A COMPLETE waste of time. I went here to discuss an issue with a 1 1/2 year old lightly used router and found that they have zero interest in customer service. I asked if I could discuss the issues with a tech and was told They cant come up front. Just a disinterested counter lady who offered to Repair the unit for 3/4s of the new sales price and with a 4 or 5 day wait and then only a 90 day warrantyTreat DeWalt like what it has become Chinese middle of the road gear riding under a once meaningful Brand. I wish I could bill somebody for this wasted 2 hours of my life!DeWalt Brand team do you read this???

Waited a bit but mainly because of customers. Employees were nice and very helpful. For it to be the only DeWalt store in the Southeast. Job well done. Makes me want to buy more DeWalt tools. Very well deserved 5 stars.

Every employee I came in contact with today was extremely unprofessional and could not accurately answer my questions. I went in due to a flyer saying “ trade in your professional grade power tools for a discount toward the purchase of a new dewalt power tool”. The flyer is self explanatory. However, the employees all said it was not a thing. So is false advertising on Dewalt services part, but the way the employees treated me about it was also unacceptable. I also was told off by another employee that she couldn’t help me because she was on a personal call. Unfortunately this is the closest Dewalt location and with Home Depot not doing repairs any more you have to come there. Might have to avoid dewalt products all together.

3/11/21I brought in a weed eater that we bought less than a year ago & was told that it was 3 years out of warranty. I was given the opportunity to either fix it or to pay a flat fee & have a new one shipped to me.

I just purchased the impact drill and it is the greatest tool that Ive have in my area of tools today. This drill allows me to do multiple jobs throughout the day more faster and more efficient. The finished work is more clean and professionally done. Thank you for developing this tool.

Very disappointed I never received back my drill, I opened a case with ups and they payed the lost product to dewalt, I contact dewalt several times and they don’t have a “solution” for me. After 3 months back and forth dealing with this just I give up

Service is reasonable and quick. I have a battery powered hedge trimmer from Black and Decker that I bought 5 or 6 years ago. I had it sharpened. They did a good job.

Place is small. Refurbished tools and other can be better organized with more legible price tag. Workers there can be more pleasant and helpful. Despite all, they seemed to do a great job at repairing my 20v power drill burnt motor with a 90 days warranty. I am yet to put it to the real test yet.

Do you need your $100 drill fixed? They will gladly fix it for $120. Third item Ive tried to get fixed here, they clearly do not want to actually work. Dont frustrate yourself going here, just buy a new one.

My dyson vacuum was clogged up forever, I called the customer service and went thru the troubleshooting process they mailed me a another cyclone but that didnt fix the issue. I took the vacuum to the repair service location and got the issue resolved in 10 minutes. Great job 😊

Great customer service. Needed a part for a nail gun and they had it right away. Was in and out of the place in ten minutes. Took a while to get there from Fulton county but worth the trip. Gwinnett bus even gets you there catching the 35 from Doraville Marta station.

I left my dcf880 impact driver there to be repaired. I asked the lady at that time to give an estimate of the time frame to fix it. She said 5 to 7 days. After 12 days I called and the rep said it had been ready but the phone number she had for my contact number wasnt even close to what my number is. Ok, no big deal, Ill come and pick it up. I picked it up today and brought it home and tried it and it acts like they never even touched it! You pull the trigger and it might work and it might not.

Dont expect them to keep their hours of operation propper. Walk to the door with employees leaving early. (30 minutes before close granted) But didnt say anything or converse. Just did an axe cut across the throat signifying we arent open. I had a return and could have atleast had a 1minute conversation that would have clarified it. They literally walked out of the door 8seconds (to be literal) later and so I wasted my trip. Thanks guys...

I went in this morning to purchase an o-ring set for my 15+ year old DeWalt framing nailer. The salesman Ronnie Gorecki told me that this tool was discontinued and that DeWalt no longer sold replacement parts for it. When he saw the disappointed look on my face, this salesman (turns out hes a super skilled repair expert) took apart my nail gun on the spot and within minutes figured out that I needed a new trigger set. He sold it to me and replaced it for me on the spot. I was ready to go buy another brand of nail guns and now I know why people keep coming back to DeWalt. Ronnie Gorecki is to be highly commended for his work attitude, passion for the company, and professionalism and courtesy. Id work with him anytime anywhere. THANK YOU Ronnie!!!

When sending an item to this center for repair, by all means use ups or fedex to track it. Basically, you will need to track every single aspect of the repair; receipt of the item, names, dates, when to expect it repaired, etc.I sent a Black & Decker to be repaired and every single aspect was HORRIBLE. The denied receiving it, I tracked it and called them back with the name of this person who signed for it. Erin told me to expect a reimbursement check from B&D with 90 days. After 90 days, no check, I called DeWalt and they no record of me nor my product! The manager is a unicorn whos never available.After calling B&D, all of sudden, yep, theres my info in their system! And guess what, theyre going to go the extra mile for my inconvenience and have B&D send me a reimbursement check and I can expect it within 90 days. Awwww! Isnt that nice of them??!!!!! And they tell me this after B&D told me to call them, I got hung up on twice and when finally getting someone, he then tells me what all I did wrong in their process. Wow!
