This company is unscrupulous and dishonest. My salesperson told me one thing and my contract said something different. I was overcharged for 8 months for services I didn’t need and wasn’t using until I finally just paid to be released from my contract. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

Since Stericycle merged with Shred-It, we cannot get our account straight. Accounts Payable does not know what a contract amount even means and invoices standard rates. We have a large credit but they still charge credit card on file and there is no phone number to A/P, and customer services hands are tied. Love my rep, but this is too much of a headache, even she is frustrated. I would love to get a supervisor to contact me and have asked several times. Merger was very bad for Shred-It.

Do not do business with this company. They will raise your fees without telling u. They are a total rip off. My fees went from 100$ a year 20011 to 900$ a year in 2013. Without any notice.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Horrible service, horrible people to deal with. Driver was rude and continued to be so even after talking to supervisor. Contract automatically renews for 36 mths at a time, cant wait to get out of it!! STAY AWAY FROM STERICYCLE!!!

The driver is rude and there is no help from the main office. They said, Hes a driver. Thats just how they are. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
