They took 1 hour 37 minutes to rotate my tires, it was a warranty job, I wasnt a walk up customer, it was an APPOINTMENT. The actual work took around 10 minutes. I understand theyre probably understaffed, as theres a labor shortage right now, but come on, 1:37 for the simplest of 10 minute jobs??? Suggestions to fix the problem: they couldve added my 10 mins onto another customers longer wait which, ratio wise, wouldnt have made that much difference considering the expected WAIT of a much larger job; or they couldve rescheduled before I sat there for almost 2 hours. I actually wouldnt have minded even a 30 or 40 min wait, though even a wait that long wouldve been unnecessary. Poorly managed.

I made an appointment with Dunn Tire for a car inspection. My appointment was at 8 am and the store was open on time. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and upbeat. The waiting room was clean and well organized. There was no pressure to add on other suggested items. I was out in 45 minutes. It was a great experience.

I see a screw in my rear tire so I bring my car to be checked in Dunn, the reception is very nice.I got quoted flat tire check for total $36, after wait for about 30 minutes, the guy come with the screw.He said the screw hasnt gone through the tire, everything has been checked and all is good, no need to pay.Very great service!

I have taken all my cars to Dunn Tire in Niagara Falls for years. I was a little disappointed this time.I bought a used car (2018 Tahoe) a few months ago from a reputable dealer but wanted the Dunn Tire Touch before a long driving trip.I asked to...rotate the tires,Fill them with nitrogen,Check alignment,NYS inspectionIn checking the car they said the battery wasnt at full strength and suggested replacement. I agreed since I was going on a long trip. Inspection went fine.Told to bring back the vehicle in 25-50 miles to check lug nut.(which I understand due to aluminum rims).Upon returning no one could tell me if nitrogen was put in the tires. Not on the receipt. No green rings on valve stems.???? Tire pressure are up to 5 PSI difference in the 4 tires. So Im not happy with the way they handled my return visit. Didnt get any answers just a shrug of the shoulders from the girl at the desk and nothing done except a kid with a torque reach checking my lugs.

I had a nail in my tire and pulled into Dunn Tire. I was welcomed by a representative and he came out saw the nail. My car was immediately pulled into the bay and 30 minutes later I was on my way. This past Friday evening, at around 6:30 PM, I found a nail in my rear tire and it was almost flat. I checked Dunn Tire on Google and found that they closed at 7:00 PM. I figured Id call even though they closed at 7. When I called, I spoke with a gentleman who said I could bring it right over and theyd patch it. I went right over, they got the car in right away, fixed the tire, with just 20 minutes before closing. They were also so nice and the customer service was fantastic. Im so grateful they were able and willing to get me in so quickly. I highly recommend Dunn Tire and will certainly go there again if I ever need services!

Last week I went to Dunne for a tire rotation. I ask the mechanic to look at my exhaust system as it seemed loud. He said The “worst case scenario” would be around $1000 if I needed a catalytic converter and 3-4ft attached pipe. He wasn’t sure if I needed a converter and ask me to return to have the “exhaust expert” check it. He did. I needed the converter, resonator pipe, 3 gaskets and Front and back stud. Total price $1914.53. What happened to the “worst case scenario” price of $1000. He said no one ever said that. They said $2000. Hmm??? Talking to friends I found out the federal gov. Will replace the catalytic converter up to 80,000 miles. My car is at 75,000 miles. Dunne’s exhaust expert didn’t know that...or did he??? Three days later I went to my dealer for an oil change and ask their mechanic to check exhaust. Results were that nothing is wrong with converter and it would be free to replace if needed. Also resonator pipe has a tear. Cost could be $300-$400 but try the exhaust repair business first. I did that same day. They confirmed the catalytic converter was fine. As for the tear in the resonator they could cut the 3’ bad section out and weld a stainless 3” piece in. Total repair $150. So Dunne $2000. Nissan $300-400. Exhaust repair shop $150. So what’s up Dunne????

Went in for a tire rotation -???They charged- the front tires to backon both sides= switching!!😳 I think it’s better to crisscross theback tires-to the front - On opposite sides-Back left to right frontThen go straight back with front tires to rear-I asked why didn’t they do it right?????Tech- said -It doesn’t matter ......as long as they move from front to backWTFfff 😡😡Dumbest!!!answer I ever heard

I purchase first photos on July 17th 2019 its cracked all along the rim and has a big gash in it.this tire was supposed to be brand-new with a 30day money back or exchange guarantee..the second tire was purchased on June 3rd 2019. Neither of these tires are safe to drive on as I drive medical transportation for a living. I went to Dunn tire in Niagara falls showed the tires and nothing was done. They wouldnt replaced the tire which is clearly dry rotted and the tire purchased two months ago is completely bald. No way this is acceptable. Each tire I paid 91$$$$!!!!! I had to re purchase a tire to replace the bald tire on my own. This is unacceptable I want the dry rotted tire replaced and a refund for the bald tire I had to re purchase.

