They dont pick up the phone, nor will they call you back if you leave them with a callback number. Say what you will about GObus and Via service, at least you can get somebody on the phone and book a ticket.
Just FYI.. Uber is NOT cheaper. Uber uses surge pricing.. meaning if its busy, you pay more.
How is this company still in buisness I will never use them again. Buyer beware.
Dropped my keys in one of the vans. Realized it after I arrived at the airport. Called them, they said the driver found it and that they would keep it safe for me until my return. Returned 4 months later, but during that period, emailed them 3 times (including a few days before my return trip) to check that they still had my keys. Each time, they said yes. I made sure to clarify that they were tracking it correctly. They said We have put your name on it and it is safe in the lost and found. On the return trip I called them, suddenly nobody has any clue where the keys are. Everyone is passing the buck and claiming they have no clue. Some of the names involved are Candace and Natalya. Nobody takes ownership or cares about their customers. Its the last time Im using their service. They probably think they dont need to care because they have enough customers. One less now.
I paid a good amount of money because it was supposed to be easier and faster than other options. Instead, it caused me unnecessary stress and rush because they changed the pick-up time to 10:20 AM instead of 12:20 PM and notified me about it 2 hours before the pickup. Also due to this, I was at the airport over 6 hours before my departure. Definitely not something you would want when your travel time will be 20+ hours already. Also, it is near impossible to reach them via phone, it keeps telling me that I have 1 or 0 minutes left to wait in the queue but I waited more than 10 minutes after that and no answer. Only positive thing about my experience was that the driver was nice and got me to the destination with no trouble.Overall, Im very disappointed to the service I received, and I would only recommend this company to someone who has no other choice of transportation.
I have been using Niagara Airbus to get to and from the Toronto International Airport for years with Niagara Airbus. I have never had any issues, start to finish. Easy to book, always on time, and the drivers are down to earth and well mannered despite the pressure to navigate through traffic. We live close enough to drive on our own, but when youre on vacation, nothing beats having someone come to your door, handle your luggage, and drop you right at the terminal you need. Puts you right in the mindset for relaxation! I have been a travel agent for a little over a year, and I always recommend Niagara Airbus to our clients, based on my own personal experiences and that of our previous clients. Highly recommend! A++
We recently used Niagara Air Bus for our trip out of Toronto and back from Buffalo. The driver was punctual, very professional and had excellent driving skills. The van was very clean with a comfortable temperature, which was especially nice on a dark and cold gloomy day.I would certainly recommend using their services, leaving behind the headaches of driving to and from the airports. AD
Took us to Niagra falls and we got out and did the fantastic boat trip straight away which was great. Then we had a lovely buffet lunch with an amazing view of the falls beautiful. Then as the rain came down the tour went down as well. We went to view points you were not going to see anything because of the weather. Then we were taken to a quaint town to walk to in the pouring rain. The people on the coach didnt want to get out and some didnt, we were there for an hour. Why didnt we get the choice to walk the falls or see the town?
We had a very good experience with this tour when we visited Canada in July 2018. As our bus was running very very late, the company arranged for us to join an earlier tour which picked us up from our Niagara hotel. Our tour guide was very informative and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on the tour and our guide even drove us back to our hotel in his own car while the bus returned other passengers to Toronto. Our tour also included a special treat - a private wine tasting. Would recommend this tour to anyone just visiting for a day yet still wanting to see all the sights and build your knowledge of the falls history along the way.
I have been travelling for 24 hours. They post the time of travel around 2:05 am - 2:25 am. They came to the place of pick up at 1:30 Am. Left 15 minutes after. No calls, no nothing. I had to stay over the airport for 3 more hours waiting for the next shuttle bus. The time schedule was described on email and even with my confirmation number..
Excellent service to and from airport
The bus was on time to get me to Toronto airport. I had lots of time to get to my gate and relax. They were there to pick us up when we arrived at Pearson. We think they are great. To any person that did a bad review, you should be happy we have this service. I rate businesses all the time and tell it like it is.They are good.
We had a great experience with our driver, Bob, taking us from the Amtrak station in Buffalo to our hotel in Niagra, ON. We accidentally forgot to grab our luggage and he drove us back to get it! He also gave us tour information about the area and things we were passing. Great experience!
