Waste Management recently bought out Advanced Disposal. We naturally moved the contract for our community with the new company. This was the worst decision we made this year.We have a smaller community with a solid mixture of elderly and retired people. Theres often not much trash in the dumpster so we wouldnt notice if one pickup was skipped.However, they have skipped this entire week. The containers are full and nearly overflowing. We have not been able to reach anyone to resolve or send a truck. This has historically been very simple. Please avoid this company and save yourself and your community the headache.

Ive had an account with this company not only in the state of New Jersey, but then transferred to Georgia with ease. They are very responsive and clean. Highly recommended for waste removal services.

Nothing but compliments for the guys that pick up waste on Monday’s in Eagle Watch. I always get a huge smile, a positive attitude and a happy feeling when I have a chance to talk with them (briefly). They keep WM up Theresa our favorite!

Pick up times are inconsistent, dumpster left out in street. But they do pick up all the garbage.

Roll off trick 413985 drives around people waiting to dump regularly. Today, at bj transfer, he drove around 7 trucks to dump in an already overflowing bay backing in and blocking other trucks till he decides to dump and move on.

I live in the Falls of Autry MIill in zip 30022. Kenny Robinson and his partner Mario (forgot last name) always have a smile on their faces. Today they helped me bring my yard bags to the street. Thank you, guys! You have a hard, hot job and you do it well - thanks for the great service every week.
