I cant tell you how impressed we were with the professionalism and quality of work this company did. We thought we were going to have to redo all our wood floors because of a water leak, but in 3 days they had the damaged hardwood looking like new. And they came out every day, on time, to check on the equipment to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough good things about the ServPro team that was assigned to us! From Steve to Alex to Carson- they were so informative and professional! We had several water leaks that resulted in mold issues. In 1 day they were able to contain the area, demo, and set up equipment. Although the drying process took about a week due to the leak size, there was absolutely zero mess in our home because of their containment setup! We have completed the first phase of this project and moving on to the rebuilding so were looking forward to the next team!

After experiencing a loss in our kitchen due to flooding we were referred to ServPro of Norcross. From the initial contact until the very end; our Construction Manager Ryan was courteous, informative and made himself available even when I contacted him on a Saturday! With his knowledge and expertise he made this nightmare into a Great experience. His knowledge and customer focus is unmatched, if I could give him and the group of contractors that worked on our kitchen 10 stars I would. In this time of Covid I was very nervous about people entering our home but he and the contractors were courteous and respected our home by protecting themselves as well as my family. I would recommend Ryan and ServPro of Norcross hands down and will definitely utilize his skills and expertise on our future projects.

I honestly dont know where to start with this company. Of course, the unthinkable happened with a leak under my sink which proceeded to travel into a bedroom and down to the basement. The process was one I was dreading. First I dealt with Steve. He was polite, prompt and so very empathetic to the situation. He reassured me that they would do everything possible to help and that is exactly what they did. The following day the sweetest guys showed up. Eamon, Jared and Alex showed up. I even asked that they text me first so that I could get all my dogs put up and they did that every day. For 4 days straight I saw them to check the drying process. So respectful, even willing to stop to let me give all the dogs a bathroom break. As much as I was ready to get all of that equipment out of my house, I truly hated not seeing them. I cannot say enough good things, there are not enough stars in the review about ServePro. And as a newly licensed Real Estate agent, my word and recommendations about this process will be nothing but wonderful. I cannot thank you enough for saving my home.

They sure know how to take a disaster and turn it into a nightmare. We had heard good things about Servpro in general......however, Servpro of Norcross is horrible!.First Steve arrived...kind,reassuring,professional. That was the last time anyone who worked there seemed to care. They were concerned with one thing and one thing only. Money, money, money! The work was subpar and the customer service was horrendous!

I highly recommend this company!! Our basement flooded due to a bad rain storm. I called them and they were there within the hour. They were able to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

We discovered a leak in our crawl space on 4/8 along with rapidly developing mold. We had to leave the house immediately because of a chronic medical condition. Steve was out the next day to evaluate and provide an estimate. Brian and his team came in and got all the damaged walls, studs, flooring, insulation etc.out and brought in their machines. A negative pressure room was set up along with dehumidifier, blowers and all equipment needed to get it dried out and ready for reconstruction.We chose ServPro to do the reconstruction as well and Art Hickler helped facilitate and monitor the ongoing work. This part moved very quickly with 2-4 very professional employees working many hours per day. The complete reconstruction was done in 5 days and there was nothing upon completion that needed to be on a punchlist. Very pleased with the work and the courtesy, communication and care taken on this job.

HELL TO THE NO!!!! If I could give a 0 I would! Our house burned 12/14/2016 and today, April 23, 2018, we are still not in our house. If you anguish, deception and threats. Go with ServPro of Norcross. If you want in your home ASAP without incident. GO ELSEWHERE. Feel free to reach me directly should you wish to hear about my 16+ month nightmare. My regret is not moving forward with a reputable builder. Learn from me. Also, a good many of the positive ratings here are from their employees.

I hired Servpro of Norcross to come out to my home to dry up my floors after a plumbing pipe had cracked. From the time the estimator came out to the time the mitigation crew was done, everyone was respectful and nice. The lines of communication were open and I never not knew what was happening at each step. Highly recommend!

Now I know why customers take the time to write a review for a company because it is a small token of their gratitude for their outstanding work. The contents department did an exceptional job with taking care of all my belongings, like their own. Thank you!!!

They were right on time and helped greatly with our flooded basement. Customer service was insanely fast and everyone was so quick to help us in any way possible. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Knew exactly what they were doing. A fire is never an easy thing to go through and my kitchen almost completely burnt away. Servpro was quick to respond and were able to remove all soot and get my kitchen back to new.

Helped me out tremendously! They were there before the plumber and held my hand throughout the whole process with the insurance company! Even cleaned my carpets for free after the job was over. Wonderful experience!

11/8/18.Our house had water damaged on 6/8/18.I do NOT recommend this company. I can tell quick part of this companey were ONLY Beggining and Collection of the Payment.!! Not enough explanation and poor communications after the demo. Almost every couple days I had to contact to them to ask the restration schedule or contents paperwork for insurance companey otherwise it didnt go forward. I was so frustrated. We were giving up to ask 1/4 of restoration because the contractor didnt show up. We cant wait uncountable people. Worst part was when Servpro returned our contents. They returned our drawer broken condition. It was totally fine until they move back and force thier wear house.( They kept our contents in their wear house until restoration done) I took pictures of drawer and text immediately but no respond and left problem couple of weeks. I asked their responsibility but contents manager said my drawer was used, replace used one ONLY not new one to me. When I refused he said he will check the value then call me back. He never call me back. 3 weeks later when I called him he showed attitude, send gift card of his calculate average price of used one from website (1/4 price of original ) or NOTHING . Of cause I tried to reach his boss. For 2 weeks I called, left messages, text, called office to asked lady to reach him. He didnt call me back either.Finally reached to the boss, his answer was same as contents manager. I was so exhaust to talk to them. As long as they would pay part of damage sent to me I said. Nothing happened .One week later I text the boss . He text back it already on the way but I could see the date when they purchase the gift card. They treated us not as customer. I dont know why so many good comments before but for us this company was worst than ever. The lady tried to reach me 11/8/18 about problems. I talked to her what happeded. Definitely this companey need to improve the customer service.!11/28/186 hours ago owner coment was up? I didnt talk him AT ALL!! and broken drawer was not quite replaced by Servpro. I bought drower then send recipt but they send me small amount of gift card .The lady said they will cover full amount of money but it didnt come true. This is the way this companey does! Problems were not solved.12/4/18Finally I received a message card and a check to cover the cost of cabinet from that lady.I would say if they took care of us fairly and did communicate well and job had done timely I wasnot upset that badly.1/21/19We have been using fully master bathroom for about 2 weeks then realized they didnt paint well. When they finished paint in Aug, I couldnt see butnow I see the constraction managers hand writing on the wall. I remember it is paint color memo using pencil. And toilet area is uneven paint. I know they were so rush to finish there last min. Now I feel I have to paint again!!