Poor service from Toronto to Niagara. After travelling all day and returning to Toronto late at night I sat for an additional two hours waiting for some hope of service. That is almost as long as my last flight to Toronto. I want to add that Niagara Air Bus are excellent getting people to the airport on time for their flight and the drivers are exceptional. They are very helpful and polite. I suggest making alternative arrangements for your return trip from the airport that is the main weakness in this company.I have no complaints with the drivers, the bus, or pickup time to get to the airport on time. However, the return service is less than stellar. After traveling car, ferry, limousines, two long flights I once again, after 14 hrs. Of travel time find myself sitting for over an hour and half to be picked up for home journey. This adds to a very long day and I would put more energy into all of this but at 1:00 a.m. I am more likely to cry then put effort into anger. Find another way home or be prepared for a very long traveling day and know that their service ends when they deliver you to the airport on time and return is a moot point.
I was very happy with this service. I ordered on line and put in the wrong time for my flights arrival back. They picked up on it before I arrived back and the bus was waiting . I wouldnt expect this all the time but someone must have double checked my flights arrival. Thank you Niagara Air Bus, Great drivers.
Two things(pros & cons) I have to say.(Pro)Great service, helpful and friendly drivers, I have used them many times when am going to Edmonton, but(cons) my family dont like seeing their buses in town because they remind them when am leaving again, that feeling really spoils the fun. Please maybe make buses invisible l guess. Keep the good job.Keep the good job.
I LOVE this incredible service and have taken it a few times now. The last time was February 18th/2017. I booked the Niagara airbus, but was pleasantly surprised by getting picked up by their black car service instead, as they took a couple to the airport that morning and my daughter and I were the only ones getting picked up. The driver was professional and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our ride from Toronto to Welland. I highly recommend this service. Its the BEST Niagara has to offer for sure and Ive taken others. The price is also very reasonable. Ill take it every time. The staff is also super friendly when I call to book.
For the price, this is a massive waste of money. The shuttles never arrive on time, and are often poorly maintained. Might as well pay for a private taxi.
Never spend the time to write a review, but dealing with this company and the way I was handled, I felt I needed to write one. The man who answered the phone call to take my information, was very rude! When I had to cancel the service due to an unexpected need to leave earlier, I called and talk with another Representative who let me know my reservation was cancelled. Apparently there was no communication within the company and I was already long and gone when the shuttle service still showed up. I called to the company when I arrived at my destination, after receiving a phone call they were looking for me. I explained I cancelled very early that morning, and the same rude man was on the other line telling me I remember you, and we have no record of you cancelling with us, and very interesting you had to run out so early! He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and wanting to argue my word against the employee I did call and cancel with. I was so upset after talking to this man, I wanted to write a review about it!! You dont treat customers this way! You dont talk down to them and question their personal reasons for needing to cancel or change their reservation! For this reason I would never recommend anyone using this company! Much cheaper to use Uber and have a better pleasant experience with the driver!
I hopefully never have to use this service again . Waiting at least an hour and a half to get picked up - and no one working for Airbus- I mean no one cares. My husband can leave home and be here faster to get me . Good thing I pre paid and booked a week in advance eh?! Stay safe all . And Merry Christmas
Ive used Niagara Airbus to get to Niagara Falls and back in the same day during a connection flight. Im very happy from service they provided, I was picked up on time and delivered on time both ways. Bus they use is comfortable with large windows to observe the area.If anything can be improved - seats could be equipped with a cup holder and on board wifi hotspot could be provided.
At 1am we got off the highway to wait 10 minutes in a parking lot to then transfer to another van. Communicated Reason: This van needs to go back to airport to get someone .Real Reason: We want another $100. We have your money so F you. You can wait in a parking lot as getting you home to your family as promised is not our main priority.Never again!
I have used this service twice. They pick up at home pretty much on time but the airport end is a totally different experience. I arrived within the times given for pickup after running across the airport only to be told the bus had left 10 minutes earlier. I was told that i now had to wait 1.5 hours for another one. Counter staff definitely not helpful at airport. Expensive for level of customer service given
Communication at ground transportation desk at Pearson was like pulling teeth. Both rides caused nausea from repetitive 6 second acceleration and deceleration. What the company does right is send email to confirm pick up from home and the drivers are professional. Pick up after a flight delay is Not clear - and ground transportation desk staff communication is inconsistent. We had better experiences in Mexico with staff speaking English as their second or third language and had a better attitude.
