I have always had a great time here. Never have to wait for equipment if at all. Rates are reasonable

This is a great location! New manager is super nice and professional! Ask for Xavier or Regan! They are both managers at that location and are great!! Super clean friendly and well maintained! They have turf for functional training!! Check it out if your in Niagara Falls NY!!

Well; it has been two months that I have joined and have seen some good improvement, like floor exercise zone is defiantly plus.But in opening area for this zone they had to move equipments closer together and reducing personal comfort zone.Also there are some guys that drop weights and staff are unresponsive.I have been using different time of the day to workout and found time between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm the best where there are no Arnolds and Dwaynes around to loud up their workout, you know who they are.Some suggestions; train custodians to keep facility clean, having staff continually walk the floor and make observations to promote safety of members and equipments.Over all I don’t regret joining and will continue to be member.

I have been a member for 7+ years. I love this gym The General Manager, Manny is amazing. He is extremely helpful and friendly. He is always accessible and welcomes your concerns with an attentive attitude. The Operations Manager, Tim, is also very good. They run a tight but friendly ship. I have had 3 bouts of cancer, surgeries, treatments, etc. I have had to freeze my membership several times. Manny has always provided compassionate help in this area. Cant say enough about this gym. I have been to other LA Fitness gyms but none are as good as this one.

I was sincerely impressed by customer service I received today when I purchased a membership to this fabulous gym for a loved one. Manny went above and beyond to provide me with the utmost professional customer care; as a customer, I felt appreciated, heard and honored that my loved one will now be a part of the growing and health-motivated LA Fitness Family.

Pool room is under construction, so that couldnt be utilized. Staff is courteous and helpful. As a service member I move around frequently. Going to a place without any LA Fitness near by I was going to cancel my account, but Manny suggested I just freeze it until I get back to this area that way I wouldnt incur any additional sign up fees when I return or try to use an LA Fit in another location. That works out perfectly in my situation.

Just got a membership for me and my wife. The place was really clean and pretty, so many great machines and amenities. Manny was our sales rep and he was a blast, not to mention gave us the best offers and rates possible. My favorite part is the unlimited guest passes. Everyone that works at LA Fitness is very kind and genuine. I always feel welcome when I walk into the gym, always a smile and a genuine hello. The environment the staff has established is something that is very important to me. Manny has been very helpful many times in helping me set up guest passes for my friends and really pushes the extra mile to enhance their experience. That says a lot considering it’s only a guest pass. I’ve been to quite a few gyms, and this LA Fitness is simply the best!

Great customer service! Just moved to the Buffalo area and I was trying to find a gym. I heard about La Fitness and decided to give them a call. I was greeted with the run down of everything the gym has to offer a long with the great perks you get for becoming a first time member. I worked with Many throughout my process. In the end Many made me feel as though La Fitness has your absolute best interest in mind. Would recommend this Gym to anyone in the Niagara Falls area.

Pool and spa is very rarely opened! Classes are often canceled even though it says it’s opened on the app.

Manny Alberta, the GM at LA Fitness is a great guy who does his best to make sure that everyone in attendance at that gym feels safe and is safe AND has a great experience. I really appreciate the time he takes to make the people who attend feel welcome. Same goes for all of the staff. Also, very VERY nice place, and I appreciate all of the people who clean the equipment so often. Loved it!

My personal trainer, Alex, has been amazing!!!! I have a torn right meniscus and had surgery to repair two tears in my right rotator cuff. I have never felt better since these injuries. He has worked diligently on my muscles in these areas, yet keeping things even with the other side to keep things even. He pushes me harder every session and I cannot believe where I am now!!!! Thank you LA Fitness and especially thank you Alex K.!!!!

Im a colon cancer Survivor! Plus I have other issues related to being a Colon Cancer Survivor. I went to the NF location and couldnt workout. Why? The place was packed! My thinking was gyms had to follow certain rules. I have underlying issues related to being a Colon Cancer Survivor and if this location is gonna be packed l. Then I need to cancel my membership! I cant afford to get sick! This is not cool!

Very clean and easily accessible. Color scheme makes it very warm. Staff is friendly and supportive.

My only complaint are the gyms hours. For the $30 a month cost their hours arent great at all, they dont like to stay open long. Only 8am-6pm On Saturdays & Sundays its not ideal for my schedule since I work weekends. 9am-5pm typically and would like to still workout on weekends but cant squeez in a good workout by the time I would have to drive there and back home and get ready before work and same thing after work just not enough time.

Great place to workout. They have a very friendly staff and the manager (Manny) is fantastic. Excellent people skills and great customer service. Definitely a great place to workout if you are in the area.

Club is spotless and has all of the equipment you need. Manny, the general manager, is a super nice guy and will take good care of you. Would highly recommend this club to anybody needing a gym in the area.

I enjoy coming in and hitting the heavy bag. The room is most of the time empty or few people in it. I feel safe to workout during this pandemic.

Great gym, Manny the general manager gave me a tour of the facility, its a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Has a pool and basketball court too. A great selection of cardio equipment as well as free weights and machines. The facility management is on point with cleaning. Very friendly environment, dont feel pressured, everyone kinda does their own thing.

