It was such an Awesome experience! Without the tour guide my wife and I wouldve missed out on a lot of wonderful sites and history!! Yes History. Its so much more then just the water falls which was breath taking!!! Its a perfect place to go on your Honeymoon if your Newlyweds also which is what we chose.Our tour guide George was awesome I definitely recommend this trip and tour!!!

Hands down one of the best tours we have been on as a family! Our tour guide Ms. April was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable on the history of the Niagara Falls and all it has to offer, professional and above all kind. The view is simply breath taking! No 1 tour is gray line tour niagara falls, maid of mist, cave of the winds, goat island, trolley,tour within 5 .30 hours .tour guide will pick from your hotel ..he explained us everything showed us some picture .lot of walking take some water with you . Our tour was on WEEKDAY 5 pm take tour in the evening less crowd ..thank me later 🙂 ..we really enjoyed thank for our tour.

On August 14, 2021 at approximately 9:30 am our tour started with the Grey Line Tours. This had been my first time visiting Niagara Falls and the day I arrived a stranger recommend booking a tour with Gray Line. I followed her recommendations and book the trip within my hotel at the Grayline kiosk. As someone who travels often, your tour guide should make you feel safe and share knowledge with you.To make a long story short my tour ended with me stranded. I was instructed to meet at a destination at 3:00 pm and unfortunately due to conditions not caused by me an unexpected elevator line effected my ability to be at the meeting place at exactly 3 oclock. I was 5 minutes late and arrived at 3:05 to find that my tour guide had left without me. As a female in an unfamiliar territory I found this to be extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I couldnt believe it at first and waited 20 minutes when I decided to call the gray line customer service to try and locate my guide Ricky I was informed he left and that he would drop my belongings I had on the bus off at my hotel and I was on my own to try and get back to my hotel. After paying the ridiculous amount of money I did for this tour the least they could do was come back for me. I definitely would not recommend using this service and just book the maid of the mist along with the caves of the winds on your own. The sites are beautiful but the tour guide is definitely not needed.

Moe made us family, we packed in a full 5+ hours touring Niagara Falls and all its beauty! With the ease and knowledge of having a great tour guide!!

I really feel like you get a lot for your money. The tour guide was good about explaining the process for how each stop worked, and you get a decent amount of time to explore too. The things I would change would be that we were told to be at the pickup spot 30 minutes early, but we waited outside for over 20 minutes before we were picked up. So some sort of communication, via text or something, would have been helpful. Also, we were told to plan for four hours, and it went for five hours, with no lunch break.

My wife Madeline and I had a GREAT experience with Gray Line. Our wedding was on June 19th of this year. The trolley for our wedding was great (prompt, always on time at the different places, and was great to our wedding party)We LOVED Rocco and the shuttle bus that he drove for our after-reception event at the bar. Rocco was awesome. Put up with a lot of drunk shenanigans and did a great job getting everyone from the bars to the hotel safely.Book with these guys. They are organized and easy to work with!

Brian was the best! He exceeded my expectations. He informed us of this history of the area and relevant interesting stories. He united us as a group, made sure we stayed together, and looked out for the vulnerable. He coordinated the tour such that the lines were the shortest. Oh, and he was very personable, and took photos of us as a group. I wish we got a picture with him! Also, the tour itself was very helpful, as we had missed iconic parts of area up until that point. We went to terrapin point, the whirlpool, a souvenir shop, cave of winds and then the grand finale: maid of mist! Which was the highlight of the trip. Thanks again, Brian!

Gray line tour in Niagara Falls. We had the best day with Mr. Ricky that made us feel like family. We could not have asked for a better tour or a better time.

The tour was beautiful, informative and great! The guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Her name was April, an excellent guide. If I visit again I would ask for her again because she made the tour worthwhile.

We traveled from Mn, and wanted to do it all!! Woody hooked us up with Chris’s Barrel Rider’s on Greyline Tour’s. Rocco was our driver, very personable. Spectacular tour, wonderful people that made this a trip of a lifetime!! Highly recommend spending the money if you want the history and to be right up close experiencing the all this tour has to offer!!!

