I absolutely LOVED this place! I havent had a good hair cut experience in a VERY long time, and I can tell you I was not disappointed this time around! I got a hair cut from the owner Kelsey and she is simply AMAZING! She is such a wonderful person to chat with and absolutely made my entire day! She made sure I was comfortable with what was going on with my hair every step of the way! Also my hair feels so soft after the protein treatment its never felt softer haha! I left feeling SUPER cute and happy! I already scheduled my next appointment and I hope you guys will to! :)

I’ve been going here every three weeks for a year and a half and have had an entirely pleasant experience every time. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly, on schedule, and enthusiastic about making sure that everything is just as I want it. The neck massage at the end is an awesome added perk! If you’re a guy who is unsure about going to a place like this, give it a try and you’ll be glad you did!

Just got a haircut for the first time at the Hideaway and it was outstanding! When you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff member and offered a beverage. The complementary head neck and shoulder massage was amazing! Heather was my stylist she did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I LOVE my hair cut! Such talented ladies that go above and beyond to help you relax. Ask for Heather she is a gem and really knows her stuff about products and hair!

I have been going to the Hideaway Salon for almost four years now. I LOVE what they have done for my hair! My hair looks better than it ever has and I get compliments on it all the time. Kelsey is so amazing at what she does -she’s a true artist. I have to book her way in advance - she’s that good. But don’t worry, if you can’t book Kelsey, you can go to Bethany or Heather. They are all great! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I love getting my hair done at this salon. It is by far the best in town! Bethany is an amazing stylist with a fun attitude which makes it a good time but also is great at listening to what I want and in the end my hair is always perfect!

I started going here about 3 years ago and I will never ever go anywhere else. They have so much talent and so much success in the Newton community. I get so excited for my appointments just to be able to see all of the amazing staff and chat with them! 😊 I also have never been so happy with how my hair looks. Kelsey always knows exactly what to do!

My stylist is Heather. She pleases me with her careful listening and cutting skills. She does an excellent job every time I see her. She is focused, caring and very well trained. I recommend her to all my friends and family who notice my nice hair or are unhappy about theirs. An appointment with Heather makes for a great hair salon experience! You will want to go back. I do. Again and again. The salon is clean, beautiful and the personal are all very kind and service oriented.

Heather Iverson cut my bangs and trimmed up my hair. I love my new look! She made sure I was comfortable and loved my cut. I will definitely be making the drive to Newton for future hair care and encouraging my friends to do the same.

This salon exceeded my expectations. Heather was not only professional but pleasant. Kudos to the owner, for building such a relaxing and soothing haircut experience. It is like an oasis, with a complimentary shampoo and neck shoulder and scalp massage. My stylist Kelsey is awesome, whatever I want done, she does it and does it well!