The waiting area is very clean, and seating is appropriately socially distanced. After the new tires were mounted, Ken recommended an alignment, which I’ll also have completed at this location. I had a very pleasant experience at Dunn Tire. I called around 4:30pm and asked if they could squeeze me in to change my flat/fix my tire that had a nail in it. Shakur on the phone was very polite and friendly and was like, “oh yeah no problem!” I came to the store and was greeted by Shakur immediately who quickly assessed my tires and checked me in. He noted it would be about an hour, so I went across the street to Buzzy’s for dinner. Sure enough, within an hour, they were done! It was less than $30 to remove the nail and fix my tire. Shakur was very professional and more importantly, fast. Thank you for the great service!

I went into Dunn Tire with a flat tire on a Saturday. They did not have what I needed but said they would be able to get it within 1 or 2 business days. I was happily surprised when they called Monday morning to say that my car was ready.

In December of 2020 I was looking to purchase snow tires, rims, and TPMS sensors for my 2020 Bolt as the factory tires arent know for their winter performance. I had checked a few places and was browsing tires on my phone and I went to Dunns mobile site. There was a button to text a question, so I did, asking about tire packages. I was given several options, but they were all more expensive than others I had found, which I told the person I was corresponding with. I was informed that Dunn Tire price matches. I had them match the best price I had found, and ordered the tires. We set up an appointment for installation.I dropped my car off and did some errands. About two hours later I got a call that my car was ready. When I went to pick it up I found that they couldnt manage to program the new sensors to my car, so they took it upon themselves to cannibalize the sensors from my factory wheels and put them in the new rims and snow tires. The assistant manager couldnt give a reason why he didnt call to ask if I wanted him to do that before doing so. My factory tires were in various states of disassembly in my car. They also didnt bother to mark the tires as to their position on the car so they could be properly rotated in the spring. The assistant manager offered that my car was too new for the sensors to be programmed (remember that this is December and 2021 models were already on the street). He offered to get sensors from the dealer and install them. I told him that I would bring the sensors in the spring and they could install them at that time.I was contacted via text to do a review, and said I would do the review but they wouldnt like it. I recounted what happened, and I was asked to bring the car back with the factory tires. When I arrived on my second visit the manager checked my car with his programming tool and saw that the setting for 2019 Bolt read the sensors fine. The programming tool apparently wasnt up to date and didnt include 2020 vehicles. They put my factory tires back together and assured me that all was well. They offered to store them for me, but I declined.It is now spring of 2021 and I make an appointment to have my snow tires swapped for the summer tires (Dunn does this for free). This seems to go smoothly until I am driving home and I notice that my car cant communicate with my TPMS. Since my factory wheels are alloy they wanted me to return after 50 miles of driving to have the lugs retorqued, so I figured I would address the TPMS issue the next day.I return the next day, and they still cant figure the sensors out. The tech cant even read the sensors. I get my lugs retorqued and leave. I am told to come back again the next day because the store manager will be there and he has different tools to deal with the sensor issue.I return again the next day, and after a few hours they finally get them working. The assistant manager talked to me and said things that made me believe that the sensors were the wrong ones for my car. I was happy it was finally working. I had to come back again the next day for another retorquing of the lugs. At that time the tech told me that they had never programmed the sensors to my car before putting them in the tires the first time. He said he had to break the bead on the tires again to get the programming tool close enough to the sensor to program it. Once he did that he was able to make the sensors communicate with the car.Honestly I expected more expertise from a company whos business is primarily tires. My factory wheels were unnecessarily taken apart twice because they didnt know what they were doing. It took six trips to the shop to remedy the situation.There were some good aspects of this experience. Dunn did price match my tire package, and they didnt charge me for the sensors. Not sure I would return though. I hopefully have a few years before I need tires again.

I had a slow leak so I made an appointment on-line. I got a phone message confirming the date and time. When I took the car in the service tech was curtious and efficient. In 30 minutes or so he called to tell me the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be reoaired, but they a replacement in stock. Ok, no choice, go ahead. While the new tire was being mounted and balanced the others were rotated, as I had requested. Everything complete, I paid the bill and left. The next day I checked the pressure in the tires and found they had not been adjusted after rotation. The front tires were around 32, which is correct pressure for the rear tires, while the rear tires were around 36 psi, the correct pressure for the front tires. While not a huge error its not one that should occur.

