Dyllan was very prompt and professional. He did an excellent job repairing two toilets in my house. Also was able to locate the toothbrush my 6 year old niece had flushed down the toilet. Price was very reasonable! I used them also for air conditioning repairs in the past. You will not regret choosing them. They are prompt and even text you that they are on their way.

Blake and TJ were punctual and polite. They took time to complete the job right. After unclogging the drain, the ran water through the faucets and waited around to check their repair. We had a toilet leak and called Norman Heat and Air because they had done a good job putting in our new AC unit this past summer. Blake arrived early. He was friendly and very pleasant and very professional. He quickly assessed the problem (toilet needed to be reseated), gave us the cost to do the job, and answered our follow-up questions. He checked everything thoroughly to ensure the clog was flowing and working properly. I was floored with how fast and accurate their service was. Our AC went out Sunday night in the middle of summer. I called at 7:45 Monday morning, and they had a technician out at 10:00. Within a half hour the technician had diagnosed and replaced the part. Our house was cooling before lunch on the same day I called, and was very affordable. I am extremely pleased.

Nick was here right on time and fixed our dryer problems in a jiffy. He was a super friendly dude; he made sure to give room to our trashcans out front, and cleaned out our dryer vent so thoroughly that he climbed up onto the roof just to make sure he got it all cleared out. While he was up there, the city picked up our trash, and when Nick got down and was putting his latter away, he brought our trash back to the side of house where it belonged. Norman Heating & Air was the only plumbing company out of four to return my call! They got the work done on the day they came to give me a quote. Dylan and his helper did a rock-solid job of installing new pex shower piping for remodeling of our two-bathrooms. I recommend them, and am having them out to clean our air ducts next week.

Our air conditioner broke down during a heat wave, which was not ideal. I called Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. He also did a walk-through inspection of our interior system before leaving to make sure that everything was working properly. OVERPRICED – UNEXPERIENCED STAFFUPDATE.. As of 9/2/2021 a contractor has not looked at my house.. let alone repair it and I work from home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are non responsive and the only follow up you will get.. is the billUPDATE.. As of 8/14/21 I am still waiting on a contractor to contact me and fix my roof the was damaged by this company’s backhoe.. I sure would like to receive the fast service everyone else is claiming to receive..Quoted me on 6/15/21 for 4,600 to replace over 35ft of piping saying it was a one day job. First day out on 6/21/21 they unloading the truck and left because it started raining. They did not inform me so I called about 6 hours later and was told they will be back in 2 days. On 6/23/21 they unloaded the backhoe and hit the side of my house and a power line stopping work for the day. Unable to use water I was placed in a hotel. Once back out to my house another power line was hit along with a gas line. The gas line upset me because I ran out to ask happened and he said he did not know. Ten mins later I see firefighters in my backyard; I had to find out from the firefighters what happened. I had to ask for hotel extensions every 2 days checking out and back in the hotel repeatedly. The job did not get completed until 7/10/2021 making me cancel my 7/6 birthday gathering. It got to a point where I felt as if I was bothering the plumbers to complete the job.After it was all said and done the direction of the pipe and length of pipe quoted for was completely off. The only had to replace 12ft of pipe. I was told by the manager that the quote given was for 40-50ft and I still have to pay that price even thought 12ft was replaced. My backyard is muddy uneven mess.As a veteran and former customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY

Darryl Cameron is great! Came out on a Sunday at 7pm stayed till after 11pm to diagnose & fix the A/C issues. He was thorough went through the whole system outside & in the attic. Did not rush & checked all. August busy time of year same day appointment on a weekend. I just had the fan on the condenser replaced by another Heat & Air Co. He noticed right away fan was running backward. Pushing air down not up & out. (He took care of that). Dual capacitor went bad. Installed new with Compressor Saver Kit/System-New Capacitor New Contactor & Surge Protector for A/C & Programable Thermostat. Everyone advertises 24/7 service but want to schedule you another day. They show up on a weekend same day service. I’m usually one that doesn’t do reviews but I honestly can’t say enough on the service. Call them today.

