By far the best rideshare in the region. I can always count on getting a friendly, efficient driver whenever I book a ride. It’s fast and the app is very to use. The discount codes come in handy when I’m in a pinch. It’s also a plus that I can call the dispatcher if I don’t have data and they’re always eager to help me get a ride right away.10/10 experience, always

There never seems to be any drivers and pre-orders dont get assigned until the very last minute. Love the concept and the idea but its poorly executed.

Originally I gave 1 start because I was charged for a cancelation fee when the driver did not show up. Zoom admin mad up for it by giving me the credit back. Thank zoom for fixing that. Now you got 4 star!!

Pleasant Ride-sharing experience. The app was easy to install and doesnt take up much space. The prices are much lower than other services, it is the ideal way to get around in the Niagara Region. The drivers were on time and polite, payment was simple because it is all done through the app. Will use in the future!
