Our car overheated coming over the border from Canada one Sunday afternoon. Dougs shop was a mile away. We had to leave it overnight and flew home to Long Island. Doug called me early Monday to discuss the car. He had the water pump changed before noon that day, and relatives of ours who were coming home that day stopped and picked it up. He was very responsive, and took care of us, in what could have been an unfortunate experience. Thank you, Doug, for taking care of my family and me.