Honestly, This is everything a gym should be during a pandemic, they give you cleaner that you can wipe down equipment with, they have good social distancing guidelines, its clean, what more can you ask for? The only thing thats a bummer is that the basketball court is closed and the hours are meh

Excellent gym to work out! Very big and a lot of space and if your looking for a trainer Manny- GM. is the guy to go to, he is such a nice guy and if you need help with anything he goes above and beyond to help or at least try. I recommend him definitely if your looking for trainer to achieve your goals.

Complete facility from cardio machines, weight lifting, spinning, aerobic hall, pool, hot tub. Basket ball and sauna currently closed. Friendly staff, convenient hours, and clean gym. Only thing, it may get busy in evening.

I love this facility and the staff. We started four months ago, I set goals and crushed them. I dont need to wait for machines because they have a ton of anything you need. Their cleaning and maintenance staff keeps the place cleaner than any other gym Ive ever been to. The daycare option is perfect for me and the staff are all certified and great with the kids as well as a clean and safe environment for the kids. Then theres Manny... Hes the General Sales Manager there. He has more energy than most people I have met and is always there greeting people and putting his personal touch on the place. He has made us comfortable and happy with our membership there and resolved anything we came to him with when we were getting used to the place. I cant say enough good about Manny and the rest of the crew. There may be cheaper alternatives out there but I would rather be well cared for, have a spotless facility, a safe kid and more space than they need for my workouts.

They close at 9 pm on Friday. But they’ll lock the doors at 8:15. Management needs to get this situated or notify their members.

I’ve been a member of L.A. for 3+ years, 2 years at the Niagara Falls location and a few at the Amherst location. The Niagara Falls location is far better by a landslide. The gym is cleaner, the staff is nicer and they will always be willing to help! Manny is the best go see him for anything you need !

This gym is absolutely horrendous. The mens bathroom should not smell like stale broccoli and sweat first thing in the morning. This mysterious brown stain has been in this spot for months (ever since gyms reopened).. so you can imagine why the bathroom is the way it is. Fix it.

The staff are awesome and committed

This facility is top notch. That being said, the staff are not. First there is this kid named Matthew who works the front desk. As I was on the stair machines, I watched him for almost 30 minutes sit with his back to the front door, eating pizza and drinking pop on the job. I work in retail and we would be fired immediately if we ever ignored customers or ate In front of them like that. Secondly there is manni, he’s a high energy, funny guy but he’s also a liar and doesn’t take anything seriously other than getting people to pay for memberships. The prices for everyone vary and they try hard to scam you. Lastly there is the head of personal training. He tries very hard to force you to make a decision on spending over $200 a month in 10 min. When you refuse to make the decision there and then his whole attitude changes.

I was visiting Niagra Falls for a few days and was looking forward to a workout. Manny and the crew at LA Fitness went above and beyond. They made me feel like I was in my hometown working out with friends and family. Mannys commitment and passion for his role at LA Fitness shines through. Thank you LA Fitness Niagara Falls for being my home away from home.

Are patrons allowed to vape just like the staff in this facility? Maybe some managers should actually take some responsibility? Just a suggestion.

GM, Manny is the warmest and most hospitable and attending manager. The facility is spacious, tidy and not crowded during peak time. I HIGHLY recommend this LA Fitness location if you are looking for a place for life changing journey.

I recently was considering to join a health club for my health needs. Went to Niagara. Falls club and was greeted by Manny, who turned out to be the manager. He was very welcoming and very accommodating to help me with what I would need.I will definitely be joining this club

The facility is great (+5); but, the people in it are not (-4). A few patrons, and one worker, used to vent their logarhea on me. Also, sometimes patrons refuse to share the basketball court unless I complain to the manager.

Managers and all staff is really nice. They are ready to help if you asked. Facility is really clean. Mr. Manny always helpful.

The staff and facility were amazing. Manny, whom I assume is the manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment variety was amazing and the machines were beyond clean and well maintained . I am excited to return upon my next visit to the falls.

I was recently visiting my hometown in Niagara Falls, NY, for the holidays. A friend offered me a guest pass to LA fitness which allowed me to work out for up to two weeks free during my visit. I met the general manager, Manny Abeyta, ... Great guy! He allowed me full use of all the facilities, with no hassles. ( He couldnt have been nicer!). I have several family members and friends who work out at this LA fitness center, and all of them have spoken highly of it. The facilities were top notch! It included all of the essential weight machines, free weights, and cardio machines that you would expect at a high level fitness center. In addition, they also had a large room containing several boxing heavy bags and a large space for yoga and/or exercise classes; a basketball court, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The mens locker room was spacious and very well maintained. It included multiple lockers, a Sauna, and multiple showers. Ive worked out in many gyms in Niagara Falls throughout my lifetime and Id say that this one is easily the most impressive one Ive used! I was grateful for the opportunity to work out here and pleased that there were enough machines to avoid any long wait. I give it 5 stars ... Sincerely, Joseph M. Marra, MD

My whole family has a membership and daughter loves it here she loves to mermaid swim in the pool.

