I’ve been coming here off and on for my nails for the last 5-6 years. I always get acrylic manicures. Sometimes they’re good quality nails and other times not so much. This most recent visit however my nails look good but the technician gave me a blister on my skin on one finger from pushing the drill into my skin repeatedly and on another finger cut me with the file, which became raised and infected after a couple of hours. Because of this I won’t be returning.

I had an appt for 12:30 and was a little late but had to wait almost until 1. Other than having to wait for a long time the lady that did my nails was really nice and made sure that what I got was what I wanted and she was fast and efficient and did a great job. Thank you pro nails!

Got a full set during a walk-in. Service was great and my nails look perfect!

I went in just for a quick gel manicure and the woman who did my nails (I think it was Tina) did an incredible job. She was so meticulous and made sure each nail was even and perfect. Probably one of the best manicures I’ve gotten, and the price was such a great value.

I hate complaining, but the gal that did my toes just didn’t do a good job at all… nail polish on my skin that wasn’t removed, dead skin hanging off my toes and weirdly uneven shaped filing job… I should’ve complained there, but didn’t… the two people who were with me and got their toes done got an immensely better job. Just unfortunate for $45…

I got a full set of acrylics. They were cute and I liked them. But after only 4 days they have all popped off. This isnt like sets I have had done at this place before.

It was busy so I’d recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. Other than that things went well and my nails are just how I wanted them!

I had an appointment along with my daughter and granddaughter. they had to wait about 20 min and I had to wait 45 minutes. Whats the point of having an appointment? Later I was told that not every employee can do acrylic nails! They wernt very friendely either

I love the work everyone does here but today is the second time I have scheduled appointment at 9:30 and people do not show up for work until 940 which means my nails don’t get started until 10 which means everything runs late but again I love their work they do awesome job just wish they would show up on time to start on time

One of the guys(didn’t catch his name) did my acrylics and they turned out awesome. This was my second time coming here and everyone is so polite and helpful. One of the girls working even came over and showed me her nails as a reference because what I was wanting was close to what she had. Everything was very clean too. The only thing I wish he would have done was push/cut my cuticles. But everything else was fine. I definitely recommend:)

My wife loves the people at Pro Nails and always comes home happy. Not only do they give her some well deserved pampering, she says they are always kind and very professional and they talked pride in the service they offer. Shes been going there for years and just today was able to go back for the first time since covid 19 closed everything down. She said they were very careful to make sure every client and staff person were safe, providing masks for those who dont have one already and carefully cleaning between clients. This is especially appreciated as my wife has some health issues that put her at slightly higher risk, and she was able to feel safe there today. Calling to make an appointment ahead of time is appreciated, she said they thanked her multiple times for calling ahead.

I had my nails refilled. The first time I was VERY satisfied. Today after I got home I looked at my nails and seen many flaws. I almost went back to have them fix but instead Ill go to Bella salon next time.

Went with my daughter sister and niece today and they did fantastic definitely going back soon.they were very friendly and welcoming also service was quick. And very patient and informative for my sister and niece as it was there first time explaining what everything was and step by step process. I payed 46 for the coffin style...After I posted this review I had discussed with my niece and she was cut by one of the employees when they were doing her nails and it was a very painful first-time experience for her and my daughters nail polish came off the very next day I paid $15 for my daughters nails to be painted and literally the next day the paint came off most expensive paint job ever if I go back I will not pay this price again and I will only go to Mike

I prefer Mike doing my nails, his help (Tony) has done my hands the last 2 times, they are okay this time, but the first time they were to thick. This time better. I have just gotten complacent with Mike.Thank you for understanding.

Poor service and horrible customer service. The girl who did my nails did absolutely nothing and had the audacity to charge me $17. I had to continue to ask her are you going to do this or that? She acted as if she had an attitude because I was pointing out the steps she was trying to skip (I get my nails done often so dont think I dont no a proper manicure). Then when speaking with the manager, he threatened me. Lastly, Ive never known a nail salon to charge extra for callus removal when getting a pedicure - isnt that why people get a pedicure? I will continue to stick with Allure Nails & Spa in Wichita.

Cut so deep with the emery board. It was so painful and bled like crazy. I mean it was rough, and the finished nails are so thick and gross. Never cleaned out underneath or around. There is just thick gunk and curve in. I’ll be having them removed tomorrow. Took 2 hours for this torture and still had to pay. Therefore, the bad review. Won’t be back..

The young lady that did my daughters pedi, was awesome.

I went to their today (2/22/19). I changed mind twice and had a nail redone twice. They were all so sweet and never once argued or made me feel bad. A lady did my nails and fixed every imperfection. They turned out wonderful. I got a French manicure (a classic) price point was good as well. I drove 40 minutes to this salon and I would do it again!

Nails usually look good but the service is very poor. I made an appointment and so did 4 other people at 9:30 but no employees were there until 9:45 and only one employee showed up at that time. They didn’t record that any of the ladies or I had made an appointment.

My wife absolutely loves this place. The staff is friendly and remembers her every time she comes in.Quality work every time is also a plus.Only negative is sometimes it gets really busy and it can be a bit of a wait in the fumes.

Used to go here for my nails. They had one guy who did a super job. Everyone else had knicked my fingers with the drill. Will not go back. I pay and tip well so I expect to have nice nails with no scabs in a week

I got acrylics from here not too long ago and my nails were so uneven and crooked.

Mike is the best people travel all around just to come see him all the way from Hutchison and more its crazy he is so good and will try and do anything and most of the time he gets it on point nice salon and great prices

They always do such an amazing job and always seen to be very nice.

I would definitely choose them over Victorias Nails. The guy who did my full set went from cuticle to end of nail and carefully put the powder stuff on very neatly. He filled all around the edges and did a MUCH better job and they stayed on for a little over 2 weeks. The only problem is, when they started to come off the acrylic was coming apart from the powder stuff they put on top so...I wasnt happy about that, but they are MUCH better than Victorias because they dont bubble up quick.

This is my second time at this nail salon. This is the dip with glitter dip on thing finger. Great job.

When I went to this salon on the evening of 6/11/19, I arrived at 6:45 and the hours posted state that the salon is open until 7:30. When I walked in I noticed that there did not appear to be any other customers being served, but I was told that they were closing. I noticed that there were five employees there and I didnt understand why they could not help me. When I asked what the issue was, I was told to come back the next day. Needless to say, I will not be returning and this establishment has lost my business!

Time is really really matter for everybody, but we must be patient for pretty, theyre always take their time on everythings, and do very good job. Deluxe-Spa pedicure include with all the nature organic flavor with caluses remover are the best!!!

The Acetone vapor permiates the business next door to such an extent that it will make you nauseous in minutes. Bring a gas mask.
