The BEST guys came and helped me out with my AC. i believe his name was Brandon Giles. such a great well mannered young man and an excellent worker! i recommend this company and Brandon for sure if your having any troubles AC wise, thermostat, installation, etc. they will get the job done in reasonable time! outstanding job Brandon!

Brandon from Arthur’s Air Conditioning & Heating came out to do a maintenance on my heat pump. He was very professional & polite. He explained everything he did. He was engaging with my wife & I & even put shoe covers on after coming in from our backyard after washing our heat pump. He said he didn’t want to mess up our carpet. Brandon stuck a sticker on our heat pump & our air handler so we would know who to call got service. All in all, an excellent job by a professional person from a professional small business.

Had been having some issues with our AC. Left a message through their website requesting a service call, but letting them know it wasnt an emergency. Got a call from them a short time later letting me know they could get someone out later that day. Korey came out and helped diagnose the issue. He was friendly and professional. I have only dealt with a handful of heating in air companies in the past, but Arthurs will be my first choice and recommendation going forward.

Aurthur’s is the very BEST IN NORMAN for Heating and Air service. Our could had a leak and we had an American Home Shields contract. They sent out some company that tried to sell us a new unit first, then gave us a price and said it would be ten days before they could get to it because of the part. We had heard very good reports about Aurthur’s from my sister and brother-in-law, who is a builder in Norman recommended we call them. They came out the SAME MORNING WE CALLED and FIXED THE PROBLEM! They have very curteous staff and are a PLEASURE to deal with. Stress free experience! We’re sold now! We’ve changed our Heating and Air Service to them and are also getting our six month maintenance plan going with them! Absolutely the best!! Ive been using Arthurs for more than 10 years! The service is always exceptional. From the time I call in and speak with Donna until the service specialist completes the service. Corey has been my service specialist the past three times. The most recent was for routine maintenance for my mothers heating unit. My mother has Alzheimers so Im always present when someone comes to her home to do any work or to meet with her. One of the best things about Corey is the level of trust I have for him. I had a very busy morning the day Corey was scheduled. When he called to let me know he was on his way, I knew hed be there well before I was able to arrive. But because it was Corey, I knew everything would be just fine. As I predicted, he did an amazing job! He even checked out a concern I had about the unit. This is moment when someone could have taken advantage of us but he was very honest about the issue. He explained the issue and the fact that nothing had to be done right now unless we just chose to do so. Having Arthurs, Donna and Corey readily available feels like having family members standing-by to help when needed. My New Year bucket list has just gotten shorter thanks to Arthurs Air COnditioning & Heating. My back to back furnace & plumbing visits were exceptional. I have used Arthur’s for 10 years and my experience today ends my doing business with them. I called for a furnace checkup and the appointment was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. At 4:30, I called and was told the serviceman was tied up on a job in OKC. The lady said she could put me in either Thursday or Friday. I told her I would take Thursday morning. She said I would be 2nd on the list. I called at 4:30 today and was told I w as scheduled for tomorrow morning and second on the list. I said it appears you do not want my business. The lady answering the phone said, i’ll Just cancel your appointment, have a nice day and hung up on me. They apparently have more business than they can take care of.

I have used Arthurs for years for my heat & a/c service. They always provide great service. The technician did such a great, thorough job cleaning and checking all my units. He was friendly and courteous and gave me several good recommendations to keep my units running well.

Unfortunately I am not able to give a good review. 1) I had called Arthurs for an A/C issue, it was not cooling and it was the first part of September. When the tech arrived I explained the problem and requested he check my Freon because my A/C was not cooling, plus I also stated I thought the motor was going out on my unit. I described the crackling noise it was making and it smelled hot. The unit was frozen, the tech waited for it to thaw. When the unit was thawed the tech accused me of reversing the motor wires! Stated that was causing the problem. Wow, I don’t know the first thing about electrical systems and I most definitely did not appreciate being accused of tinkering with the wiring! I asked 3 different times during the service call for him to check the Freon. Needless to say he did not check room temp or the Freon. He was more interested in going to his truck to text on his cell phone. 2) A few days later I called again due to the unit not cooling again. The same tech came back out and after inspection decided he needed to reverse the wires, stated that was causing the unit to not cool. Really!! I was not charges a service charge. He again did not check the room temp or the Freon as requested. It cooled for about a day or so and I had the same issue. 3) When I called, I requested another tech be sent out due to the disrespect I received and the poor service the prior tech did. Needless to say the same tech was sent out. He was disrespectful as he explained what he had done to date, he stated he did check the room air temp, etc. I informed him I was in the same room and he most definitely did not. Then he determined the fan motor needed to be replaced. If only he took the time to do a proper service call the first time he came out or the second time he returned. As you would guess, the motor was replaced and my house was cooled for about a day or two. 4) I called for the fourth time because of the warranty on the motor and work. I was not surprised when the same tech came out and said… he had the motor set for furnace! Not air conditioning. As you can imagine I was furious for the lack of professionalism, no apology was ever given for any of the trips that were made to my house due to the incompetence of a technician and a company that does not respect my business enough to honor my request for a different service member. If I require additional service from Arthurs due to warranty, I hope I am treated with the respect I should have received from the beginning.

Furnace trouble on New Years Day. Arthurs dispatched an excellent tech, Corey, who promptly addressed our problem. He also explained the problem clearly. Kudos to the team!

I needed a quick 2nd opinion for an A/C inspection & they didnt hesitate to come out & Corey, the technician, did a thorough job checking all components to the unit & taking the time to educate me on the original inspection of the unit. Would definitely recommend them again!
