Many years a customer. Always satisfied with their help when called upon. There was never an issue that this agency didnt solve to my satisfaction. Called them many times over the years and they were always courteous and responsive to my needs or inquirys. I like the way they run this agency. Every person that I spoke with on the telephone handled the issue. I found them all to be knowledgeable and able to take on my needs. Kudos too them, and a good place for your insurance needs.

There meant to be there for you,when you need them,after paying your insurance for years,but they always have a high deductible,so you just land up paying for repairs yourself.seems to me if you saved up the money you pay for insurance,you would,have the money to pay, for anything that does happen.

Pricing is good had a claim of hail damage last year handled well and very professional and quick

Rates too high. Used to have home and auto there, then switched home insurance to another company after the premiums nearly doubled with no claims. Now switch auto because I found rates about 40% less somewhere else. Spoke with Mr. Willeford before switching the home policy, and he didn’t seem to care I was being charged more by his company than another. Do yourself a favor and do some checking around. You can find better insurance and agents.
