Really impressed with the service. Quality work yet reasonably priced. Brion and team have great communications. My part was delayed and they kept me informed of the appointment time change. Also very nice that they came to me.

Within a few minutes of scheduling an appointment for later in the week, Brion calls me and says hes in the area and could swing by to tuneup my lawnmower. He did a great job and about 30 minutes later, Im back cutting my grass. I definitely will use them again. Highly recommend!

I only leave reviews when someone does a really good job or a really really bad one. Brion does a fantastic job!!! I had three different pieces of equipment that weren’t working. It took a couple trips but got them working as promised. He is honest, pleasant to talk to and knows what he’s doing. I would trust him with any work I need done.

Great service! Came the same day I called and fixed the problem with the mower (which was starting but dying a few seconds later). I love the fact that I didn’t have to mess with taking the lawnmower somewhere, leaving it for days and then having to go get it. They came to my house. What a great service and I would definitely call again with any other problems. Honest people at a great price. Can’t ask for anything more! Thank you!!

Courteous, great communication. Did diagnostic and unfortunately my pressure washer was not repairable due to the tank being rusted. Would definitely recommend them as it was so convenient to book online.

I highly recommend this service. Mr Harris was very professional and gave me pointers on how to maintain my mower. Cost was reasonable considering he comes to you and performs the repairs. I will definitely be using him to fix mower when needed.EXCELLENT JOB!!

Brion did a great job. He worked right in my driveway. It was nice not to have to try to lug the mower around somewhere. Also replaced the carburetor on my generator. Very fair prices for both services.

Did a great job repairing my riding lawn mower and came back to ensure the job was done to satisfaction. Will recommend 👌🏿Had to go down a star just because I had to ultimately go to someone else to fully fix. But they came out multiple times and gave their BEST effort to fix the problem. Brion and his wife was really nice and accomodating. First time was after him working all day, traveling across the city and the 2nd time even had his kids, but he gave his best effort.They just made a small mistake that took someone else a few moments to fix. Sucks for me, but I do appreciate Brions best effort and I can tell he is committed to his craft. I would still recommend :-)

Very convenient. They came to me and got my edger running fine after I had not been able to start it for two years. Did all the work right in my driveway.Would use them again, and plan to for my blower and trimmer.

Great service and excellent communication. My lawn mower had not been started in 3 years, which meant it still had 3-year old oil and gas in it. Brion got it running smoothly and replaced the dull blade, and I didnt have to load it up and take it in for service. It couldnt have been more convenient.

They came earlier than my scheduled time after calling and checking that it was okay. They then worked the whole time to tune up my two engines, working late until the job was done. They went the extra mile. They were polite and communicated helpfully the whole time. I will call Small Engine Technical again when my engines need work!

Responsive, fast, and high quality work. Called them in the morning and they were able to come to my home and repair my lawnmower that afternoon. Brion let me know when he was on his way, what was needed, and how long it would take. Price was fair.

I set up the appointment on their website, the technician notified me ahead of time he was coming out. He cleaned my lawnmower carburetor and it works fine now. I think they charged me a reasonable price.

I hate to do this, but I had an exceptionally bad experience with Small Engine Technical Services, LLC (SETS). I first reached out to SETS back in November to get some gas engines tuned. After some back and forth, Brion Harris, co-owner of SETS, came out on Nov. 28, 2020. Brion took a look at the machines, said he could do the work. He asked for an advance for the work, as he had to get some parts, and could not do the complete the job until he had them. Plus, he wanted to service all the machines at the same time (to which I agreed). Unfortunately, I gave an advanced payment via Zelle to his wife Chamere Oliver. Brion stated he would get back to me once the parts came in. We put something on the books for Dec. 16, 2020 once parts were received. However, Brion didnt show up. After placing blame on communication issues (stating he had reached out but received no response from me - he provided some screenshots of texts or messages sent that I did not receive - they dont show my number or email address), Brion stated he would get out to me in late January. He never came out. At no time was there any follow up from Brion. In mid-February, I asked for a refund. Brion informed me he had gotten COVID-19, and couldnt do the work. He stated he would refund my money in full. I wished him a speedy recovery, sent a refund request via Zelle, and awaited the refund, which never came. In March, I asked for the refund again, or for SETS to do the work. Brion stated they couldnt pay it back in full, but would give me a partial refund that week and then take care of the balance. No offer was made to do the work. No refund, partial or full, has been received at this time. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. Looking at this website, I see reviews done in the past two to three months, including one last week. This indicates that Brion can do the work but cannot pay back my refund. Very disappointing.
