Nice place. I would give it 5 stars because the guy did a great job on my nails but I showed him a picture of Ombre nails I wanted and all he said was they didnt have that color, he didnt offer me any other colors or say we have these colors instead it was just a flat, we dont have those colors and that was it. He also didnt talk to me either like the other techs always do, so I just sat there and watched TV. The picture on the right is what I wanted.

This place was wonderful! Today was my first time ever going there and the woman I had was absolutely fantastic. I wanted many different colors on my nails and honestly didnt know if she could do it...Well she nailed it. It took a little bit but it was so worth it in the end. She did amazing and because of that Ill definitely be going back from now on. Love,Love,Love my nails!

They do a fantastic job! You do usually have to wait a little while but its worth it! They are fast pace but also particular which I love.

I go here often, Ive gotten a fill-in and acrylic nails done before. Some people are better than others, I like the lady at the first booth and 3rd. I also like the guy at the last one Im pretty sure his name is nick. Was kind of disappointed in my nails this time but they just wasnt painted how I wanted but arent bad(the gel polish was a little thick on the glitter). Still will go here tho. And the wait all depends on what time you go, go in the am if you dont want to wait forever.

I never write reviews, because typically I do not care enough but for this place I had to. I am extremely displeased with the job done at this salon. I decided to go here because my co-worker wanted to go and I decided not to go to my normal nail salon. That was a complete and total mistake.My nails are all natural, healthy and long. I have shellac/gel polish on my nails and get them done religiously every two weeks to keep them in good condition. I typically have my nails soaked in foil with acetone to remove the polish then it is carefully removed. This salon machine buffed and used a nail file to get all of the polish off making my nails extremely thin and almost transparent. This also caused them to bend. It takes roughly 45 minutes to get my polish removed, nails redone and a color change on my toes. This woman to over an hour in a half. Not only that, I told her multiple times I wanted Big Apple Red from OPI and she tried to use Going with the Lava Flow three separate times. Then over charged me for the services that I received than what was listed on the menu/price chart. She also did not use a clean cuticle cutter and used said cuticle cutter to clip my nails instead of a nail clipper. Oh! And to top it off, one nail broke two days after my manicure and another two broke this morning, five days after I received my manicure. That is what set me off and caused the review.Save your money and go to LOVELY NAILS in CONOVER, NC. This establishment is trash.

Very busy wish they made appointments after Wednesday. So really need to get there early. Prices going up also.

Terrible unprofessional and not on time & very rude

I called before heading there told them what time I would be there they tell me they can’t take appointments for waxing which is fine... I get there at the exact time “10 til 6 pm” and they have locked the doors with a clear sign saying they close at 7 today !!!! I tell them I called before and hey didn’t let me know they were closing early and didn’t do a very good job because they rushed through l!!!! Will not recommend ! I use to love their work 🥴

We had too nail appointments at 11:00am it took one of us 40 minutes after our schedule appointment too get in a chair and I didn’t get too get my nails done because it took a hour for a another chair too be open even tho i had an appointment they put me at a station and the lady left and start on someone else’s nails i’m very upset about this they are very unprofessional and disrespectful

If the hours on google AND the door say 7:30 PM (and no holiday hours are posted), please explain why I tried to go in at 6:00 and the doors were locked with only three customers and a free nail tech...? This is ridiculous. Why are your doors locked an hour and a half before you close? Do you not want money?

The staff here can be unfriendly . Depending who you have as a nail tech or if your a regular. They just remolded back in the winter and the place looks nice. Even got some more staff in and I don’t have to wait as long, I love that. But what I don’t love is when I’ve asked for GEL NAILS twice now from them and both nail techs I have gave me acrylic powder. I assumed the first time that she didn’t understand me, and when she asked me over and over again a question I honestly couldn’t understand her. Well obviously there was miscommunication between us but after going back the second time, I was informed by another lady beside me that they don’t do “true” gel nails. U just pay extra for get polish. The staff jumps seats a lot, and even had me move to a different booth twice before I even got color, due to the moving one lady started drilling on my nails which already has been done and hurt my nail. She didn’t apologize she just continued to the next nail. The staff can be rude and rushes you in and out . They talk among each other but never to you as a customer unless again your a regular. I’ve asked for so many SIMPLE designs and they always tell me they can’t do it. Literally just wanted a cross once and was told no. I’ve asked for a flower and was told no. I’ve asked for letters, glued jewels, and different color on nails (due to design) and was told every time no. The only person there that can do good designs is Nick. And that’s not saying much because he can only do the simple ones. And I was charged 10$ for one design on each ring finger.. and it was a few lines made. But if the nail tech you have isn’t capable of doing designs then they will either move you again with another person and that just pisses the customers off and is inconvenient or you get told “sorry- can’t do for you” ... this place is a “go-to” when you want cheap simple nails. But don’t go here if your looking for designs or nails for special occasions. I still can’t find good nail techs who can do designs!

Love the young man at #7 do no care for the Lady at # 4. She was very rough on nails and rude to all the customers I seen her wait on, including me. The wait time is usually pretty long but they have done good on the 3 sets I have gotten so far!

I had an excellent pedicure here. They were all polite, thorough, and professional.

My friend and I typically dont make reservations and just head out for pedicures after a long day at work. We hit up 3 other salons and were turned down before coming here. The place was very clean, the service was incredibly fast. We both had enjoyable pedicures. We will be back.

I really like my nails being done by Tina but the others are good also.

They were not rude but they dont conversate with you. Today the woman that did Samanthas nails was in a rush and was getting up and down trying to take care of payments and getting people set up for other techs and I just felt like that was kinda disrespectful to my daughter who was doing this for the first time! Then we get to looking at them to realize that one tor two nails are crooked and she used too much acrylic and the out come is very thick nails.... hard to work with. Then charged her $41 for a half a$$ job! I think it would have been a better experience and better job had the woman focused on the customer shes working with!

They didnt NOT give me what I asked for. Also some of them have such an awful attitude, when I would ask if it could be shorter they rolled their eyes! And maybe Im exaggerating but Im never going back.

Say they have gel nails but give you acrylic . There is no such thing as gel power. Dont be fooled . Never going back again!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Zero greeting when you walk in. They have a sign in sheet but they dont use it. Who ever they feel like they get done faster is the order they work in.

I got some acrylic nails and my little sister got polish with a flower drawing on each nail and our total was $33. Good price for us both. The only thing was when the guy was filing my nails with the drill it hurt and the day after my nails were a bit sore.

I paid for full set 7/19. It took 2 hours after being taken back. 5 hours later polish messed up grrr not counting 4 nicks in my fingers. Spike with last nite went today sat for HR waiting but when my turn was told to wait lil while and they took next person. Will not be going back.

I will not be comin back ... everytime i get my nails done at first nails i make an appointment and when i get there i have to wait at least an hour before they get started on me ! it’s happened 1 too many times and it’s ridiculous! i got a pedicure last week and the bottom of my feet have been peeling ever since . they wasn’t doin that before i went . terrible service. bye

Very unprofessional staff. It doesnt take a genius to realize they were talking about me and laughing at me simply because I did not want the chair massage. She did a decent job on my feet but I will not go back because of their rudeness.

The staff there is not very professional nor overly courteous. However, they do excellent work. That is why they get 4 stars.
