Fixed my parking brake in one visit, when Ed Learn could not in three attempts. Identified the cause of an intermittent klunk in the front end and replaced a worn upper control arm and broken spring after Ed Learn said there was nothing wrong.After this, and several other smaller vehicle services I have to say Brock Ford is now my go to. They know what they are doing and the quality of their work is excellent.

Prompt service good work little pricey but done right

The service department had fully fixed the mechanical issue on our Ford F150. The expectations provided from the initial service call to the day of the appointment and the pick up date from the appointment were very much on point. I would recommend the service packages they currently offer for extended warranties. Good job Brock Ford. 😊