Used 2 services - airport shuttle from Toronto Pearson and small group Niagara Falls day tour. Airport to door service from airport, and pick up/drop off from our accommodation for day tour. Both excellent - especially tour guide Willem - very informed and professional. Very enjoyable tour and good value for money. Thank you.
Littery on the bus now going to port colborne this is a big waste. Of money
Absolute amateurs. A simple point A to point B mindset is not possible with Niagara Airbus. They choose to complicate what seems like every aspect for customers and company people. I spoke with a woman named Christine who had an intense amount of energy but zero finish on her promises. I go there to complain and theres an old guy trying to push around one of the office ladies around in a wheelchair while I get ignored. As a business, customer satisfaction should be priority, not the mobility of someone who uses a walker at home but somehow needs a wheelchair at work. Never using this service again. They cause enough problems that can motivate a person to stay away from the Niagara area in general.
I gotta laugh. Most of you choose by price. You want cheap, go in a shuttle bus. You are on their schedule. You want on your schedule, look around for private car service. Should be common sense.
Great drivers and attitudes. Great service and done in a timely manner. Dont hesitate to contact them.
Our private transfer from Toronto to Niagara Falls in a wonderful Lincoln Town car was a very pleasurable experience. I chatted with our driver Bill for the entire 1.1/2 hour journey and enjoyed the conversation and scenery immensely throughout our journey. Thank you Bill and Niagara Airbus and keep up the great work😃.
Terrible service. Counter people could not be more rude. Scheduled pickup time is 12:20-12:40 and I showed up at 12:20 as asked. They said the next shuttle is at 1:30. So I now have to sit at the airport for over an hour and stare at these rude and unhelpful Airbus employees. This will be the last time I use this service and I hope this review stops you from considering this service as well. Ask a family member to pick you up, park your car at the airport, or take a cab.... anything but these guys.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! I am also writing to the Better Business Bureau about the atrocious service! This is a town that is based on tourism... but this company could care less about being flexible for tourists! We had terrible service when we first phoned to make the reservation, we were standing in line at the airport in Vancouver and it was noisy around us. The person on the other end wanted info we had to look up on our phones and apparently that took too long and halfway through the call, she just hung up on us!! We called back and asked with complete shock... did you just hang up on us? And she said yes because we didnt have our information ready....but we didnt know we needed flight numbers until she asked us! How would we know??? Then for the return trip, which we had already paid for, we wanted to change the pick up location since we decided to go for breakfast before we left, but we were told if we wanted to change our pick up spot in Niagara, wed have to pay the 90+ dollars again!!!! What kind of business runs like this??? We will never take this service again!! TERRIBLE!! RUDE< UNPROFESSIONAL.... awful!!
I used this service once before, a few years in a pinch from Toronto to Niagara. The agent at the counter was INTOLERABLE but I was in a pinch and needed to go. I had a last minute change of plans where things feel through and needed to book transportation today. I called, despite my last experience, and to no surprise the agent was rude, uninformative, and gave me some unprofessional, unsolicited advice on how I needed to bulk in advance. The question was is there service- it was a yes or no question, not an invitation to advise me how to trip plan. Clearly this agent doesnt get out much, anyone who does knows that things fall through and you need to go for plan B. I was so displeased I spent the extra $50 on a taxi and was infinitely pleased. Will never make the same mistake again. You gets get an F in service.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company has gone down in service since I strated using them 4 years ago. They are constantly changing their scheduled times and expect you to change your schedule to accommodate their needs. My time was changed 2 times in a 24 hour period and the final time change was 20 minutes before pick up time!! I was told to be ready 10 minutes early and when told no I would not be ready until the scheduled time, they pushed for me to be early and would not accept that I would be ready for the original confirmed time. Never again will I be using their services. This is not the first negative interaction I have had. Their customer service skills also need improving. Avoid this company if you can!!