At first when my wife informed me she was booking this tour I was completely skeptical that based on how much it was costing that it was going to be a waste of time and money. However since it was her birthday I went along with the plan.Boy was I wrong this tour despite how much it was was well worth it. Our tour guide Dan was a Niagara Falls native and retired school teacher.Dan was fantastic and had a great personality and sense of humor.He was very knowledgeable about the history of the falls and surrounding area.If this is your first time visiting the falls I highly recommend taking the tour bus with Gray Line!!!!!A Big Thank You To Dan!!!!!

Tour guide was awesome and the tour was nice but time cramped. The cost is way to over priced for what you get out of it. I would never recommend it to anyone even those i do not get along with. Had i did the research while at the rest area before Buffalo, I would not have allowed the lady to sell me on it.

I had accidentally found Gray Lines in 2002while driving to the Falls. I absolutely loved the way they planned and carried it out. Im trying to do it with my family maybe next year.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! First, we overpaid to get into the attractions. Its $25 for the boat ride if you pay for the boat tour yourself. Grey Line Tours is overpriced. There is no incentive if you purchase tickets from Grey Line Tours. You will not be given priority in line at any sites so there is not reason to pay for this service. Secondly, our tour guide, Maureen, pointed us in the direction of the sites and stayed behind. The van did not have speakers, so we were not given any history about the sites. Maureen also spoke poorly about the company and park. We were given 15 minutes for the 2 attractions we did see. Lastly, we did not finish the guided tour because it was so bad. I lost $270. Do not waste your money, tour park yourself. This was trash!

Way overpriced. We did not get to see all that was promised. For $119 per person, not worth it. I would not recommend this tour.

My family took this trip on 07/20. Guide was so unprofessional and did not even care to explain place history or gave any details. This was a sheer waste of time and money and I would recommend anyone planning a trip to Niagara not to use this - rather use trolley or use other tour companies.

I had my tour with Larry Legends, aka Larry Soos. He was friendly, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and showed us a great time..

We went with Dan Gietz. Hes from the area and knows a lot of the history. Very nice and personable.

Trip was good but little rush all over, expensive, we were told bunch of attractions with entrance fee but only cave of winds and maid of mist needs entrance ticket, rest are free and you can roam around, $115 for adult is little expensive as each entrance is ~$25 for the 2 attractions.If you are elderly and no car then worth it. If you are traveling with kids, have car and wanna take your own time, it’s not worth.

This was a random choice to do a tour while visiting Niagra Falls. The tour was outstanding, very professional, driver/tour director was polite, informative, and gave us ample time to walk around for pictures. Outstanding tour, highly recommend taking this tour.

We took 9:30 am tour, we were taken good care of by Rickie who was wonderful, this tour covers a lot of stuff including Maid of the mist and cave of the winds, ticket prices are included in the price if the tour. Well worth it, I suggest you take the helicopter tour after this Gray Line tour, you will understand the topography better if you take aerial tour after this tour.If there is group of 8 or more then there is nominal group discount.Make sure you tip your guid well for his hardwork after the tour. Chris was our tour guide. He did not keep us together. We waited un line for everything. We were unable to hear any directions or information. $80pp for this tour is not worth it.

Fantastic Company! When I travel we always like to do Gray Line Tours as we have always had great experiences with them, their drivers & knowledgeable guides, this time was no different. Before leaving Australia to go on holiday we booked our tour with Grayline ourselves online not through a travel agent. Unbeknown to us it was the wrong tour, Grayline had the courtesy to contact us & inform us they could not accommodate us because we were staying on the Canadian side of the falls & the transfer doesnt pick up from Canadian hotels. Grayline gave us 2 other options of tours we could do which did include a hotel pick up on the Canadian side. The tour I ended up choosing was cheaper than originally booked & paid tour & they even refunded us back the approx. $9.00. I was celebrating my birthday in Niagara Falls & wanted to have the best time possible so I chose the 4 hour tour with Maid of the Mist boat ride. I WAS ECSTATIC. I WAS LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE with my tour. Everything from start to finish was FANTASTIC. I honestly wish I could have spent all day just on the water of Niagara Falls in the boat. WOW THE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET BEING UP SO CLOSE & PERSONAL WITH THE FALLS & being able to do the CAVE OF THE WINDS falls being right under the falls again WOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH Grayline for another very AWESOME, awe inspiring, bucket list and 1 of the 7 wonders of the world. GRAYLINE YOU ARE THE BEST! YOU NEVER DISAPPOINT.

