Not sure how good they are at working but theyre really good at parking illegally and blocking neighborhood streets.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. I worked with Jason Moore and he was more helpful than the insurance company. He always answered my calls, helped me understand the process and was easy to work with in general.The water mitigation team worked quickly & efficiently. I have no complaints about this company.

My experience with talk to Young was not good they took my items from me and did not return them and I wont get them back but they keep saying that they dont have them these items were perfectly good they was not hurt in the fight

Almost killed my neighbor, after they said they finished with her fireplace she asked them to turn it on to make sure it worked before she signed the paperwork. Then it blow up. Every one is lucky to be alive. This never should have happened.

We had a ceiling leak between our kitchen and sunroom and the response from Parker-Young team was exceptional, I would happily recommend them in the future as a trustworthy and sensibly priced construction company, We are especially grateful for the way Roger coordinated the teams to provide a highly successful conclusion to this project. My family and I would like to thank, Rodger and Blake for an outstanding job all around! Parker-Young entire team was absolutely amazing and first-rate.

Parker Young Construction are exceptional. They gave a fair estimate of my damages and completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner.

We had a water leak from above in our condo and needed the repairs done. We also did some upgrades since they were already going to be there. This company was recommended by the condo assn. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the work done. Roger, our project manager was very courteous, responsive and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was careful to verify our choices and specifics of the job, so that everything was the way we wanted it. The outcome was better than I expected.They have a showroom with a designer to help with the design choices, which turned out to be extremely helpful.I would use them again and highly recommend.

We had water damage in our home that required remediation. Parker Young, led by Roger Harman, was methodical in ensuring that any area of the home that was damaged by water was removed and had teams in place to restore the home. This included new dry wall, painting, new carpet, plumbing, installations and more. Blake was an integral member of Rogers team and went above and beyond the call of duty. I quickly gained trust in Roger and Blake as they were professional and treated the project as though our home was their home. If I did spot an issue, Parker Young would address it immediately. Roger kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the project. If Roger anticipated a delay in anything, he would inform me beforehand and explain the reason why. Even though my family was living in the house, Parker Young was able to get the job done effectively and efficiently with little to no disruption of our day to day lives. I was also appreciative that, during this Covid environment, the Parker Young team was good about wearing their masks. I was particularly appreciative of this given that my elderly mother was staying with me as well. So, I sincerely appreciate the work performed by Parker Young, particularly Roger and Blake, and would recommend them to anyone.

We experienced a kitchen fire in February and this company was recommended to us by our insurance company. Our experience in using them was a disaster. We had concerns with their level of professionalism, quality of work, and overall knowledge of the job. If you are considering using this company, plan to be present onsite everyday to provide direct supervision, as no manager was present (as originally agreed). Plan to have certain jobs redone. They lack sufficient staff and tend to stall your job because of lack of resources. They drastically up charge any changes that you request. Using this company almost cost the lives of my family. They installed a defective cooktop in our kitchen. After I shared with the Estimator that I smelled gas - he eloquently convinced me that there was no gas leak. Needless to say, there was. Luckily later that evening I called Atlanta Gas Light for an assessment. They turned off the gas and tagged the unit as being “defective”. I had to work directly with the insurance company to have it replaced. There is not enough time to list everything that went wrong. I would proceed with great caution if you use this company.

The representative from Parker Young are unprofessional and unresponsive. They dont seem to care about responding in a timely manner regarding work that is paid for. I experienced a rude and dismissive attitude. It has been one month since I first spoke to them about the work on my property and they still have not put me on their schedule. I would not recommend this company to anyone even if they are the last available company in the country.

Parker Young rebuilt the condo I bought for my mom, after the entire building burned, 16 units. I lived in Phoenix, unfortunately not able to do a walk through after rebuilding. Wish I could have. Returned 7 years later to care for mom and omg!! The things I didn’t notice when I would visit but notice now that I live here: Crooked doorways/frames, flooring cut incorrectly, light switches installed upside down, cracked tiles in bathroom, crooked kitchen cabinets, incomplete painting, spacing between windows, and on and on. TAKEAWAY: if you use this company, watch closely! I have pics posted under the photos tab above.

We had a water leak and the team at Parker Young did a fantastic job responding. The mediation team attacked the job with extreme focus and the remodeling team led by Rodger created a new master bathroom experience that will add tens of thousands of dollars in value to our home. Parker Young did a fantastic job with my water loss. From the contents division to the demo, mitigation and reconstruction everyone did a fantastic job to ensure our home was put back to normal as soon as possible.

Parker-Young’s entire team was absolutely incredible and first-rate. Throughout the entire restoration and renovation project, I told friends repeatedly “I have the world’s best contractors” and I mean that!Mine was a complicated project, within an almost 100-year old condo building in Buckhead/Atlanta GA. It began following a mold problem requiring 2 rounds of remediation preceded by demolition of several walls and ceilings. Parker-Young was the only company who understood the idiosyncrasies of an historical building and paid attention to the details, such as the multi-part crown molding. Estimator Jason Douget really took the time to cover everything he could see, and worked wonderfully with my insurance adjuster to get the work done right. When I added on bathroom renovations to the project, Jason, designer Desiree Davis, and Project Manager Roger Harman worked with me to keep the budget workable, and guided me on options and what to purchase. When issues cropped up (and there were many in my old building) Roger communicated quickly and clearly, and really helped me to keep things moving. On top of all of that, Roger dealt frequently with my building’s HOA and Property Manager and helped me continually in keeping the team moving and in compliance with the rules/regulations that come with community living. Lastly, the team of skilled workers: plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting, finishing...ALL did a beautiful job.I consider myself highly blessed and extremely lucky to have had the Parker-Young team do this work for me, and can’t thank them enough for making a difficult process into an enjoyable experience!!

