The repair man got here by noon and he called an hour before, letting me know that he was finishing up a job and would be at my home within an hour. When he got here, he recognized that my ice maker was not working so he replaced it even though he was just doing a maintenance call. I was so grateful. I’ve waited 6 weeks before to get my refrigerator repaired because they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointment. Originally I had scheduled a maintenance appointment as well as a service appointment that was two weeks later. I was so afraid that they were going to call me and reschedule my service call. So I am very pleased with my maintenance appointment! Wish I remembered hey guys name. That is so much!!!

We had to wait over three weeks for our parts to come in from when we initially requested service. Now we’re having to wait an additional two weeks for a repairman to come out and perform the repair.The shipping could have been expedited and coordinated with the repairman to arrive at the same time. Instead, we’re left without a functioning appliance while hosting Thanksgiving for our family.Save your time and money and simply buy a new appliance instead of letting Sear’s ruin your holidays.

The service repair man who came to fix my dishwasher was the consummate professional. The problem was multi-varied and he stuck with it until everything was fixed to his satisfaction. It is so refreshing to see people who take pride in their work and want to do their best for the customer but also for their own pride.

I waited THREE WEEKS for my refrigerator to be repaired. After spending $401, it still isn’t repaired! I have missed out selling this unit twice now. The first time because the repair was delayed a week, the second because the refrigerator still doesn’t work! In addition, the 90 day warranty was not honored!

Our repair Tech arrived on time, was clean and dressed appropriately. After a brief description of the problem, he knew from experience, where to look for the solution. He found where heat or a short had burnt a wire and switch. He quickly replaced those items, put the microwave unit back together, check it to make sure it worked properly. All during his visit he was informative, confident, and curteous. He was polite and thanks us for our time. He cleaned up, put all his tools away, before leaving. What impressed me, was his care not to damage our wood work by placing gloves between his appliance stand and our cabinets, it was appreciated. Please thank him for me.

The service technician was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did not have the parts that needed to be replaced. I received the parts in the mail. That being said, I will be calling once more to have the repair job completed. The two broken off screw heads still need to be replaced, this is what I called Sears for service to begin with.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, skill and knowledge of the tech sent to our home to check all of our kitchen appliances--he went above and beyond the line of duty to help me both times he came to our home. He also took time to look up part name and numbers for me to order from Sears, and also a shema of our refrigerator to show me how it works. I was beyond amazed!I highly recommend this young man!

My front load Kenmore washer was making a very loud noise when fast spinning. Sounding similar to an airplane or freight train. I stated it sounded like a worn out bearing. The repairman took off the small bottom front panel. The repairman put the machine in the spin cycle, and it was quiet. Thinking it was items that had been on top of the washer vibrating, causing the nose.I paid him $94.00.I ran a load of clothes and the noise was the same as before.When the tub has the weight of clothes in it, it makes the loud noise.When there are no clothes and weight in the tub, there is no noise.I think the repairman should have known this. :(

Scheduled a repair... only opening was two weeks away. Waited at my house for the four-hour window of time, then at the end of the window I received a call that the repairmen couldnt make it and I could schedule two weeks from now. So, if you enjoy waiting a month to *possibly* have a repairman come by, Sears is for you!

Very poor service compared to the previous year. I purchased the yearly checkup plan when I purchased a what I consider an expensive washer/dryer set. The technician that came this year did nothing other than turn them on and listen to them. The noise he could hear in my washer was diagnosed as coins. When I asked if he took them out, he told me no so I asked him to please remove them because I couldnt see them and had no idea how to take it apart to remove them myself. The previous year, the technician took the front off of them and made sure that all hazardous lint and debris was removed from my dryers inner panel. The first year I was extremely satisfied and this year it was nothing more than the guy driving to my home to listen to my machines. Very disappointing when you pay in advance for these services not to mention I took a day off of work.

I was satisfied with the Sears repairman. He came checked out the dishwasher and said he had to order a part. Gave a date to come put it inand followed through.Friendly and did his job.

Very poor service. I have extended warranty. 3 trips still isnt fixed to my liking. They say its all they can do. parts from different dishwashers nothing matches.The last service man told me to take a rubber mallet to the side to make the basket they gave me slide easier!! Do you think I did that no.. Not a happy sears customer.

Had my mower worked on, repair man seemed to know what he was doing, except he started lecturing me on how to take care of my mower which Im 57 years old and didnt appreciate. And I am still waiting for my seat replacement 2 weeks now. It is cracked on the side very obvious defect. As of right now I would not buy another craftsman mower because of this experience, lectureing and not standing buy the extended warranty which I paid for, and thats a shame as I do like craftsman mowers, this is the 3rd one in my 57 years well see if a seat is worth my future patronage of all sears products

The repair man was knowledgeable and friendly but Im not happy with having to pay nearly $100 just to have him say its not my machine but the plumbing. Oh well I guess thats the way it plays nowadays. You have to pay that much just to have them enter your home.

After six visits from Sears since July, our three year old expensive dishwasher is still not working properly. Consider that you have to block out four+hours for each visit, this has been a total waste of time. The first repair person arrived at 5.5 hrs of waiting, after work hours and could do nothing. He did not know enough to even diagnose the dishwasher, because he could not call in someplace. Most visits were two weeks apart and I expect far better service from ANY repair place.I believe we are now up to eight Sears visits. Our Bosch dishwasher was silent before the repairs and how it makes noise. It was stable and now it tilts, and we only have one setting available to wash dishes.

Ricky did an excellent job! He was very thorough with inspecting my appliances & cleaning out any filters there were, he even cleaned out from under/behind my refrigerator and found a ton of nerf bullets we had been missing! I was concerned that my ice maker seemed to take awhile to regenerate ice,so he did some research for me & reported that that was normal when all the ice is used up quickly. Even though I hated to hear that, I was glad to know my ice maker was working properly. Ricky was very friendly from the 1st time I spoke with him on the phone & throughout the whole visit! He was very professional & always smiling & went out of his way to find the answers to my questions & concerns. He even helped me figured out why my garage door wouldnt work via remote door opener... battery went dead. Thank you Ricky for everything!
