I’ve been working for the company off and on for 6 years. All the staff are very helpful knowledgeable understanding determined and most important prompt. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the company. The pay and benefits are great. They offers variety of different jobs for people with and without trades all over. I mean the best temp service in the 757 hands down! I had the opportunity to go permanent with the companies I’ve worked for through CTR but decided to stay temp because I enjoy working for them. They treat you like family.(God Family)

I relocated from NC to VA and have been working with Melody and Steven with the Medical Staffing. The entire process was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. Steven had everything prepared and organized for my interview with Melody and they were able to get me an interview with the employer, along with all the pre-employment requirements done in an extremely timely manner (it was all performed in the same day because I had to get back to NC for my final move). I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed working with both of them. They are extremely professional and organized. They are an outstanding team and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a medical staffing position.

I was offered a job over the phone for a Supervisor position, called in and signed paperwork for a supervisor position, went thru training, and a week before I was to begin work, told that it was for an entry position, NOT A SUPERVISOR. Then when I called to complain, I was told they would not have offered me a Supervisor position because there are no positions open, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE SIGNED PAPERWORK IN MY HAND. I have turned down other jobs because I thought I had a good one lined up, to then find this out! Do not use them, better off trying to get into a shipyard position by yourself.

Worst experience ever. They never call you, if you dont call them youll never get in contact with anyone. No one is really at their desk anyway....EVER. You come in, do all these test and then NEVER get a call back. Theyre the biggest scam and joke around Newport news. Definitely wont waste my time here and I advise fellow hard workers to not waste youre time here. Apply directly to the job because you wont get a job messing with these imbeciles

Communication is poor here. They dont do what they say they are going to do. Very unprofessional. I got a call about a job that was available. I told a gentleman named Charles that I had to check on something and asked if it was okay to call him back he said he would be their all day. An hour later when I got things straight to take the job he wasnt in his office. Called the Ctr in Newport News and found out Charles is not even in this state; he is based in an office in Alabama but the young lady that answered said she would reach out to him and his manager about my interest in the job; never heard from him. It appears that they dont want to take the responsibility to employee people or that they think we have to bow down to them. Very unprofessional. At least RELIANCE STAFFING is their for whoever they reach out to and needs a job. Shout out to RELIANCE. Then I was told to send a resume to Megan. Sent her a Gmail with my resumE; Never heard from her in any confirmation. Called the office several times; Never could reach her. Yes, we need work and is why we come to you, so put a little passion in employing and communicating with people. I thought I was the only one with this experience but I looked at the other reviews, and they just make my review more truthful to believe. Smh. Unprofessional people in professional positions then they want someone or you to have experience to put you with an employee that needs that experience. Smh.
