They are bilingual Id recommend for Spanish speaking customers to See Anna or Sara for their professional customer service!I exclusively go to this store for the experience and convenience.

Boost Mobile is a joke. I left them after they wanted to charge me $25 to tell me how to switch the information over to my new phone. When I told them that was ridiculous, they told me I could just give them a tip. my tip to them was... dont expect the payment for next month because I will be with another company. Which I went right across the street and did the same day!!

I have always love coming into Boost Moble each month to pay my bill and also had great customer service even on slow days as well as there most busy times.

My experience here was HORRIBLE. The store manager was extremely rude when I was trying to make decisions about the phone and plan I would be paying for ! She acted as if she had better things to do than assist me and told me I couldnt afford the phone I wanted. I asked for her name and she DIDNT ANSWER and walked off to help another customer as if she was done with me. I was so shocked that a manager would act this way, Im not even sure if she was the manager b/c as I left she was outside smoking a cigarette and there were no other associates in the store . I will not spend my money in ANY BOOST store where im not treated as an valued customer !

Showed up to purchase a new phone and the store wasnt even open AFTER 10 when thr opening hours were..smh SAD

Very very slow store. 1 person works there everytime I come in to pay and the computer never works when you are trying to pay a bill.

Hate this store everytime I went Ive been stuck in here longer periods of time intented. Very Very understaffed the manager always got some type of drama going on with her and she moves entirely too slow for customer service. The Asian guy is rude AF so is the big mexican chick if shes still there. If you dont want to get ripped off by the manager feeding you BS for higher commission on her pay check service is so much better dealing directly with boost mobile online theres always a sale.While the store is trying to push phones at a higher cost you get better deals online I also got a lower family payment plan with automatic draft on my two lines unlimited service. I went in the store for a phone a stylo2 because my stylo1 stop holding a charge the manager said I couldnt keep my old number after asking was it important for my number remain the same and I made it clear it was important to stay the same.She said It was mandatory for me to get accessories as well. The phone was priced at 199.00 after she was done adding up unnecessary stuff I was at 272.00 not including tax and a brand new payment cause she was trying to change the number I already paid for my monthly service so that would have been double the money ..She said only new customers get the phones at the prices shown on the display not loyal customers.I walked out went to the site got the same phone for 72.00 plus tax and shipping it totalled up to 84.00 and delivered to my house in 2days save yourself the stress, hassel and incompetence along with your coins online is much much better service

The manager anna was very unfriendly would not help me do anything whit the phone after i purchased it from her yesterday for $300 i think you all need to change your management to someone who is qualified to do the job properly
