My account was locked due to no call no show after I called the supervisor about where should I be he had no clue what I was talking about called the branch did not answer and when I got a hold of the branch they act like they did even want to help she said I should have called off what’s the difference? there both unreliable The didn’t resolve the situation but they can take job away from me that I accept with no problem

A lady by the name of Ms. Karyn Grinstead, gave me a call from this establishment about gaining employment. I arrived late due to inclement weather and I took the bus. I called twice before I showed up late, no answer. When I arrived she tells me I should have kept calling & she goes on to say i dont usually proceed with people who are late. I than proceed to explain to her again, that it was snowing outside, and that my means of transportation were delayed. She also claimed she had a 12:30pm appointment that wasnt there yet and it was 12:30. I than exit the building cause she showed no real concern for the amount of effort I put in to get there, for a third party agency they need to do better with people.

If I am spelling her name correctly I will say that Mrs Karyn is what holds this office together. She has always been so nice and just an all out person who has the best intentions for others. Just a genuine soul. The worker app is not always accurate so be patient with it because its not as user friendly as it should be but it does work. Like anything in life we all run into things that we not agree with and I am a very blunt person if you even check out my other reviews but I will say this. The other agencies around here are garbage. People ready does not send you on jobs to fail at. Some of the work tickets have paid me well and the lower paying tickets have been at good places around decent people. This is not some sunshine review. I had my stuggles and issues with people ready at first but at the end of the day I made it work and so did the office. Just use common sense and its really not a bad place to pick up extra cash. If you just want to work weekends then go ahead? Tell them what days you want and thats what they will give you. Communication at times with the office is a hassle but I think its mainly in part to the annoying automated system. That and the app never working properly. Other than that I will continue to use people ready and the job stack app for when I need extra money.

The management team at PeopleReady are always friendly and hard working. The advances this company has made with Job Stack, when it comes to requesting Temp Labor or submitting temp time has made it very easy and convenient for the customer. Thank you for your improvements and your ability to work with the customer.

Got paid the right amount of money they first time then they end up giving me a less amount later on for no reason.Then I can’t spend no money on my card they gave me just bc they messed something up on there end unprofessional

I still think they are trying to find their niche. Loads of jobs but discombobulated situations and communication is off😒

They are very rude and not helpful at all. The jobs dont pay much so of you register with them, they will treat you like you are nothing. Apply somewhere else
