Ive been to many barbershops in town as I have lived here for over 7 years now.The owner is a truly someone that cares about the community and about people. Great man.2 of the best barbers in Hampton Roads work at this barbershop. Jay and TC. Jay is the first one on the left when you walk in and TC is next to him.TC has been cutting my hair for the last 6 years and when he is out of town, J cuts it. Both are great Barbers and I really dont let anyone else touch my head as long as I am in Hampton Roads. I am very picky about my haircut and wont just let anyone cut my hair. When you find a barber that knows what he is doing, why look elsewhere.Whether youre White, Black, or Hispanic it doesnt matter, these 2 brothers know how to cut hair. Look no further. This is the place to get a haircut in Hampton Roads.

This place might give good haircuts. I wouldnt know. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and I couldnt hear him over the background noise. Decided to not make an appointment and take my business elsewhere.

Went in, asked for a high and tight with a fade from the bottom with no guard, walked out with perfection. The people are really skilled at what they do, and another barber was quite hilarious. Not only did I get a great haircut I had a good time being there.I felt very welcomed there! Keep up the good work guys.

My son and I have been coming for years after our previous barber closed up shop. It also gives me great comfort to know that I can sit in any chair and get a good cut. Even the trainees/newbies that he allows to come in to get their feet wet dont do a bad job....MOST of the time. But hey, we all have to start off SOMEWHERE, right???

Pretty damn good. I asked for short on the sides longer on the top. At one point I had to ask the barber make it a bit shorter, but thats my bad for not making it clear what I wanted. Only thought is it took 30 minutes, but thats fine by me. Professional hair cuts take time, and these guys are worth it. After a couple of bad experiences with barbers in the past, I was very happy to finally find a good barber.Thanks a ton guys!

They have great hair cuts but they continue have me wait for a few hours at a time. Everytime Ive been in there with a scheduled appointment. Just today I called 2 days in advance and got to told come in at open time and 10 am and my barber was late when he walked in I was expecting him to tell me to sit down. And to no surprise another guy was sat down in my place because he was the first walk in to mention my barbers name. I got sick of it happening so I left and went elsewhere and will not be going back got a better place with faster service and on time appointments and cheaper at that! Custom Kutz is where at!