Well it alright I’d recommend to someone.

Angel M was a good customer service representative. Benjamin P was a condescending jerk after I asked from them to do alignment check, as it is include in purchasing and installation of a set of 900 dollars worth of tire. I said I would like to know if the alignment good, but i wont be getting the front alignment service Benjamin P responsed with u want us to check it but not fix it with the most pretentious smug manor. Then proceeded to have my vehicle pulled around for check out without even checking my alignment. Benjamin then once again with a smug attitude we can bring it back and check the alignment to not fix it for you. By that time I had enough and needed to just pay and leave. BENJAMIN P is horrilbe at delivering customer service. Rest of the experience was fine

I have been a loyal customer of Dunn for a long time but was disappointed yesterday. I called to make an appointment yesterday at about 10:55am and he told me they could take me if I came in then. I told him I was 15 mins away and he said take your time. I was there by 11:15 and he checked me in and said they would get my car in shortly. There was no one else in the waiting room and it was at least 45 mins before my car went into a bay. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and it took until 12:35 making me almost late for work. I just think it was unacceptable

Everyone there was very helpful and kind. Carson at the front desk was especially great and explained to me all of my tire and brake options. He even helped me pick out new windshield wipers for my car. Will definitely be going there again!

I was in Niagara Falls for work and was in quite a predicament because I had gotten a flat a couple days prior so my spare was already on my car and with the road conditions this time of year; after the plows and salt have been destroying them, I was any second away from popping another tire and being stranded. So I passed this location otw to my job duties at the tractor supply around the corner. I immediately went to their website and opened a chat box to see if they would happen to have a tire that would match the size on my car. I was very doubtful they would because its an odd size and I have had a hard time finding the size in the past and have always had to wait a day or two for them to be delivered. Well after I was done with the chat online I was informed that they did indeed have the tire I wanted but not the tire that the manufacturer indicates should be on the car so even though they had the odd tire size I wanted their technician still couldnt install them on my car because they werent the appropriate tire. Well that lady left for the night and I was dispatched to another lady by telephone at this point because it was closing time for all locations and I had to make a move one way or the other because it was getting dark, cold, and windy and I was in the middle of trying to finish my work at the tractor supply at the same time and they were also going to close and I needed to interact with the manager before leaving the location but I needed to be at the tire shop 15 minutes before they closed for an appointment that I set up in the chat room just in case I could get some kind of tire on a rim for a spare if nothing else. So I finish my job duties at tractor supply and pack my tools away only to discover that it was now 6:00 pm when Dunn Tire closed. I decided to drive over to the shop anyway just to see if there was someone still there that could help me in any sorta way. I would have taken a used tire and put it on the rim myself at this point with some wd40 and some screwdrivers. So I pull into the shop and I see the open sign no longer on but there is a gentleman inside standing at a computer probably clocking out at this point because its now 6:15 pm and the store is closed. Well I walk up to the door and the fella unlocks it and pushes it open. I asked if I had missed my appointment and if I was too late to have the 2 tires I wanted to purchase installed on my car and thankfully I was lucky enough to happen upon this store that had 2 very dedicated employees that stayed late just to service my needs and he replied nope you are just in time. A feeling of relief washed over me and disbelief as well because this day and age its a rarity to find such dedication and kindness in one employee much less 2 in the same shift in any business I interact with no matter what city and state Im in. So I ended up buying 3 tires when I really only was planning to buy one but after seeing the condition of my tires and wanting a spare in case of another mishap over the course of the next 6500 miles I had to drive before returning home. The gentleman also signed me up for their rewards program which saved me $20 and he gave me another $20 discount for buying multiple tires I couldnt say no to the cost no matter what it was being that I was desperately in need of their help and the fact that they had stayed after their normal operating hours to fulfill my need. The guys were respectful and had a great attitude. The location had a nice sitting area with free wifi, cable TV, a keureg coffee machine with different flavor pods, and many things to make the wait time more comfortable for customers. It seemed like I hadnt been there no time and the guy was returning my keys and paperwork to me and I was out the door with a desperate situation turned around and made into a satisfying transaction so kudos to this Dunn Tire location and to the 2 gentleman that stayed late and made my excursion a little safer and made my day a little brighter even if I didnt get to see the actual Niagara Falls.