There are valid reasons that Niagara Airbus is rated so poorly. I have used them about 6 times and it is usually something. Last night we arrived at their counter at 21:25 for a booked 21:30-21:40 departure. The bus left an hour behind schedule, yet again. I am of the opinion that they care more about profit than service. Your designated pick-up time is more of a suggestion than it is reality. They will keep you waiting in order to facilitate their desire to load their busses. We were going to a designated primary drop-off point and we still had to change vehicles partway. A week later returning to YYZ, as we had purchased round trip tickets, they showed up at 1:50 AM instead of PM which was MY mistake when reserving (forgetting about the 24 hour clock) and not catching it on the confirmation email. The dispatcher was very gracious and changed the pick-up time by 12 hours, no problem. They arrived on time and delivered us to the airport on schedule. So what can I say.....? Inconsistent service yes and when I consider all the delays that happen with flights and people changing plans along with add-ons who failed to book, I guess I should cut them some slack. Certainly their drivers are always friendly and courteous. Upgrading you from 1 1/2 stars to 3.
The service arrived at 2:50 pm (as posted in their website) to pick us up from Niagara to Pearson Intl Airport. The company staff was gracious enough to leave a message at the hotel lobby about the scheduled pick up (2:20-2:40 pm). The 10 min delay was within my grace period. The good lady driver was nice & conversational.
Niagara Airbus is an airport shuttle bus service catering to those who wish to get to the Toronto or Buffalo Airports (and others) from Niagara Falls and area. Once you understand that your bus will make 3 or 4 stops for pickups on the way to or from the airports, its not a bad deal, at a reasonable price. I have taken it many times, along with thousands of others who are repeat customers. Clean, new buses, courteous drivers who carry your luggage on and off the luggage compartments in the buses, plus they have an on-time policy. Meaning you wont miss your flight or they take care of you. You can see their policy on their website. Of course if you want to go to or from the airports direct, in a private car, that service is available too, but costs a bit more.
Excellent shuttle service to Toronto from the Niagara falls. Driver was on time and courteous. He bright me to the airline in bad weather. Good service thx
Niagara Air Bus ScammersNiagara Airbus usually picks you up at home then takes you to the air port. The lady said if I drove my car to Niagara Airbus I can get it cheaper and I can park my car there for the weekend. I asked the driver of the air bus if where I parked was fine as there were no signs saying other wise. Well when I got back to the Niagara Air Bus my car was missing. It was towed to a tow yard. The the towing fee went from $75 to $375. I found out the towing company and Niagara air bus are good friends and apparently this happens quite often. So when I spoke with Niagara Air Bus about the Tow they said their employees dont know anything, and would not work out anything with me and said they are not responsible. That is absolutely crazy. If you drive there where would you park your car.....they are not very honest business people.I highly do Not Recommend this company
Its. Of reliable. Thats for sure. Have used of their service MANY times. Leave the hastle to them, Niagara Airbus 😁
Avoid these people. They USED to be the go-to service for getting to the airport, but now they routinely overbook trips and use taxis and contract drivers in personal vehicles to shuttle people to collection points where the actual shuttle buses will then head to the airport.Last week I had to wait 80 minutes for the connecting bus to arrive, leaving me with just over 30 minutes to make my international flight. You are better off taking a direct taxi, staying at a cheap hotel near the airport the night before or just driving and parking there - at least that way youll be in control. It may cost you a bit more (not that Niagara Air Bus is cheap) but having some piece of mind is worth paying a little extra for.Air travel is stressful enough - Niagara Air Bus only makes your traveling more stressful.
The drivers are always pleasant, but the company consistently leaves late to fit in every single person they can on that bus. They sacrifice te needs of their customers to make a fast buck. Absolutely disgusted.....ill take a limo next time
We arrived at the meeting point at Pearson 2 minutes before we were supposed to be there. After waiting 5 minutes and not seeing anyone else waiting I called to find out where the bus was. The man on the other end of the phone abruptly told me that they have thousands of reservations and that I need to give him more information. Once I did, he told me that I must not have been at the meeting point on time, which we were. We had to wait another hour and half for the next bus, and as we were being dropped off we heard someone over the radio apologize to our driver for having to take us (because they left without us!). Your customer service is really lacking which is disappointing because we like the option to not have to drive to the airport.
