We were in an auto accident and they looked after the repairs on our car. They worked closely with our insurance company and we had nothing to do but drop off our car. They finished the job on the schedule they had gave us and it was a great job....right down to vacuuming the inside.Everyone was pleasant to deal with especially the young lady at the front counter. Your smile put us at ease every time we entered the building. A few weeks ago, someone backed into my car. Two of my colleagues suggested CSN Maple Leaf (and later my insurance also suggested I get my repairs from them). They fit me in for an estimate an hour after I called. I dealt with Greg for the estimate and repairs. He was very professional and helped me through the process of working with insurance. The receptionists set up a car rental for me while the repairs were being done. Now you cant tell that any damage was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There work seems better than original, so is there warranty the work is done right. If you think there prices are a bit higher then other shops . think again there quality and expert workmanship is much cheaper then others once you see how much better of a job you get .I know there are a few more shops that also do excellent work .but at maple leaf there is no second guessing

This Collision Repair Shop was very easy to deal with. The employees were very friendly and courteous. The repairs to my vehicle were carried out to my satisfaction and in a timely and speedy manner.

I was very impressed with the work that performed as a result of my car collision. David DAddio clearly explained the time frames and what they would be doing, in terms of repairing the car. Also spoke to the technician T.J. who was very professional in explaining the work that was performed. I also found the administrative staff very customer service focused. I recently brought in my Jeep after it had been vandalized. David went above and beyond with helped me deal with the insurance company so the repair could move forward. When the vehicle was returned to me, it looked better than I would have ever expected. Each body panel looked brand new. After looking the vehicle over, I could not find any orange peel or dust spots on the new paint. They also provided a complementary detailing of the inside and outside of the vehicle which added to the overall experience. I would like to thank David and all of the individuals who had a hand in working on my vehicle. You guys are the real MVP.

Ive been there twice and I was very satisfied both times.The front office people were very courteous and eager to assist me. I had a repair to the back corner panel and I cant tell it was repainted or repaired, great job and it was done in the time frame that they estimated. I was given a quick and fairly accurate estimate after being resr ended, which then began the process of my parts being oreded and booking in for repairs. They dealt with my insurance and enterprise was set up as well for me when I arrived. The entire staff were nothing but accommodating and delivered great workmanship.

Always keeps you informed. As part of the repair they had to deal with the vehicle manufacturer service dept where things went wrong. Maple Leaf took control and made it right with professional customer service.

Weve used Maple leaf collision a couple of times. My wife felt really comfortable when getting quotes, and they were competitive with others. Their work was very well done. We did have one gripe when a service took longer than what was expected, but after leaving a 3/5 review here, they were very quick and generous to make the situation right. They understood my frustration and were apologetic. I would use them again.

My rating is a little skewed because I didnt give them the opportunity to fix it. So without saying anything this is strictly on the initial job they did for me. First underestimated price by about $150 then I noticed some runs or drips in the paint. Disappointed in the quality of paint but I have a feeling if I had said something they would have fixed it appear to be a very reputable business and counter staff were nice.Thank you for the response in regards to the issue you may not have my name on file because it was parts I brought in that were new to be painted a different colour for my motorcycle and I take responsibility for not telling you at the time as I was to in a hurry to get my bike back on the road and it has been over a year now so I honestly dont expect any compensation Im just happy your company responded and acknowledges issues. A few weeks after purchasing my car I noticed some etching on my paint from sap/bird droppings so I brought it into maple leaf and not only did they fix it they made sure that the dealer helped pay for the paint correction that needed to be done, I also ended up getting ceramic coating done to my car and they did an amazing job, my car looks a million times better then it did when I originally purchased it, if you are looking to get ceramic done to your car go here and ask for Steven he knows what he is doing and will make sure your car looks amazing also if you are inquiring about anything at all ask for Dave at the front desk he will make sure you are taken care of and give you the best deal possible !!!!!
