My house flooded due to a frozen pipe, so I called Certified Restoration Group and they came to my house within 30 minutes with a full crew. It was so fast! My house has never flooded before, so I asked a million questions. Stacey was very knowledgeable and polite. They also helped with the insurance process, which was great because I had never done it before. They are true professionals and know what they are doing. I highly recommend CRG and will call them for any problems in the future!