I have an older AC unit that uses R22 refrigerant, and needs recharging. I told them this was the reason for my service request when I called. When the technician arrived, he glanced at my outdoor unit and said it would be $3000 to recharge (without even measuring how low it was) and that I should buy a new unit. I was charged $100 for this service. Upon doing my own research I found the price quoted for the refrigerant was ridiculously exaggerated. Even better, when I went outside later I found that the technician had inexplicably put a sign advertising the company in my front yard without my permission. Highly recommended if you enjoy being deceived and wasting money. I would avoid otherwise.

Dyllan did a terrific job for us on two occasions in the past five months. He identified and repaired a slab leak that had gone undetected for months (which had significantly impacted our water bill). He also installed three new bathroom faucets and a new Roman tub faucet/valve for us (replacing 28-year-old fixtures and correcting valve and pipe issues in the process). He was prompt, professional and very helpful in explaining options and providing estimates. We highly recommend him!

Update:I called to schedule a follow-up appointment after we received our estimate. I was told that the technician had made a mistake with our estimate and that the actual cost for service would be 50% more than the estimate we had been given in writing. Also, we were considering an alternate service, which the technician had told us would be cheaper, and we were told it would not be cheaper, but instead was DOUBLE the cost of the first service. Our initial impressions were good and we liked the technician, as mentioned in the review below, but the follow-through was not good here. From day one, Norman Heating, Air Conditioner & Plumbing, has exceeded our expectations. Initially, we contacted them a few months ago because we noticed a small ceiling crack, and over time, we had a slow leak. The specialist, Blake, came and spent a significant amount of time trying to find the leak. He consulted with his colleagues and concluded that our master shower floor had several mortar holes and filled them. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. We had a few other issues but decided to do them on our (jokes on us!) Fast forward to this week. My husband and I noticed another slow leak and warping in two different areas of our ceiling. My husband called, and they immediately got us scheduled. Based on the professionalism and excellent customer service Blake provided on his initial visit, we knew who to call! On Wednesday, Blake and another specialist, TJ, showed up promptly on time to work. We decided we would have him repair the other issues we thought we could fix too. Blake and TJ truly went above and beyond. They came in and first focused on the leak. They both spent a significant amount of time ensuring that they found the source of the leak while also making sure they cut as little as possible into our ceilings. They also fixed our master shower drain filled with dry grout/mortar (you can thank my husband for that!) and an exterior faucet that stopped working after the last major freeze. Not only did they fix everything, but Blake and TJ also took the time to explain every step of the way and what was going on. There were no surprises because they took the time to explain the process and what we need to do to fix it. In addition to the excellent work they both provided, TJ noticed how warm our upstairs was when working up there and, on his own, checked out our AC unit. TJ was very knowledgeable and walked me through what we needed to help the unit operate more efficiently. We had an HVAC specialist already; however, because of the exceptional services we received, weve decided to have all of our heat, air, and plumbing issues taken care of by Norman Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing. Norman Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing should be your first choice if you want quality service, honesty/fairness, and highly knowledgeable individuals. Small oozing leak between our main line and the sprinkler shut off. The phone answered promptly and professionally and Dyllan came out the next morning on time and very quickly found the problem and fixed it!

Darryl did a thorough job of performing the semi-annual HVAC preventative maintenance that I get as part of the Comfort Club. During his work outside he discovered a weak run capacitor (ie, it was registering 10% below recommended run levels vs being within a + or - 3% range). He provided me with options and I decided to replace it now while he was there vs hoping that it would not fail this summer. He was professional, seemed to know his stuff, and I request him next Fall for the check up of my furnace.

Late into the evening my wife noticed a leak in my front yard that was very noticeable and required some immediate attention. It was hard to pin point where it was coming but a large accumulation of water easily determined the severity of the situation. Blake McCracken showed up on time even though I’m sure it was past his normal working hours. This company went above and beyond to take our after hours calls, respond quickly and got it fixed and water back on in less than 24 hours!!! Amazing!Please remember them when you need service to heat, air or plumbing.....

Randall did a thorough inspection, explained to me the things I needed to replace and why and the cost, and promptly replaced those parts. He was very friendly and also very professional, taking the time needed to help me understand what my system needed. I like working with Norman Heating & Air and always have a good experience.