Used service from Toronto Airport to downtown Buffalo. Very good service. On time pickup and even arrived ahead of schedule at drop off. Would definitely recommend and use again!
I used this service whilst I was traveling through Canada, there were both pros and cons about it. My first comment that they have good ground service. After being on a plane that was delayed 2 hours, we finally arrived and a bus was ready within 15 mins. However the trip, felt like you were sitting on a jack hammer for 2 hours and the two speeds we went were flat-out or stopped.Coming back from Niagara falls, I used this service again. The bus driver was really nice, however we did have troubles with the bus, where we couldnt open the door to fit our luggage in, so then had to go and change buses. The service we received from the staff during this time was good, however still an inconvenience, having to change vehicles. Overall a very average experience.
It is comfortable.
I had to be picked up in Niagara Falls 5 hrs ahead of my flight out of Toronto. There was one pick up in North St. Catharines on the way. I had an email confirming my return ride would be there between 2:05am and 2:30am. My flight was to arrive in TO at 1:05am. I figured even with customs I would be waiting for them. My flight was an hour late but I was first off the plane & 3rd to Customs with 5 booths open and no other ppl going thru. I got down to the Niagara Airbus pickup area and no driver. I called customer service and was told there was nothing scheduled for me. Next pickup was going to be 3:45am. I was not happy.I found a seat in an area where there was more ppl coming & going at that hour of the morning. At 3am I saw a Niagara Airbus pull up. He came in looking for me. Another flight was late so instead of waiting for the pick up at 3:45am he came to get me. They would send another driver later for that pickup. My driver was happy to be able to go home earlier. I have not had a good experience with Niagara Airbus for the $$ they charge. I will look for other options next time.
What is wrong with the 407? Does Niagara Airbus know that it exists? Here we are with a bus load of paying customers sitting on the QEW again. Surely they could spend a fin to get us to Niagara eons quicker. Its not a service I would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic service from door to door.I cannot fault this at all.I will be using Niagara Airbus again. It was a lovely introduction to Canada.Thankyou xxx
If I could give a zero I would. I booked a pickup time at Toronto Pearson travelling from Niagara gif times between 10:20-10:40. I arrived at the check in desk at 10:05 to be told the bus left and the next one is not until 12:40am. Very rude lady at the counter. I called Nisgara Air Bux yo be told well the time changed and how was she suppose to get someone back there to pick me up snd is have to wait. As if I was the issue here. Why book a time slot if they had no intention of following. They took my money with false hope that I’d have a smooth transportation home. After me loosing my mind on the phone she arranged for a car to take myself and another guy whom they left stranded from an international flight to a hotel parking lot to be transferred to another bus. Just brutal unacceptable service and never in my life will I call for Niagara Air bus to take me. It is sad because the drivers are such nice people but the office staff are absolutely not. I do not recommend and give the lowest rating ever.
I was picked up on time and I absolutely loved the high energy sweet driver...( forgot the name), I was at the airport in time despite of multiple pick ups in the wee hours of morning..the only complaint is and thats why one star is taken off ..between pick ups driver kept the door open and it was a cold morning, one of the passengers who got picked up later sat besides me n was so drunk( I understand thats not your fault though)Perhaps, no air freshner fragrance is a good idea, I for that matter suffered in silence with that fragrance n cold air m irresponsible idiot who stank of alcohol.
My driver Bob show up nice and early to pick me up. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful. A+ all the way. Several tips on where to eat and what to do.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude receptionist.Called to indicated the bus drove by without stopping to pick me up. LAdy didnt care. and hung up. I have paid for a round trip.... Not a great start to a long trip... DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE!!!!!!
I booked Niagara Airbus for my elder mom and my family. Return bus did not even come to the hotel to pick up my family then they just left my family. My family almost missed their flight due to their irresponsible booking and mistake. They ruined their travel. I never forgive Niagara Airbus.
I use this service at least once a month due to work. I would recommend it to anyone. Very accommodating and helpful.
I asked for a private shuttle, and it was excellent! Nice driver, safe driving from Niagara Falls to YYZ, helpful and kind. I would use the service again.
