Very pleased with this comapny as they helped us assess the water damage and offered assistance with repairs .The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Always follow up with you on ongoing projects. We worked with Nathan and Brandon Who were both very responsive to our requests. Our only issue was with new kitchen design and Installation since they did not have a showroom for us to visit, We chose to take that project to another contractor . We highly recommend this company for your water or disaster recovery needs.

They are great people. Their estimate was honest, they were on time, concerned about any disruption to the home and even the insurance appraiser agreed with their costs. I recommend them!

This company is very unprofessional I am the caretaker of a property and a home of an elderly lady of somewhere around the age of 72 75 years old and this company will not even provide the mechanical receipts For the equipment that I placed in the home every time you call this company all you get is not professional but rude and just out of hand attitudeI would not suggest this company to anyone because their name speaks for itself reliable Restorations when youre Remodeling and home its not a restoration its a renovation and as far as reliable theyre very unreliable

We have used the Reliable Restoration crew more than once at our church and home. I cannot say enough good things about Wes and his team. They were unbelievable in treating us like family. Wes offered thorough communication and follow up. He and the Reliable team went overboard to make sure we were pleased and that all of their work was done to our satisfaction. Honestly, we were treated like family from beginning to end. I hope we don’t experience any further flood/water damage but if we do, I will most certainly call on Reliable and I recommend you do the same. I almost did not hire this firm based on the recent reviews though all the ones further out were so good. I spoke to management prior to hiring them, and so we decided to trust them. Basement kitchen was water damaged and had to be removed. Let me say that Diego and Terrance worked so hard ALL DAY and into the evening to finish the removal of cabinets and glued hardwood. Very nice guys and Restoration is lucky to have them. Christian, Nathan and Brandon have all been to my house now in various capacities. Everyone is neat, professional and spot on. The demo went great and will re-evaluate once we have completed the restoration and replacement phase. I am feeling confident about this company.

They did work on my house a few month ago after my first floor, garage and basement got flooded.Nothing but good things to say about these guys. We experienced a downspout failure which caused severe flooding in one of the buildings at our church. Because of the COVID lock-down we were not in that building on a regular basis and didnt discover the damage for nearly a week. When we called Reliable, they were quick to respond and showed up on site on a timely basis. Their professionalism in immediately beginning the dry-out process to stop further damage was so appreciated by us. They walked through all our options, helped us in communication with our insurance company and went above and beyond in helping us get our building dried out and back in shape. During the dry-out process, the techs communicated with me on a regular basis to let us know the progress and what to expect. Hopefully we will not experience a flood like this again, but if there is a next time, Reliable Restoration will be the first one we will call. Highly recommend!

The roofing crew did a great job. Awesome in the cleanup process. Then they came back out for a post roof replacement inspection to ensure the job was well done. I am super pleased with experience.

Reliable did a great job coming into our home and helping us get restored after storm damage. They were all always very professional and friendly. We experienced some minor issues with them but everything was resolved and handled very professionally by their company. As with any company that comes in to your home and packs your belongings, be sure to account for all of your items and pack valuable items yourself.

This Company has came into my home and tried doing the most! I had a small leak and they tried destroying my whole kitchen but I wasn’t comfortable with what they proposed so I got a second opinion and it’s a good thing I did.

I was in a desperate situation earlier this week when one of my toilets had not one but two back ups in less than 12 hrs. The 2nd time was sewage water. I went in to a panic. I was referred to Reliable Restoration by my plumber. They were on site at my house within an hour of being notified about my situation. My crew was Brandon Hawkins, George and Pierre and they were OUTSTANDING. They were extremely professional, pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. They thoroughly explained all of my options and risks. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up and explained the follow up process to me with regard to insurance and getting repairs done. I am so thankful to have found them. I give them the absolute highest recommendation.