It was ok!

ZERO STARS.We lost our rental home to an oak tree and massive storm cell. They were the contractors to clean up. We were devastated confused, sad etc. so ya we signed we got everything, but of course we didn’t .You end up remembering after, that stuff in the porch closet.. One day later. I asked if I could go back and get my grandchildren’s pool set up, one day later, my landlord said yes. I got there and all the pool stuff was gone. The rest of the toys were there.8x10 pool, two blue tarps, one for bottom, one to cover, stakes for the tarps, bungi cords, rubber mallet, orange power cord, blower to blow up pool. Long handle net pool cleaner. I asked if I could please have it returned and they listened and were sympathetic. However no one called me back . They were going to reach out to the contractor and get my granddaughters pool back. Today I called again and the woman got on the phone started yelling immediately and said “you have called 4 times” b—tched me out for calling. I told her they said they would call me back . She said she didn’t want to hear anything from me again.She didn’t have 1 ounce of empathy. We are homeless. This was a child’s that was purchased with so much love in mind from her Gramma.She said it was thrown away, but who in contractor business would discard a 1. extra long orange power cord, 2. two 12x14 heavy duty blue tarps, a rubber mallet, Bungii cords etc. They removed the pool from the box. Why would they do that if they were throwing it away? They would have throw out the entire box. Also the other stuff in closet and on porch was still there.They didn’t even try to help me. They could have tried. It might sound silly, but it breaks my heart. I just got her a new swimsuit. They simply don’t care about anything but their bottom line and are deceitful.I had to explain that to my tiny sweetie who at 25 lbs, just turned 5 . This after she lost so many of her toys, that her pool was taken by the men from PARKER YOUNG. They could have tried. I don’t know if I ever was spoken to so rudely before... she didn’t care one bit that we had lost our home and 90% of contents. I wouldn’t recommend just because of non caring Liars that they are, The treatment to the homeowner or renter. I said you have . I said no empathy and are a “the b word .” But this was heart wrenching, we lost everything! Hateful people!

Very well pleased with this company and would use them again. The flooring supplier lost part of the order in a new warehouse, The job super made sure we were kept updated all the way. All employees were knowledgeable and patiently explained things.

This company are totally scam artist. This company is an absolute joke. They sent me a invoice for work they never did on my roof. The estimator that came to my house told me it was the plumbing boot that was the cause of the leak and that they only replace the whole roof and that they dont do patch up or replace plumbing boot but they still sent me a bill. Do not do business with this company. They are liars and scammers

This is a first class organization. I had flooding in my unit from sprinklers 5 floors up and when it came time to perform the construction and repair, these guys did a fantastic job. 6 floors and multiple units were damaged in my building and unlike other companies, they completed their work ahead of schedule. Of particular note, the superintendent, Joe, was stellar. He kept me posted literally every step of the way even though he had other jobs to work on. The work done was exceptional. It feels like a new place to me. Thanks guys!

I would not recommend Parker Young Construction. I made a claim with my insurance company and recommended PYC so we set an appointment and they came out.They sent the estimate to the insurance company and part of it was approved. Since I needed the entire problem to be fixed, I needed to know what the remainder cost would be. I tried multiple times to get the project manager, Chad Miller, on the phone to know the rest of the estimate, but was unsuccessful after three days of trying to reach him.I told the insurance company to not issue the payment to them as I have not been satisfied with their communication and would not feel comfortable with them working on my house if they cannot handle the basic skills of returning a phone call.

Between taking 3 times longer than origianlly estimated and the constant poor quality of work that required additional fixes I would recommend any other possible construction or repair company.

Sexual Harrasment on this employer, too much going on. Do not let your husbands works here. Women be aware. Many good ladies have to resign because the environment.

In my opinion, I would not use them again. They had to redo work that should have been done right the first time. It took a lot of negotiating with Parker Young and should not have. If this is your profession, you should KNOW when the work is done right. The customer should not have to tell you that it needs to be redone. From my experience with Parker Young, I personally would not recommend this company.

The worst ever I would never suggest anybody use this company doing the level of Unprofessionalism I cannot describe in words how they do not care about the people that hire them there’s another issue they have costed me so much money mental and emotional stress a dollar amount could not make this better hour by the way they damage things or bring them back contaminated and do not replace them they just pretty much leave you stuck with bills and stressed They don’t care use at your own risk. No I will say the woman Cynthia and the other lady and crew of gentleman that did move my things back in were great the problem is the people above them they don’t care about their people I could write a book on the horrible experience I had with them they make many mistakes out of carelessness and being cheap and they cut corners

If below zero was an option one star would be too generous this place has done nothing but cost me a lot of money mental and emotional stress they gave me back the things that were marked as contaminated they gave me back things that were not marked as contaminated Bart were heavily contaminated and did not replace anything all of the kitchen cabinets were not in their pre-existing condition and put on poorly the paint job they did was horrible they painted around cabinets and left paint all over them they gave things back broken and again not in their pre-existing condition they did work without having permits As a result I was displaced for an additional 36 days and had to pay for a hotel out of pocket they also forgot to clean and treat a refrigerator and return back a broken washer that was almost new when they took it out every time they make a mistake they just say oh we just made a mistake let us try to fix it instead of replacing things that they know they should’ve replaced or major mistake they know that cannot be fixed they like pointing the blame at other people and after all they’ve done they costed me thousands of dollars do not go with this company you will regret it

They broke my sink and didn’t repair it, they stained my dining room carpet and didn’t clean it. I showed the man the stains and he said “If I had known this was an expensive rug I would have rolled it up.”
