I moved to Niagara last year and was looking for a new mechanic. Jam Tino was recommended to me. It was very intimidating sitting there waiting amidst such incredibly high-end cars, worried about how much this lengthy inspection was going to cost me. I ended up being pleasantly surprised at how fair the price was and how thorough the work was. I highly recommend Jam Tino. Id highly recommend this automotive repair shop.

My family and I drove to Niagara Falls from Montreal, but unfortunately our trucks brand new serpentine belt snapped the day we were supposed to drive back. Called the shop and explained the situation; thankfully Veron was able to help us right away. He stayed after 5 in order to fix the air compressor and replace the belt, and we were able to head back to Montreal right after! The prices are fair and reasonable! Three years ago Midas told me the weird sound coming from my car was going to cost $2200. I took it to Veron at Jam Tino. He looked the car over, tightened a motor mount and the noise was gone! He refused to take any money for the expertise/time. He could have charged me anything less than $2200 and I would have been happy. That day I knew I had found the Worlds Most Honest Mechanic.Since than Ive recommended Jam Tino to co-workers, friends and family. They have all been happy with the price and service. I would give 100 stars if I could! I had a fuse blow as I crossed the border for my son and Is first day of vacation, leaving my windows partly down. I was mortified thinking Id have to go back to the US to get my car fixed as it was already 5 pm. Thankfully Chris quickly replaced the fuse free of charge and sent me away with well wishes! He was generous, friendly and even listened to my mini rant about the experience patiently! I couldnt recommend them more! The gentleman in the office was amazing as well and reassured me theyd help immediately...i didnt catch his name though. Amazing job!

This shop was recommended to me by a co worker and I admit I was hesitant because it is a small independent place that I never heard of. I ended up getting my front brakes done today on my civic and it was the best brake job I ever got! So SMOOTH!!! The receptionist is extremely pleasant and the mechanic I dealt with was very easy to talk to, informative and did not pressure any extra work. The price was way lower than I had expected and the work was great. What more can I say? Super nice team here! The owner comes out and works direct with you, he even took the time to pre diagnose with me without any charge! Very clean shop and definitely not the type of shop to gouge you! Fair prices and super clean shop! Ive got a BMW 750i were working on and a 535i to go in soon! Theyre also very popular in the community. This is one of those awesome shops thats harder to find but once you do, you wont go elsewhere!

Verron is amazing! I was in the area to see Niagara Falls and my cars battery died. I gave him a call after his shop was already closed and he was happy to help. He replaced my battery on the spot and was extremely kind. His prices are also extremely fair!!I highly recommend his auto repair shop!!

Our engine overheated while heading across the border, leaving us stranded in Niagara falls. All the local dealerships and Canadian tires were booked up for the rest of the weekend. So we searched for a shop with good ratings that were within 10 mins of our location and found Jam Tino. We spoke with Verron over the phone and explained our situation. Even though he was about to close for the day, he told us to head over and explained how to get to the shop safely without hurting our engine. He did a thorough check of our engine and had us back on the road in no time. Considering we were from out of town, in the middle of a heatwave and pregnant, we would be the perfect targets for an overcharge, but he was super honest and kind and it turned out to be a really simple fix. Thanks so much Verron!! You saved our weekend 😊

Highly recommend Jam Tino! I went in needing answers about the behavior of my vehicle and Verron took the time to be sure and diagnose the issue properly. I felt that he handled it very honestly and now my car runs like when I bought it. Friendly, quick and great price...Got into a fight with my Garage door and the garage door won over my passenger mirror, walked in and had my mirror fixed within the hour for a very good price. I will go back for future repairs!

Took my car in for a safety, and got a list back of things to fix, however the communication on the phone before and after made me worry (person didnt seem to know much about cars). I found a few things were working that were listed as issues. Felt like the inspection wasnt thorough and some guesswork or assumptions were involved. Took it to a different mechanic after I completed the repair list and they confirmed several issues listed by Jam Tino werent actually issues. My guess is the original inspection was rushed, which is frustrating and affects my wallet directly.

My 20 year old Jaguar XK8 needed some care and attention, I was recommended to go to Anthony and Veron at JamTino Auto Repair. Both of them really cared about the car and making sure it was perfect. Great customer service, easy to deal with, and asked before ordering any parts, explaining why and how much. They also kept all the old parts to show me what had been changed and why.
