Trim coming out. Paint was good, where they failed miserably is everything else. Body trim comes out no clips were put on, tried contacting them and leaving voice message after voice message to no avail.. Sadly, they suck.. been to other body shops that were not american car dealerships(no pun intended) and all did fabulous. Girlfriend decided to try them out despite many negative reviews(mine included). They failed miserably in body work, failed on returning calls. Will take further action on this terrible company.. I stopped buying american cars cause of reliability and unethical practices, more importantly, the foreign cars -Honda, Toyota has more american workers and plants in American then American branded cars so if you wanna help American, dont buy FORD or GMC.. and DO NOT TAKE TOUR BUSINESS TO THIS UNETHICAL PLACE, youll go through headaches after headaches and spend full time trying to get these guys to fix things they were paid to do..

Shady just shady

Very nice until we signed the lease. Was suppose to return my previous lease to Honda and pay last month of payment. Never paid and never returned vehicle a d didnt find out till a month after with a letter in the mail saying my wifes account was in default. Called and promised to take care of it for 2 weeks now still nothing . Avoid this horrible place.

Gentleman in collision center was very friendly and he was entertained by my situation... Clean and helpful