A last minute booking turned into the best day EVER! Our tour guide, uncle Moe was so informative, generous, and all around the funniest one in the family. Such a personable experience from the moment the tour began thanks to moe. Very interactive tour! Moe made sure we saw everything and more!! Not to mention we got to be front and center on the maid of the mist!!! (Amazing!) Our uncle Moe grew up in Niagara falls and had many amazing stories to share. Our favorites were about aunt Wilma. This tour is not one you will ever forget! You wont regret joining the Moe family! Thank you gray line!

The tour guide, George, was kind, professional, knowledgeable and took COVID safety. I had a lot of fun traveling to all the major sites and if I did this without the tour it would of took longer. George purchased our tickets early in the morning for the Cave of the Winds since the time slots fill up fast. Our first stop was the Maid of the Mist. Being that we were part of the tour group we waited in the line about 30-45 minutes to get tickets and on the boat. The line was moving pretty fast. George informed people can wait up to a few hours to get tickets. George gave directions on what to do since he wasn’t on the attractions regarding where to find him. He gave ample time to walk around freely in between stops, bathroom breaks and/or purchasing drinks and snacks. The only down fall is how the tour is advertised. It says 10am-2pm 4 hour tour but that doesn’t considered wait time in lines so you can go past the time. Pick up was 9:30am on time at my hotel then we were on our way. I feel the concierge at the hotel should have explained this more because there were a few families on our bus that made plans for 3:30pm for another attraction but we were done after 2pm between 3:30pm/4pm. I didn’t mind because I only booked one tour for the day. This is very important to know to not over plan. Overall, I had a blast and would take one of their tours again. It made my day easy and saw everything I needed to see. Thank you!!!

Our tour guide George M was very nice and appeared to just enjoy his job. He was mindful of the COVID 19 concerns and was constantly encouraging and reminding everyone to make sure they had their masks on. He was very knowledgeable and shared many historical dates and events that related to the falls. Certain stops were sold out but this was never a concern as our tour guide had purchased everything needed for the day and planned our day so that we arrived to all our ticketed stops in time.

I absolutely loved our tour! Well worth the money! Rickie was amazing! He was funny, patient, and knew his stuff. If your looking for something to do while your visiting, Id definitely recommend this. Ask for Rickie, ull thank me later

The tour guide was funny, easy going and knowledgeable about the attractions and the history of Niagara waterfall. However, you can do the same trip by yourself for less than $40 if you walk in and buy the ticket directly at the Caves of the winds and American waterfall. The company charged me $ 128 when I learned that I could do the whole trip for less than forty bucks

John our your guide, is native to the area. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the falls. Overall the sights were absolutely astonishing!

We had a terrific Niagara Falls tour today. Harvey our tour guide was most knowledgeable, informative and interesting. He guided us through the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds with other stops and fun facts all along the way. We got so much more out of Harvey’s tour than we would have if we had tried to visit these sites on our own. I’m so glad we did this; we made some lifetime memories.

Just got back from our Gray Line tour of the Niagara Falls area. We saw and learned many things we didn’t know about the area. Thank you to John for his knowledge and friendliness!

When visiting Niagara Falls Gray Line Tours was highly recommended. Ricky was our tour guide and provided great information that we would not have known if we saw the sights on our own. We visited Goat Island, Cave of the Winds, saw the falls from the river on the Maid of the Mists and many other fantastic experiences!

Weve taken Gray Line tours in various cities over the past 30 years and have always enjoyed ourselves. This tour was no exception. We booked the Niagara Falls Canada tour for 11 a. m. Friday. When I called to confirm on Thursday I was told our time had been moved up to 10 a. m. No problem Our tour guide Howard, was great. Knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and humorous, he made the tour very enjoyable. Consider yourself very lucky if you get his tour.

Kenny L. Was a great help with helping us find a way to see the sights that meets our budget and was very friendly. Our tour was with a lady named Rita. She was fantastic tour guide and super friendly she treated everyone like family. She also was telling us great ways to save money in the area.

