I was looking last minute for a manicure knowing that most places had closed for the day when I drove by Bella Nails. It’s hard to see from the street but I’m glad I saw it. The door was locked as they were closed but the owner came and unlocked the door for me and welcomed me in- something most salons wouldn’t do. The owner, Ann, was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only was the quality of the service great, but I was surprised by how affordable it was too. Highly recommend checking out this spot!

Bella Nail and Spa is by far the best salon for pedicures in Newton. Anne the owner is incredibly accommodating and welcoming, and everyone working there does an excellent job. ALWAYS a PERFECT pedicure!!

I recently moved to Newton Center and needed a new nail salon. From booking my first appointment to leaving the appointment, Ann (the owner) and her staff made me feel right at home! They are all so welcoming and professional. The salon is extremely clean so I felt very comfortable. They have a wide selection of services, so I will be back to try them all soon!

I am from out of town and everyone was so polite and really went out of their way to make my visit pleasurable. Also the location is a little hard to find so the owner took the time to go outside and take pictures of the business and send it to me to help me navigate myself. I wish this was my permanent nail salon because they actually do better nails than the one that I usually go to. Ha ha. Thank you ladies!

Clean and nice staff. I came in with very long nails and asked to have them cut. And they were cut to the extreme without asking me how long or short- to the point where it looks like I have a nail biting problem- totally exposed my fingertips above the nail which just looks gross and childlike. AND they didnt polish my nails to the tips of the already very short nails. So I have exposed white nail on the top of my way too short nails- also lots of bubbles in the nail polish. Too bad because they were very nice.

Super friendly! Everyone here was super nice and personable. Super clean place.But terrible nail quality.My nails chipped after 5 days, and due to covid I’m stuck at home and don’t do much that could cause my nails to break.They also got the color I wanted wrong, and shape.All nails were different shapes and sizes too which looks messy and unprofessional. Especially for almost $70 when they told me before making an appointment it would cost 45.00

Be sure to ask for price before service. Temp check before coming in but that was the only good thing about this place. I have never been to a more disorganized and slow salon. Asked for one service and got another. Nail shape was off and none of the nails are similar. Also the prices seem to change each time they mention it. Would NOT recommend.

I found this gem on the way to another salon that was closed. Thank goodness I decided to come in. Awesome experience! They treated me like I was a regular ❤️ Very clean and very strict on covid guidelines (which I very much appreciated). Thanks again for my beautiful nails!

I own a company called NoUV which makes protective gloves for gel manicures. I worked with Ann and she agreed to purchase 1000 glove sets from me. I said I would drop off the gloves and the day I did this, Ann was not in the salon. I left the gloves in good faith expecting payment. I have sent numerous invoices and spoke with her on the phone to set up a time to collect payment and she has never followed through. I feel that as as small business owner myself it is a shame that she has treated another small business this way. To this day I have not received payment and feel as though I will unfortunately need to send this to collections.

Ive been here for 3 times. Really wanted to like this place but I would give 3 stars for 3 times of my visiting. The staffs are hardly understand English so its hard to get what you want. For my last visited, I picked the clear gel color which has little white glitter AND Flower glitter. I picked it cause the flower glitter was really cute but I ended up didnt get a single one of them. I asked my nail person if he could try to get it, I tried to explain that theres flower glitter in the bottle which he didnt understand at all and I ended up getting a lot more little glitter. Everytime when I tried to communicate with my nail person, never worked out and I really disappointed. Told myself first time I came here that I would never come again but I gave them 2 more chances. Would not come back until they understand what I want

Short wait and comfortable place

Had a great time at Bella Lash Nail and Spa for my first visit! I was kindly welcomed as soon as I walked in the door (which in itself was a great sign as it rarely happens!) Ann, the owner, is SO sweet. She introduced herself to me, asked my name and if I was new to the salon, and checked in numerous times how my visit was going - all while I watched her bounce around doing nail services for clients who seemed to be regulars with her. Sofia did my pedicure (basic pedicure - only $30 - everything I needed! Hot towels and stones included!), and it was one of the best I’ve had in as long as I can remember. She was so detailed, took her time, and I left feeling totally pampered and rejuvenated...exactly what I was hoping for. Will definitely be returning soon for a mani pedi duo next time!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I have been to so many nail salons, and this place makes to the top two (the other one is in Revere) on my list. Ann is very talented, she did my nail so fast and neat, I couldnt find even one spot no matter how close I look. Highly recommended.

Great service. I am very particular about my manicures so I dont like to go to just anyone! Ann always does a great job on my nails and I always leave happy. Shes also very sweet! Plus, they carry a huge selection of nail polish, including Dazzle Dry.

My friend and I found this gem when we looked up places for gel manicures. Not only were we happy with how perfectly our nails turned out, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. Tom and Ann were so nice and funny! Looks like weve found our go-to place!