Excellent gym for me. I give it 5 stars but the only bad thing is that I think they should be open 24 hours, some of us gotta work you know and its hard to be able to train some days when we want to.

Another Sunday and late again. Management Is the worst. Three out of the last four Sundays theyve open late. District manager never calls you back either. They finally opened at 830

Gym areas is well kept but the locker rooms need better attention. Lockers are mostly dirty because people put their dirty wet footwear in them and dont clean them when they are done!

Ive a mememefor a few years now and cant say a bad word about the place. The staff is polite and the equipment is kept clean. And when I wanted to enroll a friend of mine, the manager named Mani was a huge help and gave him a good deal.

My husband and I are in our late 60’s and he is in good health, me, I use a walker and am disability impaired. I have chronic bursitis in both hips and am greatly overweight and can’t walk on land without pain.....WELL......we had several friends that told us what a great place the Niagara Falls, NY L A Fitness was with its pool and boy were they CORRECT!,,The Facility is Well Maintained and also extremely Business yet Customer oriented and managed by a wonderful young man named Manni, and the Personal Trainer/checker up on your goals..Man named James (sorry I forgot your correct title)Anyway this is one top notch Facility Completely Handicap Accessible in every way. I was able to change, shower, use pool, hot tub, sauna, shower again, use bathroom (even had room for my wheelchair in there )I noticed the one railing at the pool was a little lose on our tour by Manni and I mentioned it and he said he would get it tightened right away and sure enough by the time we joined and used the pool it was done, (most people including maintenance personnel would not have noticed it was a little lose but since I am very heavy I put all my weight on it to get in and out, I was smart, before we joined I made sure I could get up and down the steps into the pool ). As I said I am handicapped impaired with multiple things wrong and they even have lifts to go in the pool and hot tub if you can’t do stepsI just can’t say enough good things about this particular facility, I was able to walk 24 laps of 25 yards each lap, which I used my phone to calculate after I got out of the pool and it amounted to almost 1/3 mile, and the fact there is no contract to sign it’s month to month and as they said they want to earn your respect to come back the next month, I want to go every day,My husband loved it too and we already have met about ten people we knew outside of the facility that they were there for the pool.Now it does have a ton of machines but I can’t use them at this point in time so I will leave that review for another person...hope to see you in the pool. Sales team has no idea how to treat customers. Manager is extremely rude and does not even know his own pricing. I love the gym but the way they treat you is not worth it. I wish theyd get rid of the manager and hire serious experienced workers, not young cheap college students.

This place will rip you off unabashedly. I called and stopped by several times to cancel and yet everytime there was no available to help me. I never received a call back when promised. Finally (after 4 days) when I was able to speak with the manager, Manny, he said he would cancel my membership and send over the confirmation within the hour. That obviously did not happen. I received it the next day, fine not a big deal. But did I receive my refund? Nope. And I check my credit card statement today to find another charge from them. Its been 2 weeks since I cancelled. So typical of these places. But Ive learned my lesson and I hope you think twice before joining.

Very friendly and helpful management staff! Plenty of options for individual exercise sessions or classes. Also has a pool, and is one of if not the only gym in the area that does!!

Employee tried fighting me. He kept following around trying to fight me every time I came to workout. So I quit and went to another gym. I hope everyone and especially that employee sees this review because its true. The fact they still kept him employed after is low. I wouldnt be surprised if this guy saw this review and tried to come fight me again. Hes crazy I think hes has anger issues.

Staff changes over frequently so there is no sense of ownership of the facility, which shows in the lack of awareness of machines in need of repair. Cleaning staff does a great job, except that paper towels are frequently empty, so machines dont get cleaned by users

Phone was stolen. Person put his sweaty gym shorts on water fountains in mens lock room. Next day i see people drinking from them i dont know if they were cleaned. U know the metal part where the water comes out from.

James, the director of personal training, tried to swindle my girlfriend into a year contract for personal training saying she could cancel after 6 months. when she got the contract it said nothing about that option and was clear it was a 12 month contract. She asked him to put something in writing about it and he would not, stating that he could lose his job if he modified the contract. Uhm, what? So how could he make it a 6 month deal in the first place then? He proceeded to refuse to cancel the contract and even went so far as to say my girlfriend has gained weight since she had been at the gym and needed the training.Unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest.

I just joined LA Fitness 2 weeks ago. I was impressed with the layout and variety of weights, machines and classes. The staff is friendly. The gym isnt packed, your not waiting fot your turn. I go at different times, 5:30am, or 5pm or 8pm different days and still dont have to wait. The gym is very clean as well.

This location don’t care about the member I had many issues with payments and every time I called or went there they says we gonna help you but they don’t. I sent many emails and left many messages and they don’t care. I quite the gym after 4 months.

Winter hours turned into summer hours.... Hours of operation- suck. For people with kids, 9-5 job, and family responsibilities it is a challenge to get a workout or swim in before closing.

The equipment is maintained and the free weights are free. The showers and relatively clean along with the locker room. The hours tobthe gym are short 10m-th 9f 6ss.