We visited Niagara Falls on a very busy 4th of July weekend. Besides being crowded, there was also some rain in the forecast. So after doing some touring on our on, we decided we needed a better way to navigate the sights, and around the crowds and the weather. So, we arranged for a Gray Line Tour and were so glad we did!Our guide Ricky picked us up at the front door of our hotel and proceeded to make stops to pick up the other tour guests at other hotels. We had a mix of older couples, younger couples with children, and everything in between. Ricky took exceptional care of us and gave us great insight and overview of the area and its history. He was helpful to get us to the right places and to the front of the lines for groups. He was always ready right where he said hed be when we finished a segment.We had a very enjoyable day and saw the best of Niagara Falls without all the headaches. Wed highly recommend Ricky and Gray Line!

I am currently on this tour. I have only seen the horseshoe falls and whirlpool basin....oh...and power plant since pick up at 1245. It is now 4 p.m. I was told the bus would be half full due to covid WHEN I ASKED. Only 2 seats were empty. There was no social distancing on the bus. People wore masks to walk on...then removed them. We now havw been in line for Maid of the mist boat ride for 1 hr!!! Our tickets to walk under the falls are at 640 and 650 p.m Tours are not given times...yet we pay for thisin advance. In line..there is absolutely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING at all..nor is any enforced. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It has been a terrible experience through no fault of our driver. This company only care about the money..not the safety of those of us foolish to have believed what we were told when we signed up.

Our tour guide, Barbara, was really witty and knowledgeable. She is extremely patient and she took very good care of us. I would rate her the maximum number of stars I could. Shes a darling! I love the black bus weve boarded as it was unique, spacious and comfortable.However, I felt that the time given at each place was a little rushed. It was pretty insufficient to really absorb the nature and its beauty.Otherwise, everything was perfect. =)

Unfortunately I was not able to ride the trolley the day I bought my ticket. There was an ambulance on that road and all trolleys stopped moving. We waited nearly two hours for it to resume, but I think there were issues with the kid who got hurt (barely bruised, but no parent around to have the EMTs release him. The weather was quite hot, and we walked as much as we could. A beautiful park, I hope to visit again!

I dont know how or why they called this a tour. They just drop you off and you are on your own. Ticket at the booth is only $19 per person and $10 parking fee. A family of 4 should cost $76+$10 parking. I was charge $380+tax and $20 parking at the hotel parking site. Watch out folks!!!!..Dont get scam by this and go straight to the gate and buy tickets there.

What an experience!!! Well worth the money!! Took the stress of navigating through the attractions away!! Just sit back and enjoy the ride!! Sam was our tour guide and did an amazing job of keeping everyone in the group together and on time!! Would recommend in a heart beat!!

This is the second Niagara Falls tour we have taken with Gray Line and both were outstanding! The first was in 2015 with Tom and the second was in July 2018 with Debbie. Both Tour Guides were A+. The more recent trip was the Canadian side with Debbie, our group was known as Debbies Dare Devils. We loved her jokes and stories as we rode along, we were sad to have it end. It was a wonderful tour and Debbie went above and beyond to make it a memorable day for us all!

Took a tour here at Niagara Falls. Our tour guide (Harvey) was the “Best”. He was extremely knowledgeable and we came away knowing so much about the area. Would highly recommend this tour it was just the amount of time. We saw a lot more of the area had we been on our own.

If you are being convinced to take this tour for to the high price of parking or the many sights, dont fall for it. Parking is 10usd and everything is easily walkable. I think the sights add up to less than 40 usd for full tariff. The tour guide was very nice but didnt give much new information. Just stories while youre waiting. And meanwhile you spend a lot of time waiting for others and the mandatory souvenir shop.

Rita was our guide and we had a blast. She kept us on track and gave us great info on the falls. I would recommend the tour to anyone going to the falls. The maid of the mist was great but the walk down the falls and back up to the cave of the winds was over the top. Thanks Rita for such a memorable experience

I took the Maid in America tour of Niagara Falls, NY in the past and my family enjoyed it. Our tour guide was Larry and he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history that surrounds Niagara Falls. I am glad we took this tour because I did not have to deal with finding a parking spot at each attraction since it can be very difficult during peak times of the year. I highly recommend Gray Line to all friends and family that go to Niagara Falls for vacation.

Last Friday 8/13/18, from 11A - 3P, we took the Gray Lines Tour of Niagara and our driver/historian was Art. My wife and I took the rainbow tour and had a blast. As part of “Debbie’s Daredevils”, our guide Debbie was awesome. She was funny and very well versed in the history and going’s on. She didn’t just tell us what we were seeing, but shared some of the rich history of the Niagara area. I would highly recommend this organization and Debbie for your next tour.