The lady I spoke to kris or someone was really rude.. My flight got changed, I called. The driver was late, she said its not their fault and hung up on me.. Really bad customer service. Be aware, the bus will always be late and dont expect them to say sorry!
Not a great time. Scheduled to be picked up at 15:35. Instead the bus showed up at 14:45 as I was toweling off. Nothing like being rushed when you are off to Europe for a month and you have to skip the have I remembered everything phase. Then we drove around Niagara region to pick up 3 other people, and rendezvoused in Beamsville to change busses and cram 19 people into a 21 passenger bus... ok leather seats but it felt like flying Rouge. Finally got on the road to Pearson at 16:23. Good thing I like to get there really early for flights or I would be worried. Not worth the savings over other approaches. I guess we were lucky the other times we used Niagara Airbus... sure werent this time!
The person is worst of worst who Niagara airbus officer in Toronto airport. She is an Asian woman like me and made me upset. When I asked something, she answered just one word No - Its not for all.If she doesnt likes her job, have to quit as soon as possible. She made upset to me and screwed up my night.I dont want to see her again.
Service is terrible. Changed my pick up time and didnt inform me. Wouldnt refund me so I could take a cab THAT WAS 10 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE GROUP SHUTTLE!!! When they finally arrived over a hour later than original pick up we had to wait another hour for him on the phone because of a delayed flight he couldnt get through too. Dont let them rip you off. Take a cab. Ridiculous!
Bus left 40 minutes before scheduled, I was alright with that as my flight was in and I would of just been waiting anyway. But the bus has no air conditioning at all, this bus has no windows to open, it’s so hot in here I’m very upset.
I was very happy with my first pick up last year so I used Niagara Air Bus for the trip I had in September 2017, however, it was not a good experience. I was traveling to Italy and needed to go from Niagara to Pearson. I was picked up at 3:50 p.m. in St. Davids driven to St Catharines, Port Dalhousie, Canal Road only to end up back at Glendale Ave. A 1 and 1/2 hour drive around town only to end up back in my neighborhood. At Glendale we were all transferred over to another bus which was to full capacity. This happened to be a Friday so we know how busy the QEW can be at this time. Air bus did not take the 407 but took us on the QEW which was bumper to bumper. Then we had to stop on the highway because the tire was scraping the wall of the bus due to the fact that we were overloaded! By now it was after 6:00 p.m. and I was stressing out. I emailed from my phone to head office and they said that they would inform the driver to take the 407, but that never happened. On arrival they went to terminal 3 first, while knowing that we needed to be at terminal 1 and we only had 1hour and 15 minutes to board an international flight. Needless to say we were stressing. I contacted Niagara air bus twice since my return to speak with a customer service representative but no one has ever gotten back with me. No customer service. I do not recommend using them if you want your trip to start out smoothly.
Super compagny, the best to use when travelling lije me, on my iwn and wanting to visit the Niagara FallsVety professional AND friendly
So expensive for mediocre service. There is a Greyhound Bus service which goes from Niagara Falls, ON to Pearson Airport so definitely consider taking that instead as it is approximately 150$ cheaper than the Niagara Airbus round trip.
Similar to other posts, I thought Id give these guys a benefit of the doubt to get me from Niagara falls to the airport. My first experience with the customer service agent was very rude. In no ways accomodating to my situation and basically spoke down to me as if I was being a nuisance asking for pricing and a reservation.I said screw it hung up and to my suprise, found out from someome that greyhound now goes from Niagara falls to Pearson airport. Couple stops but I arrived to Pearson with ample time to spare and for 1/3 of the cost. I know other people who have used Niagara Airbus and have heard similar stories. I recommend you .ale alternate travel arrangements to get from Niagara to Toronto or vice versa (ie greyhound).Hint if youre with a group of large people (4 ppl max), $200.00 from Niagara to Pearson. No stopping and no rude and incompetent staff to deal with.
One of their Buses hit my car and Damaged my Mirror. It was a Hit and run as well, I flagged down the driver and her drove away. My wife AND a 3rd party witness both saw the accident happen, we filed a police report, the officer told me that they would pay for it without going through insurance. They contacted me wanting to fix it but refused to co operate, they would not take responsibility for the damage they caused my vehicle. Needles to say its been almost 2 weeks and I am now going through insurance since they have refused to Pay it and been rude the whole time we have be talking about this incident.
