty Mutual will take advantage of you. Ive paid 15k to them over the course of 3 years for auto and home. Ive never made a claim/gotten a ticket/been in an accident, and yet my auto rates continue to go up every year. Liberty mutual lost our business because of this. We got better rates through state farm with more coverage.

My experience with Ryan as been purely amazing! I have a pretty bad driving record, I had a strand of bad luck and had several accidents. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing policy, great coverage (not just the cheapest state min required). Ryan spent hours on working every discount and making sure I had the best rate! I am very happy with my coverage, my experience and even my price! If you are like me and had a few too many accidents or speeding tickets and need good quality insurance and want to work with a real person not some computer generated (The general, gieco and progressive) then call Ryan! You know, I dont think I have ever posted so many positive reviews about ANY business/company, but we went through years of good luck avoiding accidents, but this last year or two has been trying my patience accident-wise. We ran into a string of bad luck with accidents, and I fully expected the wrath of my insurance company over this mess. However, I was fully surprised to find that Liberty Mutual understood that accidents happen. They filed a claim for us against a faulty insurance company against another driver who has done nothing but show their scandalousness in trying to avoid a claim whereas their driver was COMPLETELY at fault. And even when I was at fault in an accident and TRUTHFULLY and immediately admitted my fault, Liberty Mutual has ALWAYS come to our aid, been so so so helpful and courteous, it could bring me to tears with happiness just to know that they are really really doing their best to serve their insured persons. In a day and age where people can be quite shady, Liberty Mutual is doing such a great job that I am just fully amazed. And I guess they really dont want us driving half a car as the commercial once said, because they have taken good care of us. Let me tell you my story. I added roadside assistance to an older car that I have, so that if I broke down without having a warranty policy, I wouldnt be left stranded. However, I also have a newer vehicle, an SUV, that has a warranty agency through the dealer that has nothing to do with Liberty Mutual. One day that SUV broke down, and I called to find out if I had added just the old car, or the old car and the new SUV. It was a new policy, and I had thought that I had just added the old car. Still, when I called Liberty Mutual to check and confirmed that it was just the old car, Liberty Mutual was not willing to leave me stranded. The customer service representative seemed very concerned for me, and was willing to do whatever he could to make sure that I wasnt left stranded and gave me several options. I wanted to go ahead and make sure that I went through our warranty agencys protocol, but I was very impressed that Liberty Mutual wanted to make sure that I was safe and taken care of. I cant thank them enough for all their help, and I have never experienced such concern for a customer as what Liberty Mutual put forth. My sincerest gratitude to you, Liberty Mutual. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dont believe their TV ads about not raising your rates. They raised my rates by more than 50 per cent in two years and I had no accidents, no tickets and no claims.