We just finished an amazing tour with the Gray Line it was beyond what we thought! Niagara is beautiful on it’s own but our guide Harvey G took our tour over the top, we couldn’t have asked for more. You can’t go wrong with GrayLine tours and is you get Harvey you hit the lottery of tour guides!!!

If you are African American descent, I advise you to stay away from tours with this company. We were on the Rainbow tour in Canada. My driver Debbie was racist. There was a total of 10 in our group. My daughter and I were the only African Americans. When we went shopping at a store in Canada called duty free, she followed only my daughter and I around the store. When I walked ahead of my daughter to look at some other products I heard her asking my daughter what she had in her bag. I turned and asked excuse me? What did you say to my daughter? and she just looked straight ahead and walked to the front of the store. She ignored my question. I had never been so insulted in my life. I own a business and have never stolen anything from anyone or anywhere on my life. Before we left Canada to return home one of the other tourists got my contact information to send me a photo she took of a black squirrel. This is how i found out that Debbie sent a picture she took of the group to everyone excluding me. I have not received my photo from her because there was a link attached to rate the service.

Decided to use Gray Line because we saw the table when we checked in hotel and dont want the hassle to drive around places, looking for parking, buy tickets etc. Triple A member get a little discount (5%). They make it easy for hotel guests. They pick & drop us from hotel lobby. You pay extra for the convenience of it. Its cheaper if you do it by yourself. It seems they also include places that werent interesting to just make it a full 4 hrs time slot.

We loved the Gray Line Tour, but most of all we had the best tour guide Ricky Recardo. Ricky was informative as well as fun. I would recommend this tour and already have to anyone going to Niagra Falls. Was great being picked up and dropped off right where we were staying. The tour with all the sights was well worth the price. Our guide deserves a raise!

It was our third tour with Grey Line. Loved it! We even told the hotel we stayed at(Seneca Casino and Resort) to recommend Grey Line to their guests. Had a great tour guide named Larry. Very informative.

Toured Niagara Falls Canada August 23, 2017 on Rainbow tour. Tour guide Debbie did an excellent job.Explained the tour in segments as activities during tour took place. We enjoyed the Skylon tower and Hornblower. As 1st timers, my husband and I not being familiar with area decided on this tour and were very happy that we did. Definitely, if we ever visit the Falls again we will use this service.

This tour was amazing & definitely well Worth the money. We personally booked on Expedia. Our tour guide was Darin and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing tour! All the activities included were amazing & we definitely wouldn’t have been able to get through of all these ourself in one day! Also it helps that you get an AC ride around and don’t have to drive yourself around and pay to park at various locations!

Great tour to take if you are on a tight schedule and want to see every possible attractions around Niagara Falls. We took the tour (NY side) with Sam F. and enjoyed every bit. He was witty, friendly and told us a lot of stories.

Awesome tour guide, Darin. Made good tour -great. He was interesting, knowledgeable, fun & easy to hear. After tour, I was digging through wallet to get him his well earned tip...wouldnt you know, I accidentally left wallet on seat. Back at our hotel, I went straight to tour desk & then started retracing my steps. Before dispatch could even reach Darin, he had returned my wallet to our hotel.Friends asked if everything was still in it. I hadnt even looked. That says a lot about Darin...I knew it would all be there. Thank you Darin. Blessings.

We only had the opportunity to see Niagara Falls area in two days so opted for taking a guided tour. SO HAPPY we did!!! With all the construction and crowds no way we could have seen all we did without Gray Line Tours. No hassle with parking, picked right up at our hotel. Our driver (Prady) was quite knowledgeable and willing to share the history around the area. We learned a lot on our trip. He was surgical with driving the bus and always easy with instructions. As tours go there is plenty of time to get some pictures of everything. Really nice thing is you learn the areas you want to come back and spend more time at - or consider them done and checked off your list. Highly recommend the tour for anyone who wants to learn more about the history of Niagara Falls and wants to be sure they at least see a little of everything the area offers!

We took a trip that included a guided tour around Niagara Falls, The Maid of the Mist, and Cave of the Winds. Barb of the group Barbs Beauty was caring and informative. There was no man left behind the while trip and mi one missed out on anything.