YA bad service. i booked my pick up time then can arrive to airport with 1.5 hr before boarding. but they forced me to changed my pick up time 1 hr later with a reason that the bus I bked was full.. How the heck the bus was full when i booked 4 months before My flight date. If yes, why they still accept more new passengers after me???. so I just had 15 mins for check in with jam traffic . WHEN I GOT TO MY GATE, IT WAS BOARDING TIME.. very rush and unprofessional.
I dont know how there driving is BUT if the parking is anything the guy that parked his vehicle up here in Barrie in the middle of the parking area just now at the Bayfield Mall needs his license taken away!!!! fail
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Condescending and rude doesnt even give it justice. Will never, ever even attempt to book with them again.
Customer service is bad they say they dont run by stopwatch. The persons name is JAMES. Id fire him. No customer service skills. Took the bus personally to see how they actually are. Had to wait 2 hours after my scheduled time. Very, very bad. Spend your money elsewhere.
Its time for some new buses. This one wont stay running and is leaking water on the passengers.
The service is awful. The driver does not keep time. They may arrive too early or too late, regardless of your scheduled pickup time.If you have any problem, like rescheduling or requesting something, you will experience the worst service ever. The service representatives are very arrogant; they do not listen, and keep repeating what they want to say. They seem to never have learned the word service, or kindness in their elementary school. They are fully exploting the monoploy in the area.
A/C was broken. We had to deal with the hot summer heat for the entire 2 hours ride to the airport. Torontos temperature is 93 degree high today.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! WE SAT AT THE AIRPORT FOR 2 HOURS WAITING FOR A PICKUP. THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP WHEN ANOTHER FLIGHT LANDED 2 HOURS BEHIND US. NEVER AGAIN! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DRIVER WAS IGNORANT
Used it couple times. Like it, just need to be aware that it will take longer time on the way as I booked shared service.
Was left stranded at Buffalo airport at 2:00 a.m. Finally called to find out where my ride was and was told they were short of drivers and had sent a taxi for me that never showed up. They finally sent another taxi from the U.S. I have left 3 messages with customer service over 2 days for them to call me and have received no call back.
I was left waiting for 2 hours at the airport and was told my driver was lost. In making up time my driver drove very erratically and was not even sure were the Canadian border bridge was. To top it off he could not understand his GPS and maid a wrong turn onto the 420 where he chose to stop and reverse on the 420 only to make a u turn. When I enforced Niagara Airbus about this incident they had no comment.
This is the worst shuttle service in North America. Stay clear of it! They are rarely on time and rude to the point where they hang up on you when you politely ask when the driver will arrive.
Terrible service. Left me waiting for almost an hour. Dont prepay these people use uber. These is a total racket. I purchase a ride for one and they keep me waiting 30+ minutes - still waiting now only to tell me I have to wait for others.
Its nice to know u can get to places
Take your money and leave you stranded at the airport. Definitely not a hassle free and on time service!
So professional ^^ Thanks so much
Great friendly services always on time
Called the day before to tell me they changed the bus time and my wife would more than likely miss her flight. Thanks for the heads up idiots!
Do not show up when they say they are going to - adding massive stress to an already stressful journey. Do not use.
One of the worst services ever. Everyone is pissed at all times, very disrespectful and rude. Not the way to get clients
WORST SERVICE EVER!Missed my flight because of them and I didnt receive any apology and no refund. Do not use this company. The buses are always late or never even arrive!
The only way to get to the airport on time and on budget - Rick Trus review
Used often.....booked for 520 pm and 540pm leaving pearson...very unreliable....after 6pm and still no bus......if you need to be on time I suggest maybe using another mode of transportation
They are HORRIBLE- we booked them and they booked the wrong thing and then refused to give us a refund. NEVER use them. NEVER
Smooth ride to the airport
Disgusting Customer Service.!
Have used the service multiple times, however this is the first time that I used the shuttle service. I booked it 72 hours prior to my flight. They picked me up 5 minutes early and I made it to my cross border flight with tons of time to spare.
One word: incompetentNever again
Friendly staff.
VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO VISIT