(Money stolen and I was told we have no proof his crew stole the money so he isn’t reimbursing anything, even thought the company was the only people in my home) After a 12am pipe burst and flood, we called Reliable Restoration for help. They came out they next day and began working. First it was a company rep (Nathan)then after a van with 8 Hispanic guys came which was obviously contractors. They begun work and Nathan asked us to go downstairs so they could work upstairs. When we went downstairs it was nowhere for my family and I to sit so we just left to a family member house. Not taking anything but the clothes on our backs. The next morning we came home to grab something and I noticed my gym bag was emptied out and I automatically knew my 1000 in cash was gone, that I just took out the bank to pay bills. I called Nathan he said it nothing he could do I’ll have to speak with his bosses Monday. The bosses dodged my calls and didn’t call my back for almost two weeks. Than when I finally spoke with Wes Thornton, he tell me I have no proof and he isn’t reimbursing anything and I have to handle it on my own with the police. I asked for all the people that were in my home that day and he emailed my 4 names but! I clearly have video of 8 Hispanic contractors and Nathan that I posted on my social media showing the flood and my house being worked on. So why only send 4 names like there is something to hide. For the company to tell me figure it on with the police on my own and I have no proof is a slap in the face after the hardship of having to be displaced for 5weeks because of a major flood. This company definitely did not live up to their name of “Reliable” Restoration and was the complete opposite😔

Do not work with this company Reliable Restoration. They will not pay their subcontractors. They have owed me $17,000 since hurricane michael. I had to file a lawsuit after having Wes thorton the owner tell me for months he would pay. Just found out yesterday they have filed a motion to dismiss my lawsuit. I have numerous emails and text messages from Wes Thornton saying they would pay this amount. This company is a scam. Beware any subcontractors working for them. Their motto according to the website is do the next right thing what a joke. Do not do business with Reliable Restoration.

When I walked into my house after a long day of work to find water pouring through my ceiling from the second floor, I was devistated! Reliable Restoration was there that very night to take care of everything! They were very easy to work with and helped me every step of the way.

Unfortunately, we have had to use a disaster management company for two separate issues in the span of only 4 months. The first company we used was terrible. When our second issue hit (water damage) we found Reliable Restoration. They were much easier to work with, better at communicating, better at working with our insurance company, and they did a fantastic job. When disaster hits, you do not have much time to vet companies so I wanted to take the time to point out one that we had a great experience with. We used them to clean up the water damage and to rebuild and we were happy.

Very professional! The people that came to our house to help with a flooding issue were a Godsend. Especially Nathan! He handled the first day of cleanout and sanitizing and also helped when things were being packed up. Nathan is so knowledgable and also so kind. Monica was amazing to work with. Had no problem trusting her and her team with our belongings. They went above and beyond. The whole situation could have been much worse without Reliable Restoration. Thanks so much!

I had a flooded house from a busted pipe. I called Reliable Restoration and they came out and cleaned up my house without problems. They did an awesome job!! Thank you guys.

Reliable did an amazing job with water damage we had in our home. They were fast responding and got the job done quickly. There repair work looks great also. They cutout and replaced damaged and made sure it looked just like nothing had happened.

I woke up around 2:00 AM to hear water pouring from my upstairs bathroom. My entire home had standing water. I called Reliable Restoration and they were my home within an hour. Brandon and his guys worked all morning and through the next day sucking up water. After 3 days they were finished with drying my home. Mike then stepped in and began construction immediately. They thought the protect would take 3 months to complete, but were finished in less than 2 months! I highly recommend choosing Reliable for all your water damage and construction needs! What was supposed to take 3 weeks had me without a home for months. They charged my insurance company way more than what was needed to dry out my house after flooding and then tried to charge way more than what was needed for the minimalist of restorations on so that they could pocket the rest . Oh and not to mention whoever they had put my stuff in storage, because they did it when no one was present, stole a bunch of my husbands tattooing equipment at least $600 worth

I have really old plumbing and my pipes began to have holes in them behind my kitchen sink. Trojan came out and fixed them quickly and efficiently. They also installed the faucet on my kitchen sink that I had sitting around for over a year.
